Took my 570 Sportsman in for routine service at East American. Jason, Brian and Cody are great. They go out of their way to accommodate you and they always service what they sell. Great dealership, I purchased 4 Polaris products from them over the years.

Service was great Cody was able to find the problem with my winch quickly order the part needed and repair to perfect working order. He stayed in contact with me as to the progress of the repair and contacted me as soon as it was complete. Great Job (EAM)ThanksSumo

Being my second time purchasing a machine I have to say it was by far the best experience overall and we will only be purchasing from them in the future. Brian is very helpful and his good attitude seems to carry to the other employees as well. They walked us through the new items on our side by side we have never used before and didn't make us feel rushed. We will definitely be using East American for any future needs.

I didn t buy my rzr here but as a first time buyer i was skeptical about who and where i bought from and ended up buying off the wrong place. in 4 weeks of owning my new rzr xp 1000 i ve had a few things break that are supposed to be covered under warranty. the first time i called EA and told them what was going on and even with all the restrictions and me not buying from them still got scheduled in and taken care of no problem! the second issue i had with it they worked with me on making accommodations and i feel went above and beyond with doing what they could to help me out! Great people with great customer support, i will never go to another dealership to buy something unless i absolutely have! customer service and being treated decent is a big thing for me and there excellent service just gained them a lifelong customer!

I have been dealing with East American for 20 years now! I have bought brand new and used vehicles from them and have ALWAYS been treated very well. The service department is also great. I just had some tires mounted there and they put me to the front of the line because I was in a hurry. My only problem is that every time I enter their showroom I have to buy something!

Being a Polaris owner I have been to many dealer's.. east is by far the best in my book. Very friendly staff. Great customer service. And great Tech's. You need a buggie fixed or need a new one. Don't be dumb go to east..

I purchased a Ranger there. Good overall experience. No suggested improvements. Nice demonstration of the controls. Let me borrow a trailer for free. It was ready before they had promised.

Got a great side by side here. If you have an opportunity to visit the store, you'll be tempted to by one yourself. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. They made our purchase painless.

If you are looking for a Bad Dealership and Bad Customer Service look now other than East American Motorsports I would not buy anything there they've changed the price on me three different times for the warranty. And told me that they had money to play around with.

Spent quite a bit of money here including a Polaris 6x6. Good staff, good experience, no problems ever. If Polaris still makes the 6x6 Ranger I give it extremely high marks.

was at our camp over the 4th of july when my throttle assembly went bad on my ranger. they didnt have one in stock but pulled one off a new machine for me. saved the weekend. great service.
