From the second I walked through the door the customer service was amazing! Kayla was so helpful and great to deal with. The entire team made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I have a lot invested in my 1969 Camaro Pace Car and was worried as to where to take it that was knowledgeable on muscle cars and especially Camaros. I had several gauge problems requiring diagnosis, exhaust and front bumper alignment. I was referred to Wheels in Motion by a friend and I am glad he did! Mike, the owner personally took care of all of my car s needs and kept me in the loop in terms of progress. I would recommend this shop if you want your car classic or newer family car serviced right and cared for - and at a reasonable price.Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Body & Trim, Oil change

Exceptional, high quality work. I brought my 1966 Thunderbird convertible in for body work after it had been rear ended. Mike, Nick and their whole team were professional and a pleasure to work with. My car came out beautifully. They took the time to make sure my vehicle was done correctly and explained each step of what they were doing. I would highly recommend this shop. Use Wheels In Motion for all of my car services! Easy to work with and work is always great. Just took my car in for service. Used drop off and after hours service for car pickup. Easy to do and car fixed on time. My car felt like it was a roller coaster and bouncing as I drove. My rear shocks went and it was replaced. Car drives great now!Service: Oil change

I love taking my car here! Anytime there is an issue or I just need an oil change, I just drop off the car and put my key in the key drop. By the end of the day I'm paying an invoice on my phone and picking up the car at the end of the day. For anyone who is busy and needs someone to take care of your car issues at a reasonable price - Wheels in Motion is your solution. I also love working with Nick. Can t say enough good things about Wheels in Motion!! Nick and his entire crew do great work, give honest & reliable recommendations (which isn t always the easiest thing to find!) and are super friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I have older vehicles but Nick and his crew keep them running like new! I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Fantastic to have such a fabulous mechanic right on High St. Thank you so much for your awesome work!!

A friend of mine from work suggested Wheels in Motion for my state inspection. He had seen me get taken advantage of the year before at the dealership. I have to say, it was one of the better suggestions I've gotten in a long time. I can't stress how much honesty is a must when it comes to finding your regular mechanic, and I dare day I found mine. Passed inspection, gave me details on the things that are going to need some help soon and sent me on my way.Great service, great customer service after hours drop off, financing on big repairs. This place has honestly blown me away. If I could give 5 more stars I would.

We had our 2020 F150 in for body work from an accident Wheels in Motion did a great job and it looked just like new they were great with having our truck completed in a timely manor as well as the work was the best we've seen in the industry!! Wheels in Motion had a 2012 Infiniti G37x coupe listed for sale recently, I contacted them to purchase the car and they were more than helpful from the start. Gave me all the info and recent services done on the car. It was a customers car they were selling and I m beyond thrilled to have it ! They transferred all of the records to a newly set up account for me and I can t wait to have them continue servicing my car. Nick is beyond friendly and I met the owner Mike ( I think was his name ?) and they were both VERY nice and professional and knew about cars. Also I saw their service board for work and it s definitely fair prices ! Would recommend these guys to anyone ! Clean shop in and out very friendly!

I've been a loyal customer since 2016. Nick, his father Mike, and their lead mechanic have gone above and beyond repeatedly to keep my four 20yr old cars running well. They even handled urgent fixes, when my van door broke stuck open in February and when my convertible top would not go back up prior to a rainstorm. Go elsewhere if you can! Never in my life have I experienced what I did until I had work done here. So I dropped my car off Dec. 14 because I needed a new door and panel. Due to Covid, the panel took a while to get there, so my car was at the shop for over 2 months. That's understandable. However, I was receiving lots of unprofessionalism(attitude) when checking on the status of my car, as my insurance only paid for 45 days for a rental. When that ran out, Nick extended my rental for another 5 days as he receives 5 free days per month with Enterprise. This he told us. So that was for the month of January that he extended my rental. February rolls around and I ask Nick if he can grant me another 5 days with a rental as I had no way to work and Nick said my car should be ready in 5 days anyway. He tells us that he will call Enterprise and check on things. Little does he know, I live right near Enterprise and know the workers there. We spoke with them and they told me that Nick had zero intentions on granting me those five days that month. So there's the integrity of that place. They didn't try to work with us one bit on anything and were constantly unprofessional. When I finally received my car after 2+ months, I asked if they could waive the second half of my deductible which was $250, they said no without hesitation. I also asked if they would at least inspect my car considering my stickers read 2/21 and it was February when I picked it up. Again, they said no. My thing is, the time it took for my car to get fixed, wasn't really their fault, nor mine. However, as a business, they should have had better customer service skills. Their customer service was beyond poor. The least they could have done was inspect my car being as though they had it for over 2 months and gave it back the month my inspection was up. Ya know? It's just what you do as a business, you accommodate. Then on top of all of that, the door they fixed has a hollow sound when opening and shutting it. I don't even have the energy to go back to that place. I am just happy to finally be done with them. If you are looking for a decent shop with great customer service and outstanding professionalism, you're at the wrong place.

Wheels in Motion is the ONLY place I will take my car! Quick service and always reliable! I know they do thorough work and never cut corners. I love that they give the option of leaving my keys in a lockbox to pick up my car after hours. So convenient! Look i could give yall this long drawn out story of my experience, but im not going to waste ur time. Im just going to honestly say after these guys fixed my whole front end damage, it looks better now then when i first brought it! I repeat, my Cadillac looks better now then when i brought it! Wheels in Motion has made my auto repair experience phenomenal. From the first phone call Nick made me feel comfortable and totally at ease, especially since the insurance company was involved. I was so worried and overwhelmed by the situation, not knowing what to do but I felt so much better after talking to him. The entire staff has been so friendly and professional, this was by far one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had.

My family moved to this area just over two years ago and we have used Wheels In Motion for our car inspections as well as a recent repair. Nick and his team are knowledgeable and we trust them, an excellent combination for sure. Highly recommended.

I brought my 2018 Mazda 3 into the shop for body work. From my very first interaction with Wheels In Motion until the time I picked my car up, they were professional, courteous, and very respectful. In each conversation they always seemed to have my best interest as their top priority. The staff was very knowledgeable and since they seem to have my back, I trusted them completely. When I picked my car up I couldn t be happier. It s as if the accident never happened. They are everything you want in a mechanic. Smart, honest, professional, and respectful.

My car was hit and had a dent in it. Wheels In Motion did an excellent job fixing the dent and painting the panel. I can't even tell anything ever happened to my car. I'm so happy with their work. Great staff, no BS. They will tell you what they can do and provide and what they can't. They took my 4 beat up wheels from my Solara, completely refinished them, and I couldn't be more happy. Beautiful!

Nick and the whole crew are awesome! Great customer service and everyone was really nice. Nick helped us with everything. Being it was our first car accident we were lost and he told us his experience and what to expect. He even helped us with our rental. I will definitely be doing business here again in the future.

Wheels in Motion is the most trustworthy shop out there. In a world where most auto shops can not be trusted, you can put 100% faith in Wheels in Motion. They fix only what is needed, they tell you when things are getting to a point that they will need changing or fixing. No lies at this shop! Friendly staff, great work ethic.

I was really happy with the work I got done on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They're quote for an oil change, tire plug, new hinges for my trunk and a new serpentine belt was like $200 less than if I took it to a dealership near me. Plus it took like half the time to get all that replaced and worked on then when I took my Jeep to the dealership just to get an oil change. I will definitely be taking my business there from now on : )
