I bought this 2024 mustang gt premium and wanted to protect my investment. I searched online for a place that does paint protection film, ceramic coating and tints windows. Ceramic Pro Pottstown was the best rated for these services but was 2 1/2 hours away. I m so glad I made the drive because the car turned out amazing!! They did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone!! They take pride in their work and do it right!!

This crew made the car of my dreams cleaner and better than I could have imagined. The workmanship and open communication makes this process easy and the product is phenomenal. I went with the IR tint and full ceramic coating and it's amazing.

Ceramic Pro Pottstown is somewhere I will recommend to everyone! The team here is amazing and they care about the customer and the vehicle, I couldn t be happier with the way my 23 wrx came out, it s looks amazing and even better then when I purchased from the dealer. Highly recommend this shop for Teslas.Quality work from new vehicle inspection to delivery after the work was completed. Very accommodating!We went with Road Package PPF, Ultimate Ceramic ION Ceramic Coating, and Full vehicle IR window tint (+ complementary new vehicle inspection, mud flaps / screen protector install).Gabe went through the full process on a call when we scheduled the appointment and gave pointers on what to do for Vehicle delivery from Devon. On the delivery day at Devon, Gabe came over and performed the full Vehicle Inspection (In my opinion, this complementary service is worth selecting Total Detailing over others). He then drove the car straight to the shop in Pottstown. Once the work was completed, Chelsea got in touch to schedule a pickup and accommodated a weekend pickup! Both Chelsea and Gabe were very accommodating and took time out of their Saturday to come to the shop and go over the vehicle. You don t see this kind of commitment anymore!Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this shop. Gabe and team PPF'd and ceramic coated my Lucid Air Touring. Mine is the one one the left in the shop shot. Gabe picked my car up in Newtown Square and re-covered the deck lid after the 1-2 week checkup. The car looks like new whenever it is washed. Great workmanship and people.

Gabe and Ceramic Pro Pottstown offered my wife and I stellar service. Professional and experienced in their craft for sure.Gabe and Dominique met me and my wife at Tesla in Devon, PA. He took our new Tesla Y to his shop for a complete PPF wrap and Ultimate ceramic coating. To say the results were great would be an understatement. It certainly surpassed our expectations. I recently brought my Rivian here for a full PPF and ceramic coating + window tint. I m very satisfied with the work and communication throughout.After calling around to a few other shops, and several emails back and forth with the owner of this shop, it was clear that Gabe and his team went above and beyond. They took time to thoroughly answer my questions about edge wrapping, big splatter, etc. For example, they go through the extra effort to remove decals and badges to ensure a cleaner look and more comprehensive protection with the PPF. Many other shops do not and just use standard computer models for cutting the ppf, which may not fully cover all areas and allow for wrapping edges, where possible. Gabe, Justin and his team take a more custom approach, which gave me greater peace of mind about the overall investment. It s the little details that matter.While the services were not inexpensive, the quality of the install made it worth it for me.

I looked around for a while, and this is the only place I trust to do my Tesla. Any company that is as OCD as I am, I d gladly give them my business. Great job guys.

I got Ultimate armor protection on my Tesla. Gabe, Justin, and their team did a fantastic job. Gabe did an excellent job of inspecting my Tesla at the time of delivery and noting a few very minor paint issues that they were able to fix without any additional cost. I felt like Gabe was inspecting his own car for the delivery. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family. Thank you team for providing amazing service.

I'm borderline obsessive when it comes to detailing my vehicle. Especially these days when vehicles are hyper expensive (along with everything else). In many cases our vehicle might be the largest investment we have. So protecting it accordingly should be taken seriously.When my Charger Scatpack was delivered, the first thing I did, even before taking it home to my garage, was drop it off at a local detailer (who will remain nameless....for now). I wanted to get the front end protected with a "clear bra" and ceramic coated. This particular business had worked on some vey high end vehicles so I trusted that I'd be in good hands. I was wrong. The PFF had significant bubbling under the surface that I was told needed time to "cure", which it never did. I had a warranty so I took my vehicle back to them on 3 separate occasions to fix the issues with the PPF. The third time was the last time, when I picked my vehicle up the PFF was barely attached and it looked like skin peeling off.I chalked this up as an expensive learning experience and decided to take my vehicle elsewhere. Extensive research brought me to Gabe and his team at CPP. I made an appointment and brought my vehicle in to be assessed. Before I even crossed the street to pull into the garage, I could see and hear the disbelief and disappointment that the staff had upon looking at my vehicle. After we chatted, I decided this was the place that my vehicle needed to be. I left it with Gabe and his team for 2 weeks. During that time it was discovered that the previous shop had done a significant amount of damage to my paint (specifically the hood). Gabe actually made a training video using my vehicle as an example of how NOT to apply PPF. After more discussion, I decided to have the racing stripes removed and to have the hood wrapped in satin black, along with the roof and trunk.In addition to the satin wrap, CPP did extensive paint correction and wet sanding around the entire vehicle, PFF wrapped and ceramic coated the whole front end (ceramic coated the whole vehicle). The end result was really a shock to the system. CPP's worked changed the whole profile of my vehicle and made it look better than brand new. The damage that was previously done was rendered unnoticeable. This was the work of a prideful shop who takes their work seriously and genuinely cares about your vehicle. I look forward to bringing my car back in for a couple other minor details. His content, showcasing the detailed inspection and entire process, confirmed his dedication to customer satisfaction and immense pride in his craft.I grappled with the idea of a full, partial, or no PPF wrap. My indecision led to several changes in my requests. Throughout, Gabe was patient, thoroughly explaining each option without being pushy. When I hesitated due to cost, he gracefully respected my decision. However, I eventually realized the value and opted for the full PPF wrap.Despite residing two hours away, Gabe met me for delivery day inspection. He even arranged a flatbed transport for my Tesla to and from his shop. His commitment extended to personally delivering the car back to me, requesting only a modest compensation for his team's travel.While there are more budget-friendly shops offering PPF or window tints, remember: you often get what you pay for. I have discovered that despite this, Gabe s prices are still competitive with other respectable PPF/Tint shops despite offering superior product.I respect that the full PPF may be a luxury for some, but the peace of mind it offers me is priceless. I don't know why it took me so long to leave a review for this amazing company. I took my 2015 Subaru forester to Total Detailing back in February of this year. I got a full detail and ceramic coating on the entire car. I was absolutely stunned when I went to pick it up. My car looked amazing!!! It never even looked that good when I bought it with 8,000 miles on it. Gabe and his crew are as professional as you can get. Gabe is extremely knowledgeable in his profession! He takes great pride in what he does and it shows. You can literally eat off the floor in his beautiful shop. In my opinion there is no one better! Total Detailing has a customer for life and I will recommend anyone I know who loves their vehicles as much as I do. A big thank you to Gabe and the crew at Total Detailing!!! The experience was pleasant. I was met by Gabe at the Tesla dealer where he inspected the car. I opted for front PPF and 7 year ceramic coating. The car looks great and will be going in for my 2 week inspection. I was also suggested mud flap change which was ordered thru Amazon and shipped directly to the shop. Hopefully the car will be protected as seen in various YT videos.

If you're buying a Tesla for the first time, I strongly recommend Gabe's service to inspect the Tesla at the dealership. He has much more experience inspecting the Teslas for defects. I was getting it ceramic coated so I told the Tesla folks NOT to wipe down the car to minimize additional swirling on the clear coat. The ceramic coating makes the car look so beautiful. This is a picture of the car after I drove it over 200 miles. Still look showroom perfect! Btw, let him put the mud flaps on your car. The level of service that was shown to me and my truck was amazing. This was my first time having anything like this done to any of my vehicles and it won t be the last. I took my truck in with only 61 miles on it and when I got it back it looked better than new. I can t comment fully on the longevity of the product just yet but I have a strong feeling I will not be let down. Through the previous rain storms the water simply blows right off the body. The window tint also turned out great, I m excited to see how it helps with heat in the summer time. Overall it was a great experience and the team was super helpful and friendly along the way!

Gabe and his team did a full ceramic coat, front PPF and window tint on my new Tesla Model 3 and it looks amazing. The real deal. The only people that I found to have the skill and patience to do the front windshield of the Lucid Air. Great staff and skilled installers. Gabe is upfront and honest about the products, price and expectations. I drove 3 hrs to get tints, some PPF and ceramic done here and I'd do it again without hesitation. Also appreciate them getting me in and out according to my appointment time. They'll respect your time.

This was such a great experience. The work (PPF & window tint) looked great and the customer service was phenomenal. I worked with Justin, he was thorough in his explanations of the services, talked with me through all my questions. I also encountered challenges on my end and ceramic pro was very flexible with my need to reschedule as well. The work was done within the timelines they provided and they stayed very communicative.

We had our 2023 Grand Cherokee L Summit ceramic coated. It looks amazing!I have been a Jeep girl for many years, and this is the cr�me de la cr�me of my Jeep journey!They did paint correction, and the color of this jeep has just popped! It changes color with the light, and now it shines even more. The depth of the paint is amazing.I will definitely tell others of the wonderful work that s done at ceramic Pro Pottstown! Gabe and his team are amazing! I purchased the ultimate ion package and full tint last month and my car looks great! I had to get the tint fixed due to some wrinkling spots but they addressed my concern and Justin took care of it. I don t live close to their shop, but Gabe went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth process. This is a shop that truly cares about their clients and takes pride in what they do. I previously had a poor experience at a different shop with a different car, but total detailing was a complete 180 experience. 10/10 definitely recommend!Services: Auto detailing, Window tinting

Had Gabe and his crew do a full front PPF and full car ceramic coating on my brand new car. His team did an amazing job and the car feels slippery smooth. The cost was in line with what my research told me and quality of workmanship is top notch. Living in Douglassville and his shop in Pottstown, he was super close by and that made it very easy. Would definitely use him again on my next car.
