Stopped in today to get car alignment and oil change. Has great service from Angel, went over what my vehicle might need in future and was very knowledgeable on any questions I had. Great job will bring my other vehicles in to be serviced and recommend to others.

I like to go to Pep Boys for tires and brakes services. The guys there are super nice and help the customers with a smile. Definitely, I recommend this place to anyone.

Appointment time was for 11am. Was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Understandable because it was a Saturday. I left to do some shopping. When I came back they still had not started on my vehicle. When they did start, they did not have an oil filter for my car, which added another 30+mins to my wait. Total wait time was 11am-3pm. 4 hours for an oil change. I believe they did not work on my car because I was not sitting there watching them. Will not be returning.

Setting up the appointment was easy. Being serviced within time frame of appointment was excellent. Good mechanic Gary performed the services I requested with great customer service. I will return for future car repair needs.

Took my car for an inspection and oil change. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and communicated effectively and clearly throughout the whole process! I ll definitely be back!

Have been using this location for 5 years for tires. Never used for service before and will never again. I went in with a dead battery and asked to have it replaced. After their inspection, I was notified that there was nothing wrong with my battery. Upon leaving after my tire and brakes service, the battery exploded in my engine bay. I was also charged for a new battery tie down to be installed. Upon removing the exploded battery from my car, it was noticed that they must have lost a washer for the bolt on my "brand new" tie down, so they drilled a hole into a quarter to use as a washer. I couldn't be more disappointed.

We called Pep Boys Pottstown for a loose tire replacement and the person who answered the call (Tom) said they could not do it quickly and it will be a few hours before they can get to it. Fortunately Anthony Dallas saw us leaving their parking lot to go to Firestone Tires and came to the rescue. He asked why are we leaving and if it's because the tire was not available. We replied no, but because we were told they cannot do it quickly. He took charge and took care of the situation and told us to come back inside. This is a reflection of customer service at its finest. Thank you Anthony Dallas for being Excellent at your job and for your passion and compassion. We appreciate you so much. If only I can have a guarantee that I will be dealing with you each time I visit your store, I will keep coming back.

Pickup and drop off were very easy. However the experience in between was very subpar. My wife arrived early for the appointment for new tires to be installed, which was supposed to be done in an hour. The keys were taken and she went next door to the Golden Arches. The wesbite with updates was not work, or so she was told so we trusted the hour window. She returned at the specified time and the car was sitting in a bay but nothing else done. She left a second time to go to a nearby store and came back an hour later and it was just getting worked on. 15 minutes later, the new tires were installed and she was ready to leave. Very disappointed that in spite of all the quality, there was no communication about delays, the status app not working on the website or anything. I almost had to leave my work to pick her up as she was running tight for another appointment.

Pep Boys in Pottstown once again was available to fix my car in an expedient and professional manner. I appreciate all the time spent explaining exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. And that is why I am a repeat customer there!!

My daughter had a headlamp go out. It did not work. She took it in to see if it was a fuse or relay. They inspected and discovered, that she did not use enough force to push in bulb and they fixed the issue for her immediately! Thank you!!!

Angel is the best. He always helps.me when I come in. Very personable and knowledgeable. The whole team here at the pottstown location cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. My go to franchise for car repair. Keep up the GREAT work guys!!

I had the great pleasure of working with a gentleman named Angel at the Pottstown, Pennsylvania location and he was amazing! He made my experience so very much better because I understand I know for a fact that I m struggling and all of us are out here struggling it seems these days and he made it a pleasant experience I would recommend anybody take their car there for service with a smile.

Overall service was good. I made the appointment on line for a state inspection. When I arrived I decided to add an oil change to the appointment as well. I was not told there are various levels of oil changes and they performed the most expensive without explaining. If they had given me the option to pick from their various types of oil changes I would have given more stars but I do not like the practice of adding the most expensive service without giving the customer a choice.

It is not an auto parts store anymore and now doesn't even sell quarts of oil. It is now only a mechanic shop. Only giving it low stars because it changed into something I didn't need and I had to go there to find out. No idea about prices or quality of work.

Purchased 4 new tires and had them installed.When driving home tire pressure monitor showed error and was displayed on dash. Checked air pressureLeft front 38. Left rear 38. Right rear 35Right front. 48. Thank you Subaru for tire pressure monitoring.

They are amazing! I didn't need to schedule my emergency tire repair & being a disabled person they made sure I didn't have to try to put my spare tire inside the back panel of my van.
