I worked with Richard Yeager on leasing my 2023 Mazda CX-50! I went to several dealerships and I wasn t impressed with any. I spoke with Richard via email and told him the color I wanted plus the Terracotta interior! He gave me exactly what I wanted Premium with all the bells and whistles! I locked in on my vehicle. He was in constant contact with me until my vehicle arrived and I went over to pick it up! It was no hassle, in and out experience. Everyone was pleasant and friendly! Even though I live closer to other Mazda dealers, I will only go here! Thanks Richard and I look forward to doing more business with u in the future!

10/10 recommended. I bought my new first vehicle here. Ray Matos was very kind, respectful, and an excellent person. I felt very welcome. Usually some dealers want to force others to buy. Here I felt like I had known everyone for a long time. Mr. Scherer was very helpful too.

Bought a brand new Cx5 Carbon edition 2021. Great car for the price line . The sales manager and salesperson were pleasant and low key . Negotiations were not drawn out and long . I had the pleasure of working with Shelby Monturano. I had a couple of poor dealership experiences elsewhere and I was beyond pleased with my experience at John Kennedy Pottstown. Everyone one was extremely friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated Shelby s attentive responses, communication and thoroughness when walking through my new CX-5! I bought my first car at this dealership last week. It's a 2023 CX-5 CE. I am a newbie in this area. Ray helped me a lot during the whole process. He answered each question patiently and always provided an applicable solution when I had concerns. He also helped me to get familiar with the whole system. The final paperwork went pretty smoothly with Nick. I didn't feel any pressure here. The staff is friendly and the buying experience is great. Thank you!

I brought my wife s car in for an oil change and to have the car looked over. The customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything going on with the car. Brenden from the service desk was extremely friendly and made me feel at home. Overall they have a great crew working the service department and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

I had an amazing experience at John Kennedy Mazda! After having a less than ideal encounter at another dealership, I came to John Kennedy and had the most pleasant and positive experience from start to finish. I worked with Nick Coursey (who I would recommend to anyone!) and he was helpful, patient, friendly, and respectful the entire time. Coming into a dealership alone as a female can sometimes feel intimidating with the wrong salespeople, but no one at John Kennedy ever once made me feel like I didn t belong in there on my own. Thanks guys - you ve gained a new customer for life!

I worked with Gary as my service advisor and came in with an issue with my vehicle beeping and running down the battery. It turned it just needed a battery. I also needed a new windshield (due to a crack spreading) and they had an outside business come and fix the car on the lot. They also performed state inspection and oil change. I have no complaints, and Gary kept me in the know. One of the mechanics even put parts on my broken remote today, so I would have 2 working remotes as I had to order a new one.

There are not too many auto dealerships that I give positive feedback on but this is over of those exceptions. From the moment we arrived there was no pressure and all of the staff was friendly, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to help us. Our salesperson Nick was great, he helped us from the minute we arrived until the time we picked up our new car. The management team and finance team were just as pleasant and made us feel very relaxed and welcome. If you are every looking for a new car, I suggest this dealership as a place to consider.

I'll start by saying that I'm not one to write reviews.This is more of a review about Kerry in the Parts Department. She was incredible!We had an issue that required Mazda's attention. We reached out to Mazda for assistance and we were told there was nothing that they would do. I ended up connecting with Kerry at John Kennedy and she was the only person that we found who took the time to understand the issue and be an advocate for us as customers. We needed a part for our vehicle before a road trip in a tight window. Due to Kerry's ownership and empathy for our situation we were able to get what we needed before we were scheduled to leave. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Kerry and will check with her for any of our parts needs moving forward. Truly an exceptional experience and a pleasure to work with.

I went back and forth about posting a review about this but I feel like it s something other people should be aware of. I went there on Saturday 9/24/22 to get my car serviced. I got my break fluids changed and an oil change. The breaks felt fine. However, after 30 or so minutes of driving I noticed my engine was loosing power and a lot of smoke was coming out the back. I thought the worse and pulled over to the side of the road. I checked over the engine and luckily I didn t see chunks missing. That s a good sign because that meant they didn t forget to put oil back in. What they did do was add too much oil. Side note: I went to the dealership to make sure nothing bad was going to happen and they made a mistake. Even with too much oil you can cause damage to the engine if the oil becomes aerated enough to cause loss of oil pressure. It can also soak the spark plugs and cause lower mpg and performance loss. With that being said when I pulled over I checked over the work and in fact noticed there was way too much oil in the engine half of the dip stick was covered in oil after wiping it off after first pulling it out and putting it back in. Mind you this is after me driving so it could have had more oil than I saw once all the oil settled down. I called the service center and was advised to limp it back before closing to get the issue fixed. I asked about the spark plugs and if they could look at them and I was told they should be fine without anyone visually confirming. I also got a free oil change on my next visit which is why I gave two stars instead of one. I still feel like the free oil change is a slap on the face but things could have been worse I could have had a blown engine even after going to a center that specializes in my vehicle.Edit/update: Their shop manager ended up reaching out to me and they handled the situation very professionally. The matter concerning the spark plugs was solved with a free tune up. I m happy and satisfied with their customer service. I m excited to keep on doing business with John Kennedy Mazda. Thank you for being understanding to my feelings. I initially gave this place a 2 star and now it ll be updated to 5.

I just purchased my first car through this dealership and had the greatest experience! Mike Maggio helped my husband and I, it was so refreshing with how honest he was with pricing and bang for your buck! The nicest guy and the greatest experience. Also one of the only dealerships right now that isn't ripping consumers off with the market adjustment. I felt well taken care of and if you go ask for Mike Maggio he was awesome.

I recently leased a new Mazda CX-5 from John Kennedy Mazda. I absolutely love the vehicle! It drives smoothly, has excellent safety features, feels comfortable, and handles curves and turns with ease.Mike Briggs was my salesperson. I had a wonderful experience working with Mike. He was very transparent, explained aspects of the auto sales business that I wasn't aware of, gave me an exceptional deal on my new vehicle price, provided me with my asking amount for my trade-in, and thoroughly explained the mechanics of the new vehicle. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, patient, and friendly. He treated me like a valued customer. I would highly recommend Mike Briggs as a salesperson and John Kennedy Mazda.

Everyone at the John Kennedy Mazda of Pottstown was wonderful. I worked with a sales associate over phone and email prior to coming in, then had a great experience with management and the financing team. Great, candid, friendly staff. They were happy to answer all of my questions, made me feel very comfortable, and helped find me something that fit every one of my preferences, not to mention offered a fair and up-front price. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have had great service from both the parts and service departments! They were so patient and thorough with me while I had a meltdown over some minor repairs. Not once did they make me feel crazy or like a nusance, and let me tell you, I get on my own dang nerves. By far one of the best garage experiences I have had to date. Mazda for life!

I just purchased my new CX-5 and the experience with John Kennedy Mazda was wonderful from start to finish. Ian in sales was great to work with having everything everything ready for my test drive when I arrived. He took his time to explain everything to me. The entire staff was friendly and everyone was willing to help. Even the sales manager who was very personable made the mountain of paperwork an easy experience. I'm very pleased with the vehicle and more importantly the price. I feel I got a lot of bang for the buck! Zoom Zoom.

What a great buying experience, only possibly outdone by their service department. I've tried most of the dealers in the area and these guys still remember good old fashioned customer service and understand it's intrinsic value. I'll never buy a Mazda anywhere else. Coming from a big family of mostly Mazda owners, we've tried nearly every dealership in the Phila area and Kennedy is by far the most professional and customer focused.

We just turned in our lease and will probably never get another Mazda, at least from this dealer. In fairness the car was fine, never gave us any issues. The people, however, that work at this dealer are extremely rude, disrespectful and try to nickel and dime you for everything. While we were turning in the car, our sales rep, screamed for an intern, made it very clear he was. "Manager" and ordered him to do his dirty work. He also made us few very uncomfortable for not buying another Mazda from him. We had gotten several quotes from other dealers to try and just buy out of the lease, and they all said the car wasn't worth the buy out price, when we mentioned this to him, he said they were "clearly" wrong. The car has 55,000 miles. No one was going to give us 16,500 for the car, no matter how clean it was. I think our sales rep needs some customer sales training. Save yourself some trouble and go to another Mazda dealer.

I worked for this dealership for 5 years and also bought 4 cars from them as well. I never once had a problem with anyone in the dealership. Everyone is always willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a Mazda. John Kennedy will not disappoint. Ask for Kaj or Mike Armstrong and they will take good care of you....Jon Anspach

The best! Honest, trustworthy and straightforward sales people with a great product.I began my relationship at this dealership when I lived in the Valley Forge area but have since moved over an hour away. However, they give such great care and attention to their customers that I refuse to purchase a car from anywhere else.I will make the drive EVERY time to purchase my car from this dealership, even though there is a mazda dealer 10 minutes from my home. I have sent friends and family to purchase vehicles from John Kennedy and they have also been impressed by their amazing customer service and vehicles.BUY A MAZDA! And Buy it here at John Kennedy!

I just purchased my 3rd Mazda here! I am so excited to be a repeat customer. I highly recommend this dealership with their helpful service. Kristen was very informative and no pressure. She was a breath of fresh air to work with. She gave me all of my options and helped make it happen. I came home with a brand new 2017 CX-5. It was bittersweet to trade in my 2015 CX-5 I loved so much. She made me an offer we could not refuse. This is the only time I purchased the same car. My husband also has a Mazda 6. This dealership makes it so easy and works with you budget.

I had a great experience with John Kennedy Mazda! I initially went in to price new cars and left with a 2015 Mazda 3 (which I couldn't be happier with). I felt no pressure to buy that day and all of the sales associates were extremely helpful, especially Jason Evans! Thank you guys so much for helping me out and making me feel comfortable with each step of the car buying process!
