Every time I call ahead to see if the parts I need are in I always get put on hold and no one picks the phone back up! Will be calling corporate as those are simple tasks that is part of the job! Before anyone says they re busy I go down shortly after getting frustrated with being put on hold multiple times I find the store maybe has one or two people browsing or making purchases! If you hate your job don t treat the customers who depend on your knowledge like trash!

Needed a new battery for my 2019 Nissan Rouge. Was greeted by Kyle, the manager, as soon as I walked in. I told him I thought I needed a battery and he said he wanted to load test it first. He did the test and it showed I did in fact need a battery. Within minutes I was checked out and he was outside, in the rain, installing my new battery. I normally don t leave reviews, but when he refused a tip and said Thank You for your Service , I m a veteran, I knew I had to give a shout out.THANK YOU KYLE FOR THE INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Went here to see ADVANCED auto parts but only seen generic things that you can buy at Walmart and Home Depot, I feel scammed out of my time with this false advertising of a name. I don't recommend this place and don't think you should go here at all, go to the Hamburg one instead because although I didn't check yet, I think it might have Advanced auto parts like advertised but I'm not sure yet because I didn't check.

This place does not answer the phone. Has been that way for years. I have been trying to call for 20 minutes now. The one time someone answered I was greeted with thank you for calling Advance Auto please hold and then promptly hung up on. Called back immediately to no answer again.

I had to return an unused axel socket, because I grabbed the wrong size. Had a few issues with the system doing the return & also processing the gift card that I wanted to use. That being said, the two employees were a great help to fix the issues. Great store.

I have zero auto repair experience or understanding. A google search helped me identify an issue I was having with my vehicle. Vanessa was helpful, and friendly! She found the fuse I needed, and helped me to replace it when I wasn t confident I could do it myself. Issue resolved and back on the road in less than 20 minutes.

So far everytime we go here it's bad. The staff seem to hate it and are never happy and tend to be short with everyone. Shelves and stock is so-so as well. Not sure we have had a pleasant experience here once. And there seems to be someone new or different each time we go. We try and go to others if we can.

Had some trouble installing my wipers and the technician was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She got both wipers installed for me in the parking lot and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for great customer service!

Bought battery online. Went to the store to drop off my old battery and pick up the new one. Never refunded the core charge. Called customer service and they told me that there was nothing they could do. Lost$25. Plus the battery is not even a year old and it has left me sit 3 times in the last two weeks.

I stopped in today to get a battery tested that I had replaced back in January. The battery ended up being dead and the tested said to replace. When I provided the receipt I got with the battery when It was replaced I was told that the battery I brought in and the battery on the receipt where two different size batteries. When they questioned the employee that did the battery replaced (which I was told was new at the time) he said he can't remember something that long ago. So I was told that since the battery I brought back was different then the one on the receipt the best they could do was give me $10 gift card for turning in a bad battery.This seems like a complete rip off just from a new employees mistake of giving me the wrong battery. I guarantee if they still have in store camera footage that goes back that far they would see the battery I was given at the time was the same dead battery I tried to get replaced.I would definitely NOT recommend this Auto Store due to the inexperience workers and the other staff that are unable to try to find a way to fix a situation that a new employee had made.UPDATE -After contacting the Support Center I was told that they were gonna get in touch with the stores District Manger contact me though email but it has been a little over 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from them.

Honestly don't know how you guys stay in business! Every time I call I am either put on hold or hung up on. Or if I come into the store nobody knows what they are doing. And the prices you guys ask for a part is outrageous! The last few times I've needed a part I had to order them online myself at about 1/3 to 1/4 of the price you had listed and it's the same exact brand. You really need to rethink your business ethics and get some real people to work your stores!

Needed wiper blades. Put them on for me. One wiper blade arm was stripped. Ordered me a new one and installed it for me. Manager on nice. And many thanks to worker that fixed my wipers. Very knowledgeable and patient men there.

Kyle is the best thing that happened to this place because I can finally get real help here! You got questions, need advice,explaining anything,how to install, or where to go to get the right parts if they can't etc he helped and it was all without ignorant comments about being a female like every other parts store around!!

Order a part online for store pickup (it was for my son s jeep). It was ready almost immediately which is great. When I picked it up, the box was taped shut with clear shipping tape & I should have checked it out right away. So, I took the part home, gave it to my son & off to work I went. My son calls me later & says the part isn t right, because it was a USED & BROKEN part that someone had returned!!! Apparently when someone returns something they don t check what s in the box. I called the store manager who was apologetic, but says he s not responsible for what comes off their trucks. I m sure they don t ship used parts from their warehouses. Total waste of my time going to that store! Buyer beware!!

Stopped in to drop off Amazon package, and the guy working there offered me a receipt for proof of drop off! This is the first , THE FIRST, place that's ever bothered to ask me that. I'm going to drop off my packages here from now on!

Top notch service, and quick install. Installed a battery for me when AutoZone wouldn't. Salesperson had the old one out and new one in in less than 15 minutes.

Today I went to this place to change my alternator because it was faulty. and an employee named brian didn't want to change my alternator. He told me that he can't give away pieces. I don't want anything for free, I just wanted to change my faulty alternator. I just went to another advance and without hesitation they changed it. Brian, you only know how to deal with a computer, you don't know mechanics.

Despite the fact they were getting ready to close up they still did a brake return for me and help me find some other products I was looking for. The staff always seems to be as helpful as they can be.

Very helpful and Kyle and the other guy knew exactly what they were talking about I actually returned parts at AutoZone and went and got them at advanced in Schuylkill Haven Pennsylvania and I would definitely recommend anybody to go there

I suspected that I needed a new battery and maybe even a new alternator on my 15 year old car. Advance conducted separate free diagnostic checks on both without an appointment, and sold me what I needed at a reasonable price just what I needed.

Picked up a pickup order. Get home and one of the new parts I paid for is a used part someone threw back in the box.
