Chad and the team at Winters Automotive are the best! I traveled almost 2 hours to purchase a trailer from them and it was worth it! I called back once I got home and ordered some accessories for my truck! Better prices than the net and top notch customer service. Clean, well stocked shop! I will be back!

Excellent customer service, prices, support, and communication. I worked with Butch, Kirsten, Chad, and Heather throughout the process and all provided exceptional support. It's great to know there are still companies around these days that value their customers like Winters. I was able to find an awesome snowmobile trailer at extremely competitive pricing as compared to their competition. I'd highly recommend Winters. Although it's 5 hours away from our house, we will keep our business with Chad and team.

Was looking for a replacement axle for a trailer. I have emailed 2 months ago with no response. Decided to call and talk to someone and they sent me to voice-mail with no call back. Finally was driving by and stopped in. Someone took the info and told me they would check and call with info in a day or so and that was over a month ago and no calls or email. Couldn't even have the decency to tell me they just didn't want to help or couldn't

We had bought a 25+4 goos neck trailer, my husband loves it! Unfortunately, something went wrong with the trailer, Chad and Butch took the matter in their hands immediately. The outcome came out even better. They are like family. Can t go wrong with winter automotive & trailers. No regrets doing business here.

Best prices i have researched in the area. Paul and Chad are very helpful and I will be purchasing a 4 x 8 from there. Since I am in transition they even helped with holding onto the trailer until I can get my license squared away after my house closing. Not many company will do that, they will just tell you to.come back.Veyr happy I went with Winters and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional.

Called around 7 different dealers for lightning trailer certain model # trailer to get a price. not one person can help me until I spoke to gentlemen name Ralph !!! he was great to deal with. called be back, answer all my questions . also called the dealer and got me a price on the trailer I was looking for. This is how you take care of a customer. Ralph is a great asset to this company. thanks again.

I recently made some purchases here, and I ll say the Butch is very knowledgeable and very patient in customer service! I had a slight/minimal idea of what I needed/wanted and he pointed me in the right direction! The prices are very reasonable/affordable especially for the quality parts/equipment that they sell! I ll never buy Home Depot, harbor freight, Walmart, Autozone towing equipment again! This is a must supply store for the daily tow or seldom tow, you ll be 100% safe! Thank you guys for all of your help!

Traveled 3 hours from Va. to purchase a 22 foot flat deck, and would definitely do it again. Chad, Brandon and Shannon were fantastic. Great product, great price, great service and great people! I would highly recommend.

Wow!After shopping 5 trailer dealers in York and Lancaster county, I found my best deal, by far, in East Prospect, Pa.Chad was a pleasure to work with. His crew paid attention to detail, helping me with a light issue I had with my truck.Winters has a good selection of trailers, and also a well stocked retail accessory store.

I called to have my car looked at because of the way it was driving, and was told they are strictly a trailer dealer, they do not do work on cars anymore. Maybe they should take the automotive out of their name.

Chad and his team have been giving us excellent service for the last 8 years. The prices are fair and they are honest about the repairs we need, they have never tried to sell us anything that we did not need. They also give discounts for first responders and military. I would not take my car anyplace else.

Check this place out. They have the best deals on new trailers and are great to work with. Got me exactly what I was looking for and at a price that was just as good as the used trailers I was looking at. Pick up was easy and hassle free. Hauled the car on trailer for the first time this weekend and it performed flawlessly. Thank you !!

I had been bouncing around to a few repair shops and wasn't completely satisfied with any of them. Thankfully I found Winters Automotive. A pesky engine problem was finally fixed by Chad and his guys--the first time!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who wants a job done right at a fair price. They also have a nicely stocked used car lot from which I'd purchase a vehicle if they weren't so good at fixing mine. Do yourself and your car a favor and check these guys out. You'll be glad you did.

Purchased our 16' enclosed trailer from Winter's Automotive. Chad is great to deal with- whether buying a car or trailer.The Continental Cargo is a sturdy trailer. We've hauled our quads in this 16' Tailwind, up and down the east coast on every kind of road- it pulls great, don't know it's there.

I was in a bind and needed a trailer hub. Teri was great with me. She took the time to cross reference parts and make sure what they had in stock would fit. Saved me from getting my trailer stuck an hour from home.

I was asking them questions about trailers . They answered a few and didn t respond on the last few questions as I need a certain height to get my equipment through rear door . I offer a number on a trailer and they responded don t waste my time . As a business owner I would never talk to a client the way this place did . Be warned I would never buy anything from this place .
