So far, so good. Tattoo Rob was great to work with. Found the listing on FB and he was in good communication the whole time. Answered all my questions. Pleasant experience purchasing and all fine for the pick up. He followed up afterward and is available to any questions. So overall, a smooth experience!

We had been looking for an older quality Deisel pusher large enough to full time in. Found it on consignment at optimum rv in Pottstown. We got a very fair deal, and the dealership was a pleasure to deal with. Tattoo Rob met with us twice and each time stayed well after the store closed to help us get the information we needed to make our decision. All my reasonable requests to have new coach batteries and weather stripping were accommodated. They also agreed to hold the rv until the settlement of our house. We look forward to picking it up and seeing the prep job optimum has done. Tattoo Rob is a great guy super friendly to work with. Thanks Rob!

We bought a 2018 Grand Design Imagine there in May of 2023. The floor was spongy so Optimum replaced the linoleum but it's still the same. We went ahead and purchased the camper and also purchased an extended warranty on it but we're told to bring it back after camping season. Now they want us to use our extended warranty to fix the floor. I'm pretty much stuck with a useless camper that we only used once! We called about 3 weeks ago to have our extended warranty refunded back to us since I'm going to have to just try to sell my camper myself and hope someone buys it. I know dealerships are getting overwhelmed with campers now not selling like before so watch out buying from Optimum. No one ever called us back at all. So I figure since you got your money, that's all you care about. I'll keep posting these comments over and over on here!! Watch out people!

Wasnt exactly looking to buy when we were dropping off one for someone else.We happened to walk over and check out one they had on display when Tattoo Rob kindly came up to us and asked if we had any questions. Next thing you know we were on the golf cart checking out all kinds of other options. Rob was great and showed patience/ professionalism with us while trying to find what suited us the best. Once we figured out what we wanted, Rob was great with answering our questions on warranty/ products. He was also great with answering questions we had after we left.Ted was finance guy that ended up staying later to help get the paperwork finished. Super nice guy and soft spoken which was appreciated. We then got the date to come pick it up so, went down and had a great walk through with Neal. He allowed us to just do our thing without showing any impatience or rushing us. Neal was very professional and educated us with our camper so we can be comfortable with it before getting it off the property.Overall great expirence. None of the employees we had delt with were pushy which is very few and far.Keep up the great work!If youre looking to buy I highly recommend going there and checking it out.Lastly a huge THANK YOU to the guys who brought the camper out and helped hook it up when mother nature decided to open up the skies and absolutely poured .

I had a horrible experience here. The new general manager is inattentive and has poor customer service. We came from out of town to purchase a used Wolf Pup travel trailer. The condition of the vehicle was extremely poor and the window did not close, we were told that a window would be repaired but that we would have to come back the next day to pick up the RV if we put down a deposit, so we got a hotel and waited. The next day we called in the morning to confirm the time our new purchase would be ready they told us 2pm when we arrived our RV had not been touched noting that was promised was repaired. The mechanic ducktaped a broken window shut and ducktaped the trim of of the travel trailer. We were informed that though we were promised the window and trim would be repaired there was nothing they could do we asked to speak to the manager he was too busy to speak to us so we ended up asking for a refund. We wanted our money and time coming here and getting a hotel and all that for nothing. The worst experience ever. The staff here does not communicate well at all and they are lead by an ineffective leader who can t be bothered to address the concerns of a paying customer. The only good thing that came out of this is that we dodged a bullet and that we didn t accept the poor quality vehicles on this lots. This place is extremely shady, they will fast talk you and gloss over details if you plan to travel here from out of town, don t waste your time or energy.

Went here to look around with my brother-in-law and wifey. A smiley woman that is in training came and asked if we needed anything or any help and was very friendly and kind, she must be getting good training from here! Also while looking we were never pestered by sales pitches or coming up every 5 minutes asking if we are okay, it was awesome. We just wanted to look around and just see what is out there for future plans and we had a pleasant time here and I have no issue at all returning if need be!

Update: to this review. Since posting management at Optimum RV has reached out to me and replaced the dead batteries in the camper for free. I appreciate that they did this. DO NOT GO HERE.We made an appt 3 months ahead of time to look at fridge camper after guy said he could fix anything and when we got there they just stuck in the back and never looked at it once for a month. When we got it back after a month of not even looked at the 400$ batteries are permanently dead because it had been left in freezing temperatures without being charged . This place is horrible!!!!!!

After turning over from Family Camping Center the service pulmetted. I've called to try and schedule service for our trailer trailer we purchased before the switch and haven't talked to a live person, only ever turfed to voicemail and never get a call back. I was hopeful for a smooth transition and maybe an expanded service experience with a chain taking over but the complete opposite. Likely won't ever go back.

One of the worst experiences ever even though I tried to eliminate every possible mishap they still managed to preform terribly at every turn. 1st I questioned all the bad reviews on this dealer, even tried to call there corporate office which seems to be there Florida store by the way. There GM told me I have nothing to worry about when I was unable to get ahold of the Gm Jake Tucker at the Philadelphia store and he would call over there and call me back. Jake did call back and we proceeded to purchase our coach. Drove from Indiana to Philadelphia. When we arrived after two weeks of lead time letting them know when we would be there our unit was not ready. They did fix the problem causing check engine light issue (although the light remained on for some time) but not the battery issue which I informed them of two weeks prior. They said we go through and test all the batteries and if they are bad they get replaced. So after 2 hours of waiting after we arrived and Mr. Jake Tucker glairing at me from his high tower (never said a word to me just glared at me) we got to do the walk though. I let them know also before I arrived that I would like to have someone experienced in the type of Diesel pusher I was buying so I meet the new guy that has been there 1 month. I told him that was not going to work so the service manager did the walk through. We went in and the lights were on but after a few minutes the lights dimmed almost off. Looked at the control panel and wouldn't you know it low voltage. So after much talk about only replacing 2 of the 6 coach batteries they did replace all 6. However when the unit was started the Chassis batteries said low voltage and the gauge on the dash fluctuated from below half to above half. The air conditioners were making a terrible noise as well. The unit was filthy inside and out. They said they washed it yesterday but it rained last night. I guarantee you it was not done. So at around 7 to 8 pm we left with a check engine light on and low batteries on our trip back home to Indiana. Come to find out when they swapped the batteries out with new ones they left off a negative cable. So out of the 6 new batteries we were only running off of two of them. This took me some time to figure out but finally did. So after saying all of this the conditions at this facility are terrible. They were parking a lot of there new units in the mud literally. What little pavement they had you would think the Gm would use that to deliver units on that were cleaned and gone though but no. There is a lot of work to be done at this store and with a General manager like that they will continue to struggle if not close. He needs to get down from his glass tower and take care of and fix these issues that are affecting there bad reviews let alone there customer service in every department. More and more businesses like these continue to operate and in my opinion take advantage of there customers. I will never again purchase from Optimum RV.

When I think of out of this world customer service, with a smile and positive outcomes, only one name comes to mind...TATTOO ROB, from the Pottstown site. Rob goes beyond his title of salesman. Anything I need, Tattoo Rob makes sure it gets, gets done right, gets done on time and with 100% resolution and satisfaction! We knew from the first moment we met Tattoo Rob, he is not only our lifetime RV guy, he is also a kind human. Thank you Tattoo Rob, Optimum Rv are the lucky ones, having you on their team makes them a winner, through and through!Rich & Q

Recently bought a travel trailer from them. My sales guy Tattoo Rob was amazing we've been to multiple dealers and this one buy far wasn't pushy of any kind didn't force you into a deal. they work very well with us and the price we wanted. Tattoo Rob I would recommend to anyone he will get you the best deal and is super awesome to work with! I dealt with Neal in service during the pre delivery walkthrough, and he really knows the ins and outs of a camper, showed me how everything worked and where everything was. Each question I asked he took the time to explain his answer and was very knowledgeable on everything. They were both great people to work with the camper was cleaned flawlessly upon pick up I 10/10 recommended then to anyone!!

I saw a couple of negative reviews on Optimum RV Pottstown and wanted to give a very positive assessment. Our experience with buying our 1st travel trailer has been great. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They were overwhelming helpful in getting us what we wanted. I would like to thank the whole staff for their friendly way and especially Aeeden, Tattoo Rob, Bailey, Tony, the finance ppl, the front desk lady(sorry I forget your name). We can't wait to go to pick up our Winnebago the end of the month. All in all despite a few added trips with finance(not Optimum fault if your looking for a wonderful RV experience please see Optimum RV Pottstown. would also like to say we are very satisfied with the great deal we got.Richardand Diane Price

YES, you can go here for your RV. EVERYTHING went perfectly. The whole crew was great and actually work as a team. Questions were answered, assistance given by multiple employees. A big part of the experience is the people. This was a winning experience. Congrats to everyone!

I made a service appointment 2 weeks ahead of time but when I showed up they had no record of me coming in. They did take my unit in but now I wish they hadn't. I'd been having intermittent power problems when plugged in to shore power. Occasionally, I would lose half of my 120 volt circuits. I never had the same problem when running on generator. During a time I was experiencing the problem, I opened up the transfer switch box and found that even though I had 120 volts coming in on both legs I only had 120 volts coming out of the switch on one leg. I disconnected the shore power and started the generator. With the generator running, I had 120 volt output on both legs of the transfer switch. After one trip where I had the problem, I checked again when I got home and everything was working fine. After several times of having this problem, was when I decided to have a "qualified" person look at it. Well Optimum plugged it in to shore power and low and behold this was one of the times the relay decided to work. Optimum did NOT do any further investigation. They charged me $100 for not really looking beyond a cursory check. After I got my unit back home, I had an electrician come out and look at it. Low and behold once he got inside the transfer switch he found several burn marks on the shore relay and even a spot where the housing of the relay switch was melted.

It has been almost a YEAR and they STILL haven t provided us with our registration for our RV. Every time we call, they say something was just done to move the process along. The camper is more or less fine but problem resolution is very lacking.

Stay away! Salesman Dave hung up on me and wont continue a conversation with me after he hung up on me. I had also requested a manager to call me back and I am still waiting. They gave me a very low ball number on my trade and said it was blue book. When I asked them to show me the blue book number on the coach I wanted to buy that had a past leak and a generator that doesn't work, and yes that is how they are selling it, they didn't want to talk about that. Even after the insulting number on my unit I still presented an offer on their unit. They didn't even have the courtesy to call back and let me know if they accepted or declined. The offer I gave them was based on the blue book value taking into consideration a $4000 new generator and the decreased value of a unit having had water damage. I gave them a fair value based on JD power and the work needed. If they think that value at JD is way too low then they need to look at the value at my unit on JD and see it is over $4000 higher than what they want to give me on my trade. They cant burn a candle from both ends. I get your in business to make money, but come on. At least be fair and don't hang up on potential customers. An offer is an offer, the least you can do is inform me if you want to negotiate or not. I would also appreciate not being hung up on and not having a return call after I reached out. Dave should learn how to deal with an upset customer after you insult them. He claims he is the middle man, but then he was laughing when i presented an offer on the unit, as a middle man I would think the person that can accept or decline the offer would be the one able to make that decision. In addition, I don't appreciate being addressed as brotha. If you read other reviews, clearly Im not the only one that thinks this Optimum RV is a disaster, Im not the only one that doesn't get calls back or offers entertained. I hate to see small businesses not due well, but it's a tough market, doing the right thing goes a long way. No need to replay with our "management would love to talk to you". I had already tried that, clearly that is just a blanket statement to the many poor reviews you already have.

Awful correspondence. I accepted an offer from them, then they came back and said the offer was only good if I financed through them. After I told them I would be using my own bank.

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Optimum RV. We came in having an issue with a trailer we rented from another company. They quickly took the trailer back and fixed it. They were extremely kind and professional, they even gave us a whole room to ourselves so my toddlers could run around and play while we waited. We can t wait to come back and purchase our own RV from them. We recommend Bailey!!

Customer service is horrible! Sales department is good and very attentive until the sale is complete. Once you buy and there's a recall or issue to be corrected, no one wants to help you. We were not initially given keys & when we asked we were told they should have been left in the kitchen. It took several phone calls and wasted trips & weeks until we were given keys.

We are happy with our rv purchase. But what we are disappointed in is the lack of questions being answered and results when calling about a check due us when we purchased it. First you said it would be when we took the rv. Then we were told it would be the next week. Now we are 3 weeks out and no one can answer the some question of where the check is or if it has even been sent. We feel that we have been misled. We have a a signed paper saying you owe us 5 thousand dollars but no one seems to know anything.

I sold my RV to Optimum and Tattoo Rob was the associate I dealt with. This was the most easy and transparent process I have ever had with any salesman in my life. Tattoo Rob was very easy to deal with, responsive and quite simply the best. They offered me a price just by speaking with me and never seeing my RV and held up to that price after seeing it. I will be a returning customer and will request Tattoo Rob when I return!

I scheduled an appointment for a recall issue with my camper about a month in advance. They scheduled me in, confirmed the day before I was supposed to be there, replaced the recall part and tested everything before we left. The whole process was smooth and professional. Their building is undergoing remodeling, so the store wasn t complete, but overall everything went well and everyone was very courteous!

Our brand new 2022 Gulf Stream Camper has been out of service more than it is in service. We take it in for a problem and come back with the same problem or a new problem. Jake the general manager now refuses to talk to us. He sent us to the service manager, who was also unable to help us. I had originally written a great review about our sales person, but we have been nothing but disappointed since our purchase. We will plan to go in to try to resolve our issues once and for all but if that is not successful, we will be forced to seek legal help for this lemon. Oh, and should I mention we took it in after our last trip and came back with a dent and scratches

DO NOT BUY HERE. Purchased a used RV with sales person tattoo rob and Scott. As a first time buyer I was taken advantaged like no other. Delivery was horrible when promised that the rv would be set up properly before leaving. Claims there was an official inspection of RV. Roof of camper is rotted and when trying to call to settle with optimum no answers or return calls. Even after signing their DISPUTE RESOLUTION AGREEMENT with optimums RV goal stating 100% customer satisfaction. Even emails have been sent to every person within the company and still received no feedback. Purchased an extended warranty that was told would cover if anything were to happen, only to find it that what is needed is not covered. If I could give -stars I would. Safe yourself the money and the headache and go purchase elsewhere. Before you even walk out the door they hound you on giving them a good rating.

Purchased a 5th wheel toy hauler. Exactly what I was looking for. Comfort and luxury with a garage rather than losing 1/3 of the RV to the garage. Ben (sales) was very helpful and found what I wanted. Sam (mechanic) did the walk-through and answered all my questions and offered advice. Erik (parts) ordered an entire vacuum parts/accessories that were missing from the RV and got them to me fast. They delivered the RV and removed my trade-in RV at my convenience. Price was fair/good, service great and the trade-in value was higher than other places offered. Highly recommend.

Tattoo Rob helped me find the exact(used) camper I was looking for. Super easy and smooth transaction, easy financing. The only reason it's not 5 starts is because I haven't actually taken possession of it yet. It still needed to be cleaned and some minor damages fixed. So once I pick it up I will update my review. Hopefully then I can change it to 5 stars.UPDATEAs you see I was able to change my rating to 5 starts! Honestly when we first got there to pick up I wasn't sure I was going to be able to. As soon as I brought my concerns to their attention they were addressed immediately and fixed on the spot. Rob made sure I had all the information I needed and told me to call him with any questions or concerns. As we were getting hooked up to leave, the service team was concerned for our safety because of weight distribution. Even though it was closing time, they installed the part we needed free of charge!!! Totally recommend Optimum RV!

Tattoo ROB and SAM the mechanic at this location is the A Team!!! Go see these guys you will not regret it! I am from New Orleans and purchased this camper in Philadelphia and these guys picked me up from the airport not once but twice! I have never seen an RV mechanic take pride in his work like SAM if you know how RV shops are! Tattoo ROB will take care of everything that you want done and not even worry about a thing! One stop shop and price was GREAT!!! THANKS GEAUX Tigers

I don't understand how this place stays open. I'm editing my review because this place ignores people's phone calls. Are they busy, are they going out of business? All I want is to have my trailer inspected. Called 3 times. 1st time left a message with the receptionist, no return phone call from service. 2nd call left message with the receptionist again, she said I would get a phone call when service manager was at his desk. Didn't happen. Called again and went to voice mail. This makes me nervous! I spent good money on an extended warranty! If they are busy, have the receptionist inform me of that. This is not the way to do business! I would recommend not buying anything from these people! I did think they made improvements, but I noticed other reviews metoion the same things are happening to them. Left a message with campers inn in Hatfield, hopefully they will honor my extended warranty

Allan and I had a great experience buying our RV last month. Tattoo Rob and Mike took the time to explain everything to us. Would definitely send people their way for an RV.
