Went to have an alignment after installing new inner tie rods with boots. They didn t even bother to take 2 small clips off and ended up twisting my tie rod boots. Not only was this 130$ and ended up with me having to fix something they caused, it makes you wonder what else they cut corners on.

I received a call about things I need to look forward for after my inspection was completed. Most places would not have not done what they did instead; try to get some more money out of you. She was friendly and very informative. Customer service was great with Isiah, no issues and had my car back earlier than expect. I will definitely be going back.

Friendly & professional service, and completed quickly even though it was an emergency (my previous tires got damaged) - they had a new set on and an alignment done the next day. The tire recommendations they made were excellent and I'm very happy with the purchase. Overall - a fantastic experience and would do business with again. Have already recommended!

Good work, honest mechanics that are very approachable and will definitely shoot you straight. My experience with the Pottstown Firestone on High St. is that of nothing but excellence. Need tires? Inspection? Take it there and I think you will be happy with the experience.

I ve been getting my oil and general maintenance from here for the past year. Every time I m in they try to sell me on something. Just got my car inspected and passed however only a few days later my battery dies. Open the hood to see so much corrosion on it. You think they would mention that in the inspection. My boyfriend also took his car here last week to have a tire patched. He ended up needing a new tire. They also told him multiple things are wrong within his car and they will explain when he comes to pick it up. Got to the garage and the mechanics broke his emblem off his hubcap and acted like he broke it previously. Took no responsibility for it or apology and customer service ended up not even explaining the other problems with the car. Terrible customer service with grossly inflated prices highly do not recommend.

Went for oil change only. Ended up with air pressure problems not even a mile after leaving the shop.BUYER BEWARE!! Requested oil change only. They removed tires and caused more problems. Who knows what else they did? I miss that good honest and reliable machanic.GOOD LUCK!

Brian & John have been top notch managers for years. Needed PA inspection, called & Brian said "come on in". Inspection, wheel alignment & tire rotation all done under an hour. Highly recommend. They go above & beyond!

Genuinely do not go here for anything. I took my car in multiple times for a problem with my gas gauge, they fixed things that did not address the problem multiple times costing 2000$ together, with no hope for a refund according to them. Then told me they didn't know how to fix the problem and I'd need to go take it to the dealership, I spent 2 months getting an appointment and finally going, and they then lied and told me they didn't tell me to go to the dealership.All in all, they wasted 2 months of my life, around 2500$ on repairs that did nothing and a dealership visit, and my car is still broken with no improvement made.Plus when I told others about this story, they all told me they had similar experiences.

Had my car, inspected and oil change with the check engine light on they gave me so much grief over my fog lamp, not working, but gave my car back with the check engine light on and I found they had tampered with my dash cam. I will not be taking my car back to those shady people again I feel like they have over, charged me for work. They may not have done after messing with other devices in my vehicle.

The service technician listened to my problem and quickly found the issues with my car. The problem was shown to me and fixed in a short amount of time. Work was done at a reasonable price. Could not ask for more.

I was greeted upon entry. Very clean area. Customer service was quick and efficient. Everything was explained in detail. I'll definitely keep them as my primary repair place!

Poor customer service. Rude, disrespectful and dishonest employees. Foul language was used. I was called names and yelled at. And I feared for my safety. Corporate will be notified of the treatment I received.

They stripped my lug nuts then they told me they were going to assess it and get back to me I won't drop my car off there again absolutely not I asked them specifically not to turn the lug nuts on with the guns start them by hand and they didn't listen and stripped them all out then they weren't willing to fix it worst auto mechanic ever do not recommend ever i stand by what i said i tryed to let them fix it i was told aomeone would cantact me never did i have yet to hear a word from firestone

All because they didn t know how to do a 4 wheel alignment on a 2500 truck. Two times they tried and couldn t figure it, also messed up the truck because the steering wheel is turning left and now the trucks shakes horribly. Run for the hills from this place !

I have brought my vehicle here because the truck was hesitating a little bit. They did an engine diagnosis. the came back and stated it needed a head gasket, they gave it to me in writing. they said they do not do that kind of work and gave me a referral contact. They guy never answered phone or called me back. Any way i took it to another shop, It was not a head gasket but a fuel pump. I would not recommend them periodServices: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Originally was going to be a five star review until we had to go back the next day and were treated rudely The girl we spoke to initially was fantastic and got the tires we needed the same day for install. Our initial tire replacement was done quickly and everyone was friendly. About two hours later we noticed (our mistake for not checking before we left) that none of the tires had the valve stem covers on them anymore (there were all there when we arrived) and two of the six wheels had no balancing weights on them (even though those wheels needed them with all prior tires). We called and talked to the same girl who apologized and told us to come back the next day and they would fix these issues. We showed up at 7am the next morning when they opened and the girl we had been speaking with wasn t there. Instead we were treated horrible by the man that was there. He basically threw a temper tantrum when we asked him to pull just two of the six tires to recheck the balancing. He finally agreed under protest and guess what those tires were out of balance and did require weights. Do you think we got an apology from him for his behavior? Nope!! We love the Firestone brand and have great service typically at other locations. Just shocked at how quickly he turned from all nice the night before when we spent over $1600 (including over $70 for the wheel balancing) to the arrogant, condescending man that didn t want to recheck something we knew wasn t done properly to begin with.

I do not recommend this place. Big rip off and I got my brakes done from them. I came back and told them it's been making squeaky noise. They told me oh that happens sometimes I have to drive it for awhile. Months went by came back told them the same thing . They said oh it can be because of the rain. Some people just deal with the noise instead of getting the brakes done again. I shouldn't have to drive with this loud noise or get new brakes if u just did the brakes and they suppose to be good. And what they do is. Fix one thing and mess up another. They take advantage of females and people that don't know much about cars. The only good thing about them is u can get a credit card from them and make payments.

I only come here when it s an absolutely emergency because it s roughly 3 blocks from my house. The staff here is incredibly rude and every single time I have to bring my car in they lie and try to sell me things I don t need. The last time they tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires even though I had just gotten said tires, from them, not 2 months prior. There is always something on my bill that they never did as well.Avoid at all costs.

Made an appointment for 9 am. Just an oil change. I left my car there told them I would be back by 330 or 4. I did not come back until 5 pm. It still wasn't touched. I had to wait and had my ride wait for an extra 20 mins so they could do it quick. I don't understand. What's the point of making an appointment.. I even gave them all day and they still couldn't do a 10 minute oil change in all that time?? With an appointmentService: Oil change

I scheduled an appointment there because they had a set of tires that fit my budget. When I arrived they didn t have the tires but Brian provided a better set of tires for the same price. I couldn t have been happier, Tori installed the tires in a hour and I was on my way.It was my first time there and I will be back when I need service or tires.Service: Tires

My tesla started vibrating at highway speeds so I went online to research the issue. Some people report a wheel balance issue due to tire wear, but most report that the acoustic foam inside the tire loses its adhesion and gets bunched up, causing the imbalance.So I went to firestone and told the guy about this. He let me know that it was completely impossible and that the adhesive is so strong it would last for a "thousand years" without coming apart. I was like "ok throw it on the wheel balancer first, and if it doesn't fix the issue would you pop the tire off the wheel and check the foam?" He goes "nah I'd just tell you it needs new tires at that point." I told him to run only the wheel balance and nothing else. He did and the problem went away.A week later it came back and I took the "balanced" wheel to Midtown Tire. My man popped the tire off as I requested, without a hint of condescension, and SURPRISE... the adhesive had completely dried up and the foam was loose in the tire cavity. We pulled it out and the problem is gone.Hey firestone employees? How many Teslas are there in pottstown? Of those, how many are the same year and model as mine? Of those, how many are the long range trim (the base trim has completely different tires)? Of those, how many have exhibited this issue? Of those, how many owners went to firestone? Maybe one or two, but probably zero. The point is... working on zero or a small handful of cars obviously doesn't make you the expert. Just because you haven't heard an idea and just because it comes from a customer doesn't implicitly make the idea wrong or bad. I'm aware that the dope behind the counter was just trying to sell me tires, but ultimately it doesn't matter if this was deceit or incompetence or both. I won't be back.

Called for a same day appointment and was told to come on over. Went in for a tire rotation and alignment (steering wheel was off center and pointing towards the 1 o clock direction. Left shop and drove home to find steering wheel was now pointing in the 11 o clock direction) a little frustrated, I went back unannounced the next day and they took me right in and got steering wheel aligned perfectly. John was a pleasure to deal with! I ll be back.

Made an appointment on Thursday for Tuesday to have tires delivered and put on. Girl says no problem it s just tires come in will put them on. Then I get there Tuesday, they lost my tires and wouldn t honor my appointment. (Which was ok on the phone tell a big black guy walks in) Then they say you ll have to reschedule my appointment on a Friday, and quotes me double what the girl did on the phone and an extra 100 dollars for an alignment. I m insulted but not surprised at their unprofessional and lack of respect. If I had a truck I d get my tires and go somewhere else. A joke is being too nice when talking about Firestone.

I have been going to Firestone all over the country for the last 18 years. There are a few things I have learned about them.1. They are always honest. Every time they have said something is wrong and I have taken it to somewhere else, it has always been confirmed.2. They are competitively priced. Their prices are always reasonable and never inflated.3. Their lifetime alignment deal is the best purchase you will ever make. Free tire rotation and alignment every 6 months for the time you own the car. It can t be beat.4. Each time I bring it in, they will point out things that need attention. It s nice so that things don t go unnoticed and I can keep my car in great shape.Bottom line, if you are looking for an honest reliable car place, this is it.
