Very helpful staff. I had trouble finding/installing wiper blades on my MB. The employee was very busy but still came outside to help me find the correct clip to install the wiper blades. I would highly recommend shopping at autozone in Quakertown.

Needed a battery today and they could not have made it simpler. Within 15 minutes, I left with a new battery installed. I interacted with 3 employees who were all pleasant and helpful.

Love this store's wonderful workers. the nice gentleman helped me find everything I need to fix my Jeep Wrangler & returned a gasket with No Problems at all. With proof of purchase of course.

My car died and I wasn't sure if it was the battery, but I knew that I purchased the battery from AutoZone less than a year ago just couldn't remember exactly when. I called and walked helped me over the phone told me if I could get to the store he would check the battery and the alternator for me. I pulled in the parking lot and he met me outside. That's attention to detail because I had called about an hour before, so he was going by the description of my car. Walt was amazing. Took care of the battery and installed it for me. Andrew was great because he took care of the paperwork end quickly. Thanks Guys for your help

Always have what I need when I need it. They gave me a set of rubber gloves knowing I was going to be replacing headlights. Nice touch that was greatly appreciated.

AutoZone is a great chain already-- they carry a wide selection of auto parts, cleaning supplies, books, wipers, filters, oil, etc.-- anything that your car desires (or in the case of unreliable cars, NEEDS). The store layout is easy to follow and I have never had a problem with locating anything there. It's all laid out perfectly.The service is just out of this world. I went in at opening time one day on a week day, and I'm looking for a cabin air filter for my Toyota (of course, it's an odd size that isn't like the rest of them) I had the part number and I was looking for it on the shelves, but the products there were one number off... strange. The manager came over without asking or even a simple body language tell on my part, and asked me if I needed help locating anything, and I asked him if they carried the number I was looking for, and he was able to quickly locate it from the stock in the back.Another time I was there with my father looking for a solution to an issue with a car that he had recently purchased regarding the windshield-to-wiper relationship being a bit off and creating a haze on the windshield. An AutoZone associate knew exactly what we were talking about regarding the make of the car, and pointed us to the best decision. The problem hasn't happened again thanks to them.If that's not amazing service, then I don't know what is.

After the snow & ice of the last storm my wipers were shot. So I went and had them replaced. Auto Zone is the best!! Friendly staff. They even put my NEW wiper blades on for me without having to ask.

The guy who helped us was very nice and helpful. I was on the phone with my dad trying to get the right parts and he was very understanding and helped me with getting what I need. Overall very good experience especially from someone who doesn't know a lot about cars. The employees name is Andrew C. 10/10

They were extremely helpful in figuring out what type and size of brake fittings I had. they have a ring with all the different size male and female fittings that I think is homemade and it was the only place that could figure out what size fittings I needed.Unfortunately they didn't carry them but they were very helpful. A+

I had a return I brought in the store and asked if the items packaging was needed for my return. The clerk replied, " I can not give you a cash refund, but I can give you store credit up to the value of your return." I said, "thanks" and walked away with a smile Thanks for your help!!

I ordered a part on line and paid with PayPal their system was unable to complete the transaction. No big deal for me used another payment form and I was on my way. The manager is aware of the issue and said that he would take care of it. Works for me.

Has a check engine light on and he checked it with no issues. Also gave me a print out of the code. Also he explained everything I needed to know about the part needed and what makes that code come up the way it did and why. The one guy was great. The other 2 guys in the back Did nothing while I was there except chat with each other while the one helped me and was taking phone calls.

I love this auto zone! Great service and knowledgeable employees. Unlike most stores the majority of the employees here actually haveechanical knowlage and know which products are more effective from experience.

*** UPDATE 11/21 ***I went back to the store and spoke to multiple employees who were very accommodating and helpful. They not only replaced both bulbs with new at no charge, but also refunded me the money I paid for the first set, and put the new bulbs in for me. Thank you to John and his team for taking care of me and making everything right. I will continue to come back to AutoZone because of this professionalism. Thank you all.Original Post:Purchased a headlight bulb at AutoZone in Quakertown on September 19th. Asked to have it installed while I was there, and due to staffing issues, they did not have anyone available to install it (there was only 2 people in the store). So, the cashier told me to purchase a bulb kit with lubrication and a glove to make sure I didn't touch the bulb before putting it in. I gave it to my mechanic at my workplace, he installed it with the proper PPE, and I drove home. After a few hours, I went out to pick up dinner, and the bulb was out again. Lifted my hood and it had exploded inside the socket. Went straight back to AutoZone and spoke to a younger woman with fire-engine red hair, who consulted her supervisor, and said that as long as I had my receipt and the bulb was faulty, I could continue to have it replaced. She replaced it the same day, and everything was fine. Again, they had no one available to put it in. So, I had to buy another bulb kit, and took it back to my work mechanic, and they put it in for me again. Also had the mechanic check my wiring to ensure it was not an electrical issue, which it is not. Also had my oil change in that time with my regular mechanic, who also said it was not a problem. Now it's November 15th (yesterday), less than 2 months, and it is out AGAIN. I have a newer Kia Sorento (2018) and have never had this problem. I took it back last night, and told the cashier what was happening. He said "we don't warranty those", and when I said that a girl here said that you do and replaced it for me once already, he looked at this co-worker (girl with long blonde-brown hair), and she, with an attitude, tells me there's no way they can warranty it because it could have been user error and I installed it myself. I told her I bought the bulb kit, I had my mechanic put it in twice, and it is still clearly a problem, and wanted it replaced with another brand. She again told me it was not able to be replaced. I told her I spoke to the girl with the red hair, and she told me yes, indeed it was able to be replaced at any time up to 90 days if it is proven to be faulty, which it has. I also reminded this employee that they denied me installation services because of their limited staff, and had I been given the ability, I would have done it with them. She said there's nothing she can do. I left a message with their Regional Manager, Robert Subetto, to file a complaint. I have not heard back, and will remove my post if the replacement is granted since I was told that it would be by the employee with the bright red hair. If that won't be honored, then my post will remain, to warn customers in Quakertown to maybe choose Pep Boys instead, since they were able to help me immediately, without hesitation, and without excuses. I have always brought my business to AutoZone, and I will no longer be doing that, and suggesting to friends and family to choose Pep Boys instead as well. I felt like I was being "grilled" with questions and ignored, and called a liar, when I clearly have a receipt for the purchase. I have no problems purchasing another, but when I am told you will replace it if it is faulty, which it clearly is, then I expect that service to be done without being accused of "doing things on my own". If you had proper staffing, I would have had it installed with you in the first place.

I was able to have my check engine light looked at free of charge and they gave me the diagnosis of what was wrong. I was able to get the part, the gentleman explained to me how and even where it went. I also came home with a print out just in case. Great Customer Service. Over and above most stores. Thank you. I went to get a new battery in a Jeep Rubicon. In 15 minutes, James had the entire transaction complete from purchase to closing the hood. Well done!!!Also were very helpful with regard to headlight restoration treatments. Highly recommended!

Great service - experience - yesterday my battery was almost dead. 8:45pm, called Autozone, they had battery in stock, Anthony was very quick to help. Checked my old battery before confirming I needed a new one. Installed it right there on the spot and off I went. Great service/experience....will definately be back !!

My car wouldn't start so I went to Auto Zone after I had it jumped. They diagnosed it as battery was bad. They had battery in stock. It took the technician 17 minutes from start to finish to install and I was on my way! Thank you Auto Zone!

Jim H was extremely helpful when I came in with a car problem. It was in the middle of a several hour long trip and I might have had to go home if he didn't help out. I would recommend this AutoZone to anyone!
