They did a excellent job with my car I cannot tell the difference that it was even damaged and that's what you want to see when you go pick up your vehicle thank you again Rocco's is the place to go

Rocco s collision really couldn t be any better. I ve taken my 2020 Honda Civic here twice in the last year (either it was bad luck or bad driving?). The first time I took it there, the AC was broken. It was broken before the accident. I didn t mention anything on the phone about the AC, because it clearly wasn t related to the incident and I didn t want to make a false claim. When I picked up my car, it was cleaned beautifully on the outside, and also pretty well on the inside. The damages to the front end were fixed immaculately. I turned the AC on which hadn t been working for 4 months. Just to check it. Lo and behold it works great. I couldn t have been happier in that moment. I think I let out an ecstatic YES! .. It wasn t just a simple issue, the AC compressor was broken so it was a costly fix.The second time I brought it in I had a similar experience. The back bumper had fallen off at some point from being rear-ended, by a hit-and-run(more bad luck) I had already had the first accident this year, so I didn t want to make another claim. I just stuck it back on the Frame and did my best with the clips, but it didn t look great and was clearly falling off a while later, I had another accident and immediately thought I d take it back to Rocco s. It was front end damage again. Repaired immaculately. The car was cleaned again (looked like it had been waxed this time) And to my surprise, the rear bumper was fixed perfectly back onto the frame and the broken clips had been replaced! I was amazed. They really are the best.

My car was in the shop 3 weeks and 4 days past the date I was given. There was a lack of communication throughout the whole process, despite me being patient, kind and understanding. I get that problems come up that can not be predicted but I never received calls to follow up on what work was being done, what parts were being ordered and how much more time it was going to take. I would not recommend the prospect park location of Rocco s collision to anyone. It was a horrible experience. I am grateful to have had a rental car throughout this process.

Rocco s did excellent work on repairing my car following an accident. Rocco s was able to take my car the day after the accident, did an excellent job on the bodywork and returned it to me in 8 days!!! Would recommend Rocco s to anyone!

All the good reviews for this place is from the previous owners before Rocco s bought it. I took my car here in November after an accident for my front bumper. I had to take my car back and forth there four times because of different issues including a terrible job with the paint and areas left without paint. After the 4th time I refused to give them another chance to fix it. Manager even told me this is the best that they can do now 4 months later I m still working with my insurance company to get my car fixed. They left my car with half of it a different color paint, buff marks throughout the car, missing decals and overspray everywhere. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Please don't send your vehicle(s) here...especially if it was stolen! They're horrible! They don't give updates. They take FOREVER. They don't fix all the areas that were damaged. They even damaged my paint and then said it was natural damage that happens over time. They wouldn't repair it and kept trying to act like they didn't do it even though there were before photos of the entire vehicle. The manager (forgot her name) is a clown too. I hate this company and I'll never ever have another vehicle worked on here!

From start to finish I was extremely pleased with the service and quality of their work. Love how they text you updates on the progress of the work on your car. Bonus car is returned squeaky clean, washed. Your car looks like it was never in an accident. They are renovating the reception area which will be attractive and big. The staff is very professional and polite. I give this place 10 stars if there were more stars above.Service: Body & Trim

So my car was stolen, they damaged the outside, broke a window ect. This place was recommended by my insurance. They did fix the outside, however they put a wrong color window in, didn't check the electrical systems (which I couldn't see on initial inspection, I don't have x ray vision) they haphazardly put the dash in (gaps all over) I wouldn't recommend them for anything less than outside work. My local dealer is fixing what they should have done. 8k so far.

The people that work for Rocco Collision Center is very nice and really professional. They really make you feel very comfortable. Their work is beyond excellent.

Rocco's is the best!! The way they treated my mom inlaws car was so awesome!! She got her car back and thought she got a new car. She was so joyous she wanted to show off her car again...thank you for the love and care guys!! Five stars isn't enough for how well you treat your clients. Thank you!!!

I was in two accidents within 6 months and my insurance sent me to Rocco s. From start to finish, everything was great. From the front desk worker (Charisse?) to the guys in the back, everyone was pleasant and helpful. I d recommend Rocco s to anyone.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had a little smudge and scratch on my front bumper and wasn't sure if I needed to have it professionally repaired. Stopped at Rocco's to have them check it out for me. Jose helped me by just buffing it out and wouldn't take any payment. Very nice workers there. I would recommend them to any one!! Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car has been there for over 6 weeks after a three week estimate. I have asked for call backs and estimates and they don t call back after numerous calls. I am now paying for a rental car with no idea what s going on. I went there on Friday and when I called they said it wasn t ready. I asked where my car was and they said it was at a different shop. I could see on gps it was there.I have idea why they would lie when it didn t matter. I don t know why they have my car and don t call me back. I am saddened by how bad this experience was.

My family has been going to Artistic for any services that we needed since I was a kid. As soon as I had a car I've done the same. I've always been more than satisfied with any inspections or repairs I've needed on my car. The staff is incredibly kind! They're always super friendly and helpful. One thing I always appreciate is that they've always been honest, open, and upfront with me about any work that needed to be done on my cars. I truly am thankful for them and highly reccomend their business.

I used this business to fix my car after I was rear ended and I am very happy I picked them. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The office always answered the phone and was very informative. My car was fixed very quickly. I received notifications that kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. They did repair on my car because it was dented elsewhere at a different mechanic's shop. Artistic Auto Body went ABOVE AND BEYOND with my car. They only had to repair the dent, but they ended up also waxing and polishing my car. Even my rims were glistening and the interior was cleaned. I was in awe when I got my car back. George was extremely communicative and updated me throughout the entire process. His shop was spotless and he had a great staff. You can tell George takes a lot of pride in his business and it truly shows. I was astounded the work they did and will absolutely be using their services in the future! Thank you George and staff!

I called around to over 10 body shops to try and get my car repaired after an accident. All told me that they wouldn t be able to start working on my car for over a month. I called Rocco s and they had it in the shop the next day. The work was expected to take several weeks, but it was done 3 weeks sooner. They did a great job, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I recently got into an accident and took my car to Artistic Auto Body for body work repairs. Nick is very personable, knowledgeable, and courteous and gave it to me straight about what he thought needed to be done and how long he thought it would take. Throughout the process Nick reached out with updates so that I knew what was going on. My car looked practically brand new both inside and out when I got it back, as they do a phenomenal job washing and waxing the outside and vacuuming the inside. They even buffed out some red scuff marks I had on a rear door. It really sucks getting into an accident but I take solace in knowing that I can take it to Artistic Auto Body for repairs. They take clear pride in their work and I can't recommend them enough.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone backed into my bumper 2 weeks ago so my whole bumper needed to get repainted. It looks absolutely amazing! They did a terrific job! Everything was so easy. They did everything for us... dealing with the insurance company, rental car and painting my bumper! I thought it was going to be a nightmare dealing with all of it and they took care of everything. When I picked up my car it was also vacuumed and cleaned! The whole experience was easy and stress free! I highly recommend them!Thank you so much-Cameron & Brittany

Started out great George was helpful. Chose this place because of a recommendation, they gave me a rental which was beat up but ok free except gas can t beat it regardless of condition. Was told a week turned into 1.5 with constant questioning to see if finished. Car needed a repaint completely was only peeling on roof hood and 1 door. Cost was 1900 compared to Maaco who was gonna do a full repaint for 1300. I went with this place due to quality and rating. It was a mistake to say the least. When I got my car back it had areas peeling that were not peeling before and some that weren t fixed properly. Also had a theft issue change a hefty bag was stolen out of my car. When I brought up the additional peeling George offered to give me a bottle of touch up paint, and said he would show me how to fix it. I just paid you 1900$ and now I have to fix it? Additionally I had to wax my car per George when I picked it up again I just paid you 1900$ and you didn t wax it?? Attitude changed entirely after the work was done. When I tried contacting George about the stolen bag of change and scheduling to fix the over priced additional paint peeling after the work was done I received no reply. Didn t want to leave a bad rating but when you pay for a service and aren t treated fairly it s really what you deserve. I d hate for someone else to have to feel the way I felt after thatService: Painting

I was refered here by an auto adjuster after my first ever accident. I was happy it was so close and all the reviews were great. Turns out the reviews were right. Someone had rear ended me in traffic and the back corner of my bumper was caved in and my taillight smashed. Nick and everyone in the office were really helpful. They explained the whole process and walked me through getting a rental - which, again, I'd never been in this situation before. Enterprise is just across the street but they still had them pick me up which was super nice. Nick had my taillight replaced first so that I didn't run into any issues driving until it could be taken in for the rest of the repairs. You wouldn't be able to tell there was ever any damage to my car. It was a quick process and I was kept updated on everything. I would definitely recommend this shop and take my car here again for any future repairs.Edit- 1 year later and I still feel like I'm treated like royalty! Nick, Steve and every other person who has helped me have been and continue to be amazing! Decided to make this my full time shop after the initial visit. (-:

Incredible experience with Nick and the Artistic team. Nick handled all my insurance information and coached me through the entire process. Deeply knowledgeable every step of the way. Repairs were completed quickly and in true artistic fashion. I even received daily updates as the repairs progressed. Very impressed with the workmanship and the final product. Highly recommended!!
