I called up about my 2023 Mustang. I want some custom work done. The guy that answered the phone was very friendly and professional. He did not have the answer to my questions BUT, he did his research called me back answered my questions and gave me a fair estimate. I can t wait to take him my car!!! Stay tuned folks. I think this place is the real deal!

Impressed. I called about a quote to have a custom set of springs installed. They pulled up the suspension specs for my vehicle and verified that the springs I had ordered in were the correct ones and viewed the specs on them. No shop I've ever seen before has bothered to do that kind of research before quoting a price and starting the work.

Got lighting kits installed:1) the wiring was done incorrectly, unable to turn off lights and overall unmanaged.2) defective lights requiring replacement were installed and not tested prior to installation.3) overall end product was not achieved as agreed upon.

Highly recommend this place. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to figure out my best options. The install were fast. They pay attention to detail and make sure it is done right.

I was referred to Ron and Ken by my cousin and a good friend as the only option if I was getting a suspension lift and larger tires on my GMC 2500. Their knowledge about lifts and larger tire kits is second to none! They installed the 5 inch Zone suspension lift with 35 inch tires. I could not be happier with their work. You may be able to find slightly lower prices if you shop them... but remember you get what you pay for! I highly recommend Custom Auto World!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Called up at 5:25 pm to mount and balance two tires told them it was a bigger rim. All a sudden nah it s too late. I was gonna have them do my lift kit next month. But they can eat a bird now. Value people a little more 5 extra mins would have had you a golden customer.

I ordered a lift kit for my xj through ken at custom auto world a few weeks ago. his customer service was great and was good help with finding me the lift i wanted. the lift i ordered came in fairly quick. I am definitely going to return

Very easy to access , alot of nice things on the shelves . Waxed nostalgic because I haven't found a nice speed shop in a long time, and if it was nice then they had next to nothing in stock . This place seemed set up for success . My only issue ( why only 4 stars ) was that on a Saturday afternoon , only one guy available at the counter...waited 10 minutes and just wasnt gonna to hang out and wait until the other customers were all helped .

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. These guys know their stuff. I like the fact that they review all products before giving you an answer on what best suits your needs. Dont waste your time going anywhere else, they get it right the first time..

Don t go here total rip off. He repaired thing that were not broken and returned the car with the same problem. Then wanted to charge me for repairing what was really wrong.
