Place deserves zero stars! Vehicle we looked at had an engine sensor poorly taped up and an extra wire to ground their "rigging" to the engine. Also looks like they used nail polish to cover up scratches and the oil leaks under the car are noticeable and leaves a bad taste for anyone. Shady and narcissistic tendencies displayed by the staff. Buyer beware. Interest rates are absurd! Stressful experience and would rather shop at Walmart on Black Friday than deal with these loan sharks.

I purchased a car from here and the car ran poorly but I desperately needed a car. They assured me I had a warranty with them. 2 months later the check engine light came on for the catholic converter and exhaust. The then told me the warranty covered nothing and estimated me 2200 to fix. Then told me I could not drive the car off their lot because it failed inspection. How can I not drive a car I'm making payments on?Update- they just tried to take money from my account without my permission. No I do not have auto-pay. Plus they have the car.

I had a great experience at Ed's USA! This is my second time buying a car here. Everyone is very nice, friendly and treat you like family! Nella was especially awesome! She had me in and out in under two hours and was extremely thorough and helpful. I highly recommend Ed's USA!

Had a great experience renting a 15 foot box truck. The customer service was second to none even when I called up to rent the truck an extra day. They happily accommodated us. I highly recommend them for your moving needs as well as car rental. I was surprised at the modern fleet of vehicles they had there on the lot.

Way over priced don t accept most auto insurance companies so they make you use theirs making a rent a car cost almost $100 a day. Outrageous.

This place is the worsted.i deserved a car for two days. They only booked it for one day. The tryed charging my card with out telling me. The car they gave me was full of cigarette ashes and breaks gained really bad.they switched me to other car that sound like it's gonna die don't shift right.i will never rent from this place again even if it was the last place to rent a car enterprise was so much better and nicer cars better service

Each experience is different, but most of the times good. Bought one lemon, however Tracey the owner did swap it out so I can t complain. Although there s times when vehicles break and you first buy it they can afford to give you a normal rental at no charge, always thought that was nonsense.Overall I do recommend. Front office was always friendly, Sarah particularly was always my favorite to speak with very personable. Everyone is nice. Would be nice to have more interaction with owner though throughout the process.

My wife and I rented a truck from them on August 18th, and put down a deposit of $250, we returned the truck on the 18th, and had to wait for a check to be mailed out for the return of our deposit. As of today August 29th, we still have not received or check, and we live in Pottstville, close to ed's and the post office. After repeated phone calls, all they say is that they don't know what to tell us. They don't care that I'm broke, and my phone has been shut off, because the $250, is the money for my phone. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, ONCE THEY GET THEY'RE MONEY, YOUR NO LONGER A HUMAN BEING, BUT A NUISANCE TO THEM!!DOYLE KENT

This place is a joke!!! They are a rip off and I m reporting them to the BBB and Getting a lawyer. We got a 2014 Ford Escape from them and the engine blew before it was due for an oil change. Then they charged over $5,000 to put a used engine in and it took 3 weeks to do a 28 hour job meanwhile since it s my only transportation I used all my sick and my vacation days because of this place. They charged an arm and leg for every fluid they put in the car but 3 days after I picked the car up and took it on the turnpike the transmission put itself in limp mode. Then a hose fell off the turbo. Hey claim the transmission was just low on fluids which is funny since I was charged for transmission fluid 3 days prior. They were going to leave me and my kid stranded in Pottsville and now want an additional $500 to get the car when everything wrong with it was directly related to putting the new engine in. But they won t take the responsibility. This place also sold a junk vehicle to my cousin but she was able to trade her car in for another that she didn t have problems with once a week. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to buy a car because this place will make you broke.

You don't need a major credit card like every other rental company, you can just use a debit card which is biggest plus. I had gotten a car rental for one day. It was an easy process and the car was nice. Returning it was just as easy as renting it. They fill out most of the information over the phone so there is minimal paperwork. It cost about $77 for the rental which was a little pricy but I only have liability insurance so I think that's why because they had to add the collision and comprehensive. So if you have collision and comprehensive already, the price will be better.

My car unexpectedly broke down and Enterprise had 0 cars available. I called Ed's and Tammy helped me with my rental. I reserved it over the phone and she had all my paperwork ready to go when I arrived. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. After a hectic morning it was such a relief to have help getting a rental. I ended up returning the car the same day as my car was finished sooner than expected but I would definitely recommend renting from Ed's.

I had a great experience at Ed's USA. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I was in and out in 2 hours. Brandon was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town.

These people are shady and dishonest. Overpriced junk,try and screw you even with their extended warranty. Rented a truck two people there saw everything was fine. Next day they tell me the side mirror was broken. Wants to charge me 175.00 for a 25 dollar mirror which wasn't broken when I returned it. Still fighting this. GO TO ENTERPRISE OR SOME OTHER REPUTABLE ESTABLISHMENT.THIEVES AND LIARS HERE

I would give zero Stars if possible I have never in my life dealt with people that lack professionalism on the levels that ed's USA employee's do. I was lied to. After I called before I even went there and spoke with a supervisor who verified I could rent a car. Only to then go there and be told they would not rent to us. Lying saying to me that I had been arrested last yr and that's why they could not rent to me. Which couldn't be farther from the truth I've never even had a speeding ticket much less been to jail here. And then to belittle me in front of other customers. Ed's USA jus discriminates based on however they personally feel about you. Which is just disgusting if you ask me like who are you to judge.

Well I'm on my fifth car from eds. I gotta say that i love the fact when you walk in they know you by name including the owners and everyone treats you like family. Decent selection of used cars and they do have the longest warranty for any buy here pay here dealer in the area. If you get a vehicle and notice anything noises etc they always have you come in and rectify no questions asked which is good piece of mind as well. Really nice rental car selection even moving vans, pick up trucks, buses etc , where around Schuylkill county would you get that anywhere else ? ? No where. Excellent customer service , and there shop does a good job as well. Rented 25 plus vehicles and always get something comfortable yet sleek and stylish as I'm very picky. Tracey is very nice and easy to work with. Hands down give them a shot. They've been around for years and they even have storage units. I currently have a Volkswagen from them and it surpasses anything I've ever owned in my life. Well maintained, all the options, heated leather, Sirius xm, sunroof etc. very very pleased!!!! To sum it up this is what you get ...Quality vehicles, great selection, excellent customer service, and treated as if your family. Why go elsewhere ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have rented cars through this company before and had no issues. Today I went to pick up the van I rented once again for a trip and was treated very disrespectfully. I was charged the deposit and price for the full day rental and ended up not even renting the van. I asked for a cancellation because of how. Rude the ladies at the front desk were and she gave me a cocky response and told me she would fully refund me . Still waiting on a refund and so far nothing so 322 dollars they took and never gave it back. I will never ever ever rent from this company again and I wouldn t recommend it to anyone else.

Purchased a dodge nitro from them a few years ago and happened to run our plate on it through the public data base and it's coming back as a 2015 jeep. Called and they insist it's on the correct vehicle. Super shady business. If we get pulled over and charged for this there will be lawsuits. And to top it off, we're over paying for a 2010 and it's not even being reported to our credit.

horrible company. they have no ethics or moral values, and believe it is ok to rob customers of their money for their own negligence. I have reported their company for fraud and scamming customers and they are currently being investigated into these allegations. I also reported them to the state attorney generals office, the BBB, the CPA, and the DOS. I won't stop until their license is revoked and they cannot conduct business in this state ever again. they are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and after they scammed me they had the nerve to tell me to get the money back from my supervisor or to dispute the charges with my bank. disgusting. nobody should ever do business with this company. word of mouth is the biggest form of marketing, and I will utilize every last bit of power I have to ensure nobody does business with these scam artists every again.

These people are crooks! A 2010 Ford Escape with 104,000 miles and 20 minutes after having the vehicle the check engine light comes on and has had problems ever since. Had the car maybe two months before returning it on Monday. Now I am being told I have to pay to use their tags. A check of mine didn't go through because they took so long to cash it that another bill came out of my account that I forgot was set up as an automatic debit and now I am telling them I will pay half and they don't wanna hear it they are going to the police about my check. Don't get trapped like I did. THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD! Never fixed the problems that were wrong just always knew how to turn the car off on me. STAY AWAY!!!

Never had a problem with Ed's until today. Last week my card number was entered wrong for my payment, when I noticed they called I called back. I was told my payment was late, we called and left a voicemail. I told them my voice mail doesn't work and paid them $100 of the payment promising to pay the balance the following week. Called to pay today had a late fee attached to the balance when I asked why you entered my card numbers wrong I was told " I know nothing about that" also they told me I said I had my voicemail fixed (untrue). Made it sound like it was totally my fault. This was the only problem I ever had on the car side.

Hands down best dealership I've dealt with up here.I was stuck in a tough spot and my salesperson, Brandon got me into a vehicle no problem and was able to get everything done prior to me getting there. Brandon walked me through every step of the way and never kept me waiting. If you come here to get your next car which you 100% should... definitely ask for Brandon!!!Thanks for everything

Shady business! I rented a vehicle for one day and returned it in the exact condition it was in beyond the added milage. They inspected it and gave me a signed invoice to close out my rental. That evening they claimed that they put the car on a lift and noticed scratches under the drivers side of the car. They asked me the next day to pay $218.00 for damages and threatened that my license would be suspended if I didn't agree to let them charge my debit card lmfao! I am currently fighting this fraudulent claim with my insurance company.

Terrible ppl. I rented a vehicle for one day. Filled the gas when I returned it. Was charged an additional $35.00 that came out of my $100 deposit because they said that the gas tank wasn't full. I wish I had a picture of how the gas read full. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and ignorant. I always always rent from Enterprise when I need a vehicle. Im sry I ever went to ed's. Never again

I purchased a 2008 Chrysler town and country on 11/3/17 with $1500 down deposit. On 11/13/17 the van needed $1094.33 worth of work done on it because as me and my family was on I80 the calibers locked up causing the van to smoke and almost caught fire. They replace the rotor the tire sensor and the caliber. On 11/21/17 back in the shop again the left outer tire rod an alignment breaks grinding when driving. Total work $1178.85 11/30/17 Back again the left front strut 2 front rotors sliding doors don't work my daughter almost got her hand caught in there. $566.61. On 12/14/17 I was told my van wasn't fixable so I asked for my $1500 deposit back because of all I went threw Diana told me no I had to pretty much settle for something else . I felt I was treated unfair because I came there to get a van that fits my family my 3 kids are all tall so to get into the Mazda cx9 that they gave me was not suitable for my family but I pretty much had no choice in the matter due to them not wanting to give me my money back . Keep in mind I paid all my payments on time on this as all this was going on. Well the Mazda as I'm on I81 driving back to home there is absolutely no heat it was coming out and then stopped all cold air in the winter time . Had to keep pulling over to clean my windows. Well the Mazda needed a blow motor oil pressure switch and a new filter. On 1/3/18 Me and my kids where on I81 and at 65 mph the car just shut off causing the tractor trailer to swerve into the other lane just missing the car this could have turned out very bad . I called eds auto and they told me well it's almost time for us to leave we can't really do anything until the next day I said so what am I got to do they said pay to have it towed I had to pay to have it towed because my insurance only covered so much then I had to find someone to come get my kids before the tow truck would even take the car.The next day they told me oh sorry but there wasnt much we could have done. Couple of days later I got a call and was told the motor went in the Mazda. So I mentioned again about getting my money back was told no. I said so what am I to do they said they will fix the Mazda and I can keep driving the rental mean while I'm still paying my bi weekly payments on time. A couple of days later I was on the site and I noticed the 08 van I had was back on the site so I called and I asked how is that possible I was told it was fixed. Really then why wasn't it given back to me then? So I asked to speak to the owner never happened the next call I got was we can switch you back into the van I got the van back and still have problems with it. When I mention it I'm told I'm an unsatisfied customer not true I trusted them and this is what I been going threw I have all the paperwork and slips for the couple of rentals . I feel like i taken advantage of and should have been refunded my deposit to go else where. They are money hungry and if your payment is 1 day late they nag you for 25 fee

Brandon was awesome no pressure salesman answered everyone of my 2,000 questions seriously there were 15 phone calls between he and I. I am very satisfied with my new car. I even recommended a friend to go get a vehicle and he is now buying a vehicle from eds. I would very highly recommend for eds for your vehicle needs. Especially brandon
