Giving them a 1 star because a 0 is not an option. My in-laws purchased a 2009 Chrysler town and country. The price was great but I guess you get what you pay for. They have had issued since the day they got the vehicle. They ensured us the mechanic went over the van but they had to go back multiple times for cluster panel lights going off. The door doesn't shut properly either. The van started leaking antifreeze so we took it to my mechanic only to find out that there were parts ziptied, all of the electrical wires were taped and not capped and 4ft of wire just dangling in the fire wall, there was silicone in the water pump to stop it from leaking. Called the company just to tell them about the issues and reached a manager named Harry who told my husband he was being very rude and then the manager hung up on him. Not very classy service.

I had purchased an Infinity FX35 from Boardman Brothers.They were easy to work with and the maintenance department is also accommodating and they take care of you very well when needed.I love my Infinity and I would definitely buy another car from this dealership. So far it's been a very pleasurable experience.

I sent a private facebook message to them inquiring about a car and they left me on read. Never responded. The next day I called and spoke with a lady and asked her about the car. She didn't know if the car was on the lot or not and said she would check with a manager and give me a call back. Never called me back. Giving 3 stars because the phone/online service was terrible. Hopefully it would be better in person, but I'm not going to find out.

Great dealership. Their entire lot is filled with good, fair priced cars. I just got a 2014 VW Jetta off of them and they were great. Highly recommend this place!

Bob boardman sold me a piece of junk. Suspension bad,transmission bad, breaks down every two weeks. Now the motor is going! Im still paying on a personal loan for it. It broke down again just today in hamburg and i had to have it towed. He pours water down the manifolds of his vehicles (by his own admission) so you dont hear the lifters ticking. Two months after i bought it, everything started going wrong! He just laughed at me when i asked him to make good for it!
