Did an online order for three u joints and a ball, cup and seal kit... I was dealing with an older gentleman, and I realized one of the boxes may have been opened (dirty bent edge), I'm a master tech so I deal with vendors and run into issues like this all the time, so I opened everything in front of him and inspected all my parts to make sure they were indeed new and nothing missing. Instead of being annoyed this man was more than understanding and even offered to run some more part numbers for me, thanks bro you don't get service like that anymore

I went there today to get my battery checked in my car and the guy that helped me was not very helpful. He acted like it was an inconvenience for him to do it, he said I guess we will have to go outside in the cold to check it. I understand it's very cold outside, but isn't it part of your job since it's advertised on the building that you do free battery checks. He said I can look up a battery for you, but why would I buy a battery if there's nothing wrong with the one in my car. I left and went to Autozone, and they were happy to help me. I will not be returning to Advance Auto Parts.

Polite staff that was able to help me find what I needed quickly and when I picked up an order the other day they had it ready and waiting for me when I arrived!

Best auto parts store in Quakertown. The night staff is aways helpful in finding the parts for my 2011 Chevy Silverado and they are willing to give me good advice on how to go about fixing my truck. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

I didn't find what I needed but it's a good store. People were helpfulEdit: The nice reply added another star. I bought a new car and wanted a decent windshield shade. I didn't find the correct size. I appreciate all who helped me. If ever I need anything else, I'll be sure to stop here again.

I am an auto technician. I went into the store to buy a couple simple little things. I ve been working on cars for 35 years unfortunately, when you go to this place and you asked for a product if the people at the counter can t look it up on the computer. They really are very, very not not knowledgeable, it seems like they can t think outside of the computer if you go there looking for a spark plug wire or something like that they need to know the year make and model of the car because other than that they can t help you it s a shame to see what is happening to the auto industry Not trying to leave a bad review, but they were not knowledgeable at all. Two of the products I went there to get they didn t have 1540 diesel oil which is a common item that you can even buy at Walmart. They didn t have it and washer solvent another common product that they didn t have so basically I went here and wasted my time.

They had everything I needed to fix my car. If they dont they can order it. Order online pick up at store is a great option.

YOU GUYS ROCK!!! I left here one happy lady!! After weeks of having no interior lights and several attempts to replace the fuses I was extremely frustrated! That was until I met GARY the salesman. He was so polite and professional but above all he kindly saw how confused and frustrated so he asked his manager if could go outside and give me a hand Thank You Gary!!! Your acts of kindness made me very happy. I will be taking all my car part needs to this location from here out. :)

Had a very pleasant experience in my time spent at this simple automotive parts store.Rhe staff was kind and patient with all the customers i saw them interact with as well as my own interaction.As soon as i came in i was greeted and asked if i needed help.Luckily they knew exactly what isle and where to find what i needed was on.They have a great selection of all types of automotive needs and accessories.As well as an elaborate parts variation in stock.

Went there this morning and was refused help when I wanted to check out. The Kid in the store was rude and just wanted to talk with his friends. Told me to wait for the guy that was in the parking lot checking someone battery. While he went back to his friends. Will never go back to this store again.

Changed my rating on this place. Must have just had a bad experience years ago. Crew there was really helpful and got me (in stock and next day order) everything I needed. Making this my first stop for car parts in Quakertown going forward.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I know nothing about cars. My husband usually buys the parts we need. He was working and sent me. The staff walked around and helped me find everything on the list. I was so grateful.

Stopped in when my malfunction light lit up on my dashboard. The young man that was working came out and checked my diagnostic codes and I asked him to write them down for me. Exceptional customer service. He even recommended a garage for me when asked. I will definitely be back in the future.

Customer service was terrible, I am a frequent advance shopper since I drive 20,000 miles a year for work. The employee Tiff refused to honor the manufacturer warranty on silverstar headlights. She them said she would call her boss to show me I was wrong and walked outside to smoke while she called. It was truly frustrating when I called their hot line and was told the store was wrong and could have swapped them out.

It was horrible. Their computer doesn't match up with their stock, bought a bundle deal, oil and oil filter, Their computer showed 1 filter in the combo, didn't fit. Wrong thread size. Replaced with a different filter from the same combo, and got charged a higher price on the same combo???! They will never see me in there again.

I really enjoy going to Advanced Auto in Quakertown. The manager that works there Rob is very patient and explains everything before you leave. He even takes the time to let you know if you have any questions feel free to call.

Always a good experiance here. Quick service. Bought a car battery here and they installed it in 5 mins for free. Saved me a trip home to do it myself.
