Great company and honest pricing. They made our insurance claim very easy and the body work came out perfect! There is also an Enterprise minutes around the corner for a rental, no wasted time when I went. I highly recommend this company.

I was rear ended at a red light and the entire front of my car was smashed in as you can see from the picture. I took my car to Kevin s shop to be fixed and I m so glad I did. So as far as the car goes its perfect. You cannot even tell I was hit the car came out beautiful. Kevin was texting me and letting me know throughout the process what was going on with my car and also handled the insurance as well. I definitely would and have already recommended people to his shop. His work is flawless and he kept me in the loop during all of the repair process as well. 5 stars no doubt . Thank you again for getting me back on the road

Very fair, if your looking for someone that doesn't sugar coat your repair then go to this guy. Kevin really treated me with straight forward respect and honesty. Kept me up to date and even included photos of the process. Not a normal treatment in today's world of "must please the customer". Its nice to be treated the right way by company for once. Family ran and fair priced.

I received an estimate from Kevin, the owner for $500.00. The original estimate included sanding, painting and touching up all scratches throughout the body of my car. When I spoke to Kevin and made the appointment I informed him that I have speckles of spray paint on both sides of my car. He informed me that he would remove the spray paint and there will be no additional charges. The day my car was in his shop, I received a voicemail from Kevin stating that there would be an additional charge of $150. He already gave him employees permisson to do the work without my consent. Once I received the message I called Kevin and explained to him that I do not have an addtitonal $150. The spray paint wasn't removed. When I picked up my car I didn't look at it. I paid the full amount. When I arrived home, I noticed a few things. Only a couple of the scratches were touched up, the outside of my car has compound on it, black grease on the inside of my car. When I called Kevin and stressed my concerns I was shocked by his unprofessional response!I asked him is it protocol for the customer to receive their car with compound and grease on it. His response was, "Yes when you receive a free service!" He should of never said that to me. I didn't receive anything for free! I paid $530. I informed him that all the scratches were not touched up. His reply was, "Touch ups for 30 minutes, anything over that I do not make any money!" He didn't inform me of that when I took my car in for the estimate. I feel he was trying to get more money out of me. He definitely should of kept his word and removed the spray paint and compound. I cannot remove the compound off my car. Now I need to pay a professional to try and remove the compound. I already had to clean the inside of my car since that was dirty also. I do not understand how an owner of a business can speak to a customer with such disrespect! If he continues to be unprofessional, I do not believe he will be in business much longer. I do have pictures to support my review.

From cosmetic fixes to major repairs I have had great experiences with Kevin and his staff. Professional, quick, courteous and very knowledgeable. Automotive Restoration Experts is highly recommended!!

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure my car looked perfect. He even washed it and polished my headlights for me.
