Bought a used truck from them at 139k miles its at 145k miles and its been back to their service department over 5 times for multiple issues warranty covered half thankfully but the other half i had to pay out of pocket and still do. They messed up installing the radiator causing the oiler cooler lines to leak oil everywhere. They fixed that free of charge, so i thought it was fixed, they told me nothing else was leaking decided to take it to another shop for evaluation the new service dept at another dealership i go to said the oil cooler lines are leaking where they installed the bolt at where they initially messed up and said was fixed. The power steering lines were leaking bad (the new dealership said it was dangerous and dont understand how the ford dealership could have missed it when it is leaking really bad and the ford service dept told me nothing was leaking) the starter/battery went. Ford service department was quick to point blame at the new dealership i take my truck to saying theyre competing against each other and they could have caused it on purpose and got defensive with me when calling out his mechanics mistake with installing my radiator pulling a power trip on me but the new dealership were unaware of the issues when i brough it in and when the new dealership told me of its issues then thats when i let them know the previous work ford service department has done to it. Ford service department refuses to fix the oil cooler lines caused by them for a 3rd time. Ford service dept wanted me to pay out of pocket for that and everything else the new dealership had already diagnosed and i told ford service department what the new dealership said. I declined to pay them out of pocket for any other issues because everytime i take my truck to them something goes wrong. Also their mechanic came out gave me a dirty look. Never buy a used vehicle from this dealership without taking it to a RELIABLE mechanic shop to get it looked at first before purchasing. That was the one mistake I made by not doing that and taking fords word for it that the truck i bought from them had no mechanical issues to it despite them selling it as used and them telling me there were zero issues with it freshly inspected. They assured me nothing was wrong with it. A few days after purchase thats when I noticed things going wrong, only driven it for 6k miles and its been draining my pockets ever since and been back and forth in the shop. Dont trust this dealership like I did at first they take advantage of people.

My appointment time was at 930 and my car was not serviced until 2:30. When scheduling shuttle ride, they did not pay attention to where i was dropped off and sent shuttle to wrong address for pick up. I clearly stated where I was but it seems I was ignored. Unfortunately service was poor last time and figure I'd give another chance to rectify mistakes.

Always appreciate Brendan the Service writer and his service team over at John Kennedy Ford of Pottstown. They are always accommodating and always eager to help you out in whatever way they can. I know when I take my vehicle there for repair or general maintenance, I know I will be taken care of from start to finish.Big thanks to the efforts of this team.-Sean

For parts, I am fine.For service, I feel that I was taken advantage of twice.And that was the last time going there for service.
