As a woman, it s hard to find car repair spot that doesn t make me question if I m being taken advantage of. I have no worries about that with Meyers. I feel I am given honesty, respect, a fair price and quality work.Highly recommend!!!!

Friendly service, they really made me feel at ease when inspecting my car. Affordable and the issues with your car is given to you straight, never up-selling. The owner also has two friendly dogs to greet you at the door.

We re so glad we came across Meyers Automotive about 3 years ago! We have found them to be honest, conscientious, and friendly. They do the job well and within a reasonable timeframe and they have fair pricing. What more could you ask want? These guys are the absolute best, if I could give them 10 stars I would! BEST customer service, always super friendly and dedicated to fixing the problem! These guys make you feel as comfortable as possible making sure your vehicle is fixed in a timely manner and the RIGHT way. They re great people who do great work, don t hesitate to take your car anywhere else!

I can t say enough good things about my experience with Meyer s Automotive. From the start to finish it was a great experience. They are Beyond trustworthy and fair! Our car is older and after all the work was done the car ran the best it has ever ran. They have gained a lifetime loyal customer. If you are shopping around for a new mechanic stop at this review and call them immediately. You won t find better service elsewhere!

Burke is a man of great integrity, and it shows in every interaction I have had with him since I started taking my cars to his garage in 2004. I admire the fact that he stays current on advancing auto technology and that he can explain it to a layman like me in very comprehensible terms. His work is always spot-on and fairly priced. I will happily recommend him to other car owners.

My husbands family have been bringing their cars here for years, and when I moved to the area I followed. I feel at ease because they always do amazing work, and EXPLAIN what they did so your not wondering if the repairs were necessary or something you can hold off on. I always trust him to know what to do, and he will give it to you straight about what s needed and what can wait. The staff are great, and he checks up to make sure the car is running smooth. I would recommend him more but then I may never get my car booked :)

I've had my car serviced at Meyers Auto since 2009 because Burke and his team are top notch and always deliver excellent customer service. They take great care of my car and always give me honest advice such as if a repair can wait or not.

Burke and Carmen are the best! Took my car in for oil change. They were quick ( but enough time for me to walk my dog on the SRT) and efficient. Replaced my wiper blades as well. Thanks guys. Love the location and personal service. I will be back.

Had a problem with our son s Honda (it s old), we brought it to Meyers. The axle broke on my wife s car (bad pothole), we brought it to Meyers and they fixed it same day. Inspection, oil change, we went to Meyers. Yesterday wife s Honda needed a jump because it just wouldn t start (dead battery). Meyers came out, gave it a jump, and she took it to their shop and they put in a new battery. Good as new. So thankful they were able to come out and then get that battery in so quick. It is so hard to find good people who you can trust to work on your car. We are very happy we go to Meyers. It s an easy drive to the shop and it s right in the heart of Pottstown. Would definitely recommend. Two thumbs up. ***** 5 stars *****.

One of the rare honest mechanics/shops. Burke will always explain what he finds and what needs to be done to fix it. My whole family has been taking their cars to him for years. Very reliable and a nice guy to do business with.9/12/19: Three days after Midas doing a "manufacturer -recommended fuel induction service" my car started making puttering noises while trying to start it. After the second try, it wouldn't fully start and the check engine light came on. I towed it to Meyers where of course it started with no problem but they still checked everything out and took it for a test drive. Everything was explained to me (as always) and I wasn't even charged for their valuable time.

I have been using Meyers for several months on the recommendation of a local Facebook group. They have been great about servicing my 11 year old Honda. Repairs have been done affordably and in a timely fashion. I will happily continue to use their services.

Excellent service, efficient, thorough, and always the highest quality. I've been going to Burke since I moved to Pottstown a year and a half ago, and I'm so glad to have an honest, reputable mechanic that I can trust. My wife and I won't take our vehicles anywhere else.

For all you women who are leary of being taken advantage of when your car needs servicing...go to Meyers Automotive...you won't be let down. Burke is honest and down to earth and has never recommended or performed any service that was unnecessary, I've been taking my car to Meyers Automotive for at least 10 years and have received great service and at an unbeatable price every time. Burke's the Best!

Burke tried so hard to save my one tire that kept losing air. In the end, I just had to face reality and order some new tires. I LOVE my new tires and Burke s mechanics did a wonderful job putting them on my car.

As always, five stars. A good honest mechanic. Shipped tires to Meyers to install and perform inspection. Asked for car to be ready at specific time, and then I showed up early...they had it ready and waiting! Love having one less thing to worry about.

The knowledge and experience that Burke and his team have really is what makes this business. I came to them after I backed myself into a corner doing some simple DIY work on my car. Usually I am uncomfortable with having anyone else but myself work on my vehicles, not the case here. I spent at least 2 hours during a visit just talking to Burke about some very nerdy details on old Hondas that no one else in their right mind would even care about. He is a true enthusiast and it shows in the quality of the work that they do. After I got my car back I notice little things like them giving me a small sleeve for my reg/insurance cards, and providing a detailed receipt of what was actually done. Many shops estimated around $3,000 in labor alone, accompanied with a degree of uncertainty and an unwillingness to take on the work. Here I felt comfortable that they would be able to do this type of work and that it would be at a fair price, and they did, coming in at just over half of what other shops did, including about $200 in parts and shop materials.

My parents have been using Burke's service since they moved to this area over a decade ago. I have to admit, I never understood the need to seek out a personal mechanic in the days of chain-auto-places. But I have to say, Burke has made a true believer of me this Christmas.It all started when a hot temperature gauge came on in my car, on the 21st of December. As if out of habit, I called up my the nearest chain location and asked to be rushed in for service. They took the car and spent a few hours diagnosing it. They charged me 40 dollars for the diagnostic and told me it was a serious engine issue which they said they could do for $2,000-$5,000 dollars. I called the dealer, and they said they would need me to tow the car there ($150 just to touch it plus the $30 towing cost) and then they would still charge me full price for the repair because the car was out of warranty. My dad gave me a third option: he suggested I take it to Burke, he was close by, and he had helped them in the past.After dropping off the car with Burke, I was checking my banking sites at home and figuring out how I could manage to pay the cost of a serious engine repair. I came to the realization that I almost certainly would have to take loans from my parents or siblings. I couldn't bear the thought that I would be accepting gifts at Christmas while delivering none myself, and instead, asking for loans from others.My phone rang, and it was Burke. He had determined the issue was not the engine, had an extremely detailed, but well understood technical explanation as to why it was not a serious issue. He told me he had fixed the issue, and I could pick up the car.My parents were so fond of the good news, my mom packed Burke a Christmas present of treats. On the way to Burkes, my dad and I were trying to determine what he would charge (I was still budgeting at least $200-$300 just to be safe) When we arrived, Burke was sitting in the front of his office area. He was extremely friendly, and he eventually ended our conversation with feel free to take your car My immediate response was whats the damage? Burke said, to my absolute astonishment, nothing. Although the repairs were only minor, he had certainly taken up time doing them. I demanded to pay him something, but he refused any offer I made. I promised to Burke that I would pay him back by becoming a regular customer. Now I know why my parents have been going to him for 10+ years.Burke, you have given me the best Christmas present this year: you have saved me $5,000 and you have shown me kindness beyond what I could have ever expected. Please have a wonderful and safe holiday! I will now be able to see my family this Christmas and afford to give them gifts!!

I travel a little less than one hour to have my truck and car serviced by Meyers Automotive. I found Burke through my daughter who lives in the Pottstown area. I am very happy to have peace of mind in knowing i will be treated honestly. If you are looking for a person whose ideals are as high as your own, give Burke a try, you will be very glad you did.

For years, I took my vehicles to another mechanic in Pottstown. Then one day I had a serious issue with my wife s Accord. My mechanic scratched his head and told me, You need to go see Burke Meyers. He is the Honda expert in town. Well, that was the beginning and I have been going to Burke ever since - and you should too!
