My 2006 Tucson was damaged in a low speed collision, not my fault. I picked this place because of the location and their reputation by word of mouth. So far the experience has been great. I dropped the car off along with the estimate from the appraisal company and my phone number then when I called a few days later I was given all of the information I needed about where they were in their process. They do take care of everything with the insurance company however the woman who hit me had Goodville Mutual and the adjuster, Philomina never made contact with me after the initial claim was filed. Still never spoke to her to this day. I left a review of Goodville on their page if you want to know about that experience.Anyway, the Photos posted are of the damage before the repairs were done. I will post the "after" photos soon.UPDATE: Five 's All Around! The car looks great! Now I want to have them touch up the rest of my car. Chris was great! I am happy with everything they've done. Good Business and Great service! Thanks Guys!

i m not one to post reviews, usually out of pure laziness. but the work Mercer s did on my car deserves ENDLESS praise. not only does my car look like it was never hit and just rolled off the dealership lot, i was NOT expecting a full inside and out detail job. my car looked absolutely beautiful. great work and great customer service by their team :)Service: Body & Trim

Great Repair,do you want to see pictures......this is your best considering the quality of your work on my vehicle.Mix aftermarket parts and poor workmanship Mr Mercer.And Thanks for informing about the trunk release and especially for REVIEWING your finished product. Thanks for the TEMPORARY FIX? And I am really sorry for having to use the LIFETIME WARRANTY after 1 DAY. Is this the type of KIND you're referring to.I will schedule for your opportunity to repair my vehicle again? Your response is your business.(voicemails)...5 stars for effort, THANKS

Eric and the entire Mercer s team are very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Their team took great care of my car and fixed my car beautifully. It feels brand new again. I called Mercers after an accident. Chris was incredibly professional and accommodating. He was prompt with every step and kept me informed through the whole repair process. My car looks phenomenal and is back to sounding how it should. I cannot say enough good about this shop. If you need work done, this is where you need to go! I always ALWAYS go to Mercers TruCraft when I need repairs done. Chris and everyone who works there knows what they're doing and they're always straight with you. I recently needed to get body work done on my vehicle, Chris called me back promptly after I left a message over the weekend, got a quote to me when he said he would and the work on my vehicle was completed exactly when he said it would be. Took my Colorado here to have damage to my left quarter panel repaired. These guys did an awesome job! Repair and paint blend was perfect. Only took a couple days and was a great price. Would definitely recommend.

I used this company in the past and they did good work. I recently had work done to my car by them which turned out good but with all of the rain I noticed a leak on the side of my car that they did the work on. Chris told me I could bring it by and he would take a lol at it for me. I dropped my car off at Mercer's and was told he would call me which he never did. I called when i got off work and was told he didn't look at my car because he couldn't get into my car. He told me my key fob didn't work. I let him know that I was coming to pick it up because i needed to be some where. When I got to Mercer's my car was opened but now wouldn't start. Long story short he told me and my coworker (my coworker took me to pick up my car) that he used a lock out kit to open my door. I later found out that my security system locked my car and that is why it wouldn't start. I called and told Chris this information and said I didn't think I should be responsible for this cost since he opened my car without using my key which caused this problem. His answer was that he never told me he used a lock out kit and he did use my key. He took no responsibility for what he did and this is just wrong. My car then needed to be towed to a dealership to override the system lockout. I am now stuck with the additional bill of the tow and the dealership, when it happened at the hands of the shop and it's employee. It's sad because I liked this place but I will no longer ever use Mercer's.

I had my Jeep Renegade worked on in 2016. These guys snapped off part of both visor clips and tried to pass it off as normal after the repair. I mentioned it to Chris the owner and he passed it off as nothing. Called repeatedly to no reply to fix the issue and finally got through. This whole issue took 4 months to resolve. Take your business elsewhere. I'm not a person to complain much about anything, beware there are better collision centers around.

My son damaged his car in Boston while in college in 2007. We took the car to Mercer's as it is a Nationwide preferred shop. The car came back looking like it was brand new, they did a great job. I just recently had a fender bender with my brand new SUV and have entrusted them to handle the repairs. I will certainly repost a review once the car is returned.

I've used these guys a few times. When you get your car back you will have to look twice because your car will look like new. They do excellent work and handle all the insurance paperwork. If you need body work done these are the guys to go to.

Repaired damage to my rear bumper on my Passat wagon and only took a couple days. After having my car back for a week or so I noticed the wagon door was rubbing the top of the trunk when it closed and scuffing the paint. They took my car back in straight away and readjusted the bumper and made sure the paint looked perfect. Top notch service!

WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE: I would need an entire book to detail all the unproffesional things this body shop did whil ein possession of my vehicle after an accedient I had but I will at least give some of the highlights. FIRST, it took them 2 months to fix my car, one of which I spent trying desperately to get updates from them. After the second months, my insurance company had to come and tow my car to a dealership because the shop had not been working on it and was just charging my insurance for hours that it sat there.SECOND: When all was said and done, my car came back to me with the entire front end's electrical connections not hooked up. My headlights were out, my horn was disconnected and the dash would not work.LASTLY: When I took the car back to get these problems fixed, they gave it back to me with items MISSING form my trunk. I have yet to get these items back from them.THis shop is a disgrace and a total NIGHTMARE. My insurance company has dropped them from thier preffered list of shops.

I went inside and there was no one in the office, I walked out and back in, the workers saw me walk in the hallway to the office. I waive to them for service but no one came. I guess they were too busy. I ended up leaving. Is that what you call service?
