I called Alderfer about having a new storm door installed and installing weather stripping around the entrance door. They did quality work in a timely fashion. Their quote for the work was also priced better than competitors.

Shower door was installed today - thought price was very good. They had a gentleman come measure make suggestions and door came in quick. They cleaned up so never knew they were even here. Love my door! They even replaced a glass pane door and made a glass table top and had a great experience with those also!

Alderfer Glass was great to work with. Their estimator arrived exactly at the time scheduled, and it only took him about 15 minutes to complete all measurements and discuss the details with me. I had the drawings and estimate within 48 hours. I was told the custom glass enclosure would take 3 weeks to be fabricated and it took exactly that, and the installation occurred 2 days later. The installers were kind professional, and did great work. I could not be more pleased with the way the shower turned out.

We were impressed with the selection and presentation of shower doors when we visited the show room. After we made our choice, we were told they would send a man out to measure, which we thought was not necessary as we brought our measurements with us. We were very glad they came. It was pointed out my husband's height was a factor. but the door we chose did not come in that size. Our second choice was clear glass with sliding doors. Three weeks later the installer did an excellent job, very professional and took special care of our floors, carpeting, etc. He was in and out in no time. The second choice was much better for our small revitalized master bath, and we are very happy with our finishing touch.Richard and Sylvia, Hereford, PA

This company was great to work with. They came out once to take measurements; the second time about two weeks later to do the installation.Our goal was to get a great looking custom shower enclosure that is fully functional with no issues. Alderfer exceeded that goal.

I went for some glass for my table. My husband had the great idea to do the measurements in centimeters. Well the person who was attending mocked and told me that we were in America and that was not used in America and told them in front of my face to his coworkers to laugh at me. When I said it was not my idea was my husband. He said well still this is America, so I said he is from Kansas and is America look the map.I was a terrible service and ethics from their part. Nothing worse than a bunch of clowns.

Amazing customer service!! Very nice people. Walked in to ask questions about a windshield chip and walked out 30 minutes later with it repaired. What more could you ask for!!

Great experience. We needed windows replaced in our house before we could sell it. Alderfer was the was most reasonably priced, very timely, had very friendly customer service, and did amazing work. Will definitely keep them in mind for future.

Had a rock crack my windshield. Called and got a quote and was able to schedule and get in the very next day! Super nice people, good quality work, quick and easy. Will definitely go here again, although I'm hoping no more rocks crack my windshield

Alderfer Glass did an amazing job on our shower glass installation and they could not be more helpful. We had an issue with the shower after the glass was made but before it was installed. Dale Alderfer held on to the glass several months while we resolved the issue. Moreover they rose to the occasion when Dale returned, to work with the tile contractor in assuring we maintained the necessary dimensions so the glass would fit, without the need to re-fabricate the glass. On the very first day the shower was ready for glass installation Alderfer arrived, having arranged their schedule, to allow us to complete the work without delay. The final result was a perfect installation. We couldn t be more pleased and highly recommend Alderfer Glass for any type of glazing project.

The installation went very smoothly and we were pleased with the results. It didn't take that long from the time the measurements were taken and the shower stall door was installed. I'd definitely recommend Alderfer Glass.

After carefully reviewing area glass companies, Alderfer appeared to lead the pack. Our experience with this firm confirms this. Dale Alderfer who came to our home to estimate the project was professional and courteous. He answered all questions in a patient manner, and pointed out things we never would have noticed.The installers, were very competent, humorous, NEAT, and did a challenging job with a great attitude. We'll see in 5,10,15 years how good the job was :-).AND, Alderfers price was extremely competitive. We wish they traveled to the Jersey shore. When we need additional glass work the call will go to Alderfer.

The entire process from the estimate to installation the folks from Alderfer were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with. Our new windows were installed perfectly and the technicians cleaned up the work area and cleaned the glass too.

Great folks to work with! Appointment setup was easy. I had a few rock chips in my windshield, and Alderfer got them fixed in about a half hour while I waited. Highly recommended.

We had a custom half circle replaced in our bathroom. Quick estimate, great communication during the whole process and the install was quick. The 2 installers were extremely nice as well.

We don't typically provide reviews of services but our overall experience and final product from Alderfer Glass warrants our review and praise.We are very particular, detail oriented homeowners. We are coming to a close on a rather extensive 2nd floor remodel including the main bath. We demanded a certain end result with exacting attention to every detail. We looked at other glass companies prior to settling with Alderfer. What swayed our decision was how flexible they were; from lending hardware to multiple revisions of several designs.Our goal was a 3-piece frameless shower with hardware to compliment the newly installed fixtures; not a complicated install, typically. The installed product is OUTSTANDING. I had only one concern over one installation detail but my concern was quelled by the realization that my preferred method of installation would have resulted in a problematic and less appealing outcome. The people at Alderfer really know what they're doing!THANK YOU NATE, KEVIN, PONCE, JEREMY, and the multiple support staff that offered patience, education and input to our experience and new bath/shower.

I highly recommend Alderfer Glass. They recently installed a beautiful frameless glass showe door assembly in my bathroom.The technicians were professional, on time and explained everything to me prior to the work being done. They covered all my floors with drop cloths and left the area spotless.It is such a pleasure dealing with competent craftsman.

Mike and Matt were both professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. And very nice to our cat Mia who trailed them everywhere.I do have a small concern that I noticed after they left. The plastic piece running along the bottom of the door stops about 1/2 from the end and some edges there feel sharp. Could someone stop by to look at it when convenient?Also I thought Matt said there was a squeegee in the goody bag he left us. If I m not mistaken could it be brought when someone comes?Thanks so much

The Workman was very polite. He asked if I wanted him to take shoes off or not. I appreciate that because I don t wear shoes in my home. He was conscientious in his job. He did a good job and cleaned everything up just fine. Thank you!

It took toooooooooooooooooooo long to fix a window. Excuses were scheduling, crew not in my neighborhood (although I'm sure they must have been in the neighborhood to pick up their pay checks or supplies). For the price which was very pricey, decent service should have been included.

Installation of 4 replacement windows has been completed and we are very satisfied with the results. The same can be said regarding 7 other windows previously installed. The installers Chris, Tim and Eric were very professional .
