I have been buying Eastwood products for almost three years now. Started out with chemicals and body work supplies up to a welder recently, and I can t say enough good things about them! They ship fast and their tech support and customer service are amazing! A great asset to the car restoration community!!!

I highly recommend using Eastwood products and guidance. This is my second paint job and I am not a professional. Their products are outstanding and the DYI tips are spot on! Or no spots, or drips. My paint turned out amazing! I especially found the tips valuable regarding how heavy to apply their paint, which, in turn, made for an impeccable finish! I know that the products and equipment that I used for my first paint job would not have been up to the task. Amazing resource.

Recently, I had ordered some abrasive sleeves by mistake. I thought I was buying the tightly wound Cartridge Rolls of which I have used many.Anyway, there was no way I could use the wrong product, they fit a very expensive machine which I don't have. I asked about returning for credit which could have been done but with a 30% restocking fee plus the shipping cost. It just didn't make sense. I told Angie C. I was just going to chalk it up to a loss and toss the package into my wood burning stove. Which I did.What a great surprise when I got an Email that said the Vendor had decided it wasn't cost effective to ship the product back and would issue a credit memo covering their invoice. I could destroy them and recieve the credit in a few business days. Hurrah!Eastwood has always been very easy to order what I need, ship the items straightway and help with technical questions if needed.

I really love Eastwood products. This is one beast of a machine. The style and size of Eastwood welders are hard to beat and the price is unbelievably affordable.The DC 200 Tig I have from them reminds me of the smooth arc start the Miller syncrowave 250's from the late 90's have. Almost time to open up the weld/fab/grind/cut/bend and torch shop!Rohrback Welding

Was very happy to receive my 8 inch bench, grinder, sander combo, seems quality built and sturdy, looking forward to many years of use with it with my metalworking hobby. It s a good thing they packed it well in the box, because it looks like the box took some abuse during shipping as all the packing material was cracked and busted when I first opened the box, but the grinder seems fine and works fine update-I broke a part on the grinder and contacted them to see if I could get it replaced, and they quickly got back with me and took care of it in a very efficient amount of time and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The customer service representative Summer S. Was great, communicated effectively, and got everything handled quick fast in a hurry and updated me on what was going on, very pleased with the experience all around

Today I got a replacement vise from Brianna. The original was sent to an old address possibly by my PayPal. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but this is why I purchase through Eastwood. She sent a replacement with nothing out of my pocket. The customer service delivered by this company is second to none. They are always there and super helpful. In a world full of overseas support and waiting for help for hours on the phone at times it s great to know some companies are still doing things the right way. Thanks Brianna and Eastwood!

After a long dive into some forums I ended up buying some Eastwood products. I called customer service to confirm that I had the necessary chemicals for the complete step process for my project. All I can say is that was the best customer experience I ve ever had. Dave was super helpful and removed any concerns or questions I had. Looking forward to buying again from Eastwood!

Works as intended, maybe not as fancy as some , but gets the job done. for the price. Some eight lug rims the centers are too big for the cone so I did have the machine and adapter to be able to do them.

Just bought a brand new 24 inch powered bead roller from them it was Dead on arrival screws on the control panel are Rusty and the wire nuts underneath the panel it just pops fuses when you plug it in. There is visible water damage on motor and no bag for hardware. There is obviously no quality control. It looks like it has been sitting in a warehouse for a couple years

Eastwood has always been easy for purchasing powder coating. I decided to give them a try for paint. Their website was easy to navigate and their FAQ had the answers I needed before ordering. They will be my first look for non-specific mixed automotive paint. Wish they did custom mixing.

Eastwood is a great company. I decided to buy their blast cabinet for my first ever sand blasting set-up. I have had to call in several times (due to my lack of knowledge) and they were super helpful and always happy to answer any questions relating to products, or helping me select the best options for my needs. In particular, Dave was a huge help. He helped me select the best CFS for my unit along with helping me figure out what connections I may need and helped me select the best sand blast media. Great company, greater employees. I have zero hesitations whatsoever referring anyone to this company. Thank you Dave and Eastwood

Want to take time to thank David and Leah. Both were pleasant to work with and went above the normal customer relationship. David and Leah were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Working with Eastwood and people like Leah and David make hot rodding and do it yourself automotive repairs all that much more fun. I have heard great things from other customers as well. I have been a customer of Eastwood for years and I have NEVER had bad service. My most recent order was missing a piece (lost in shipping) and their customer solutions dept. took the time to find the correct piece in the kit and had it shipped within a day. Their website is very user friendly and their how-to videos are very informative.

Though I have been extremely frustrated with this situation over the past few months, Angie made the process of obtaining my refund rather easy.I can design, engineer, pour foundations, have the structural steel fabricated and erected on site faster than Eastwood can have Extreme Chassis Black Satin mixed, canned, and mailed to me. I m exhausted of waiting to paint my subframe and reassemble my car.Please do better as a company and hire more Angies.

The only difficulty I have is not to purchase more than I need. The system works well and I can find too many items I'd love to have but I wasn't the one who won the lottery. I've never had a problem ordering from Eastwood and have always received my purchases in great condition. I'll continue to purchase more from them because price and quality of goods.

While shopping for powder coat powders I was directed to Eastwood, who I have dealt with before. There I encountered an offer for $10 off if I subscribed to their newsletter. I did and placed an order. There was an offer code in the cart and at each step I expected it to be applied. It was not. I immediately emailed their help system, explaining the situation asking them to either apply the discount or cancel the order. They did neither and have shipped the order.My advice, steer clear.Update: I phoned their 800 number to attempt to resolve this issue. The customer service line was answered pretty quickly. The service rep (Danielle J) promptly corrected the issue.Thanks Danielle!

These are wide long and low profile pretty low any way they worked on a saleen mustang with lowered front end spoiler newer 2018-2024 and older 06-2012 fusions. They work fine on old G-Body's there very wide and sturdy they held a 3,800 lb muscle car there a Good addition. I seen some on Amazon and such for $65 but decided to pay the extra for certified good ramps and was very happy they worked on all my vehicles.

My welder stopped feeding wire. I called Eastwood. The fellow on the phone knew exactly what the problem was. ( Torch liner) He gave me the part number I needed. It was a minimal expense. I got it ordered and 3 days later it s here. When it stops raining I ll put it in.

I ordered two cans of the rust encapsulator and a work stand. I did not get a confirmation email, shipping, or a receipt emailed. After 3 days I called customer service to check what happened to my order. The rep advised me the stand is back ordered. She had no answer to why I wasn t notified when placing my order or why an email was not sent notifying me. She did cancel the order without issue. Ill stick with ordering what I need from amazon.

My order was received only 2 days after it was placed. WOW! Unfortunately the gallon of Contour body filler was damaged but Danielle J promptly issued a credit for the difference between the full price and the scratch and dent price. Great service.

My name is Shawn and I had a great experience with Megan P. With customer service. I sent in a comment about the Rust Encapsulator spray. I had 4 cans that only gave me minimal amount of product. I didn t ask for a refund or her to send me more product, she resided it was right for the company to make it right. They so so and I appreciate what she didWe use a lot of their products and haven t had any problems in the past. I ve told all the folks that we build cars with what they did and we all will continue to use their products and recommend them to others.Thank you Megan.Shawn

Recently placed an order and realized that the delivery date was not going to work. I contacted Eastwood Customer Support and heard back from Summer S with customer support. She was able to redirect the package back to Eastwood and refund the purchase price. It was great to be reminded of what customer support can be. Thanks again Summer.

Customer service was great. Starting out mentioning that means i needed to contact them. Sand blast cabinet was damaged in multiple locations. They offered to send new parts OR give me 20% off my next order. Assuming i have a next order. But they tried. Not their fault the postal carrier (ups) doesn t care about your stuff.
