I have been going to Bill since I started driving at the age of 17 (21 years of driving so far)! The amazing people who are here take the time to explain the issues. More importantly, they don t do anything unnecessary to your car. I will never go anywhere else. Please do yourself a favor and trust them with your car.

We love Bill's! My husband and I both use him and we are always pleased with the work. Bill always calls before doing any work to make sure that you are OK with him going ahead. He is also a very nice person both in person and over the phone. Highly recommend him!

In a nutshell Bill's Auto Repair has people whose level of experience and expertise matched with very competitive if not best pricing are making Bill's Auto Repair my go to mechanic as all the other mechanics I have been to have been falling short of acceptable quality of workmanship. Kudos bill on a job well done.

I went to Bill's based on this recommendation alone. I asked neighbors to recommend a good auto mechanic and they responded with this:"Bill's Auto Repair on Route 724, next to Coventry Animal Hospital. Our first experience with Bill was a number of years ago when the brakes went on our truck and we literally rolled into his parking lot. He put our truck right into his work schedule and even gave us a ride home. Truck was fixed promptly - a job well done - and very reasonably priced. Also, we grew tired of the dealership always finding a few extra things that just "needed" to be done every time we went in... so we started taking our SUV to Bill, too. He does a great job, is friendly and does his best to accommodate his customers. We take all our cars and trucks to him, and so do a number of our employees. Bill's Auto Repair provided fast and affordable service for my vehicle. I dropped my car off Sunday night for an inspection and it was finished with an oil change and new tires less than 24 hrs later. Bill is a cool, easy going guy. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days. Not a problem here.

These guys are great! Had a nail in my tire and called around, everyone too busy. Called Bill's, they also were really busy but took me right away, in and out in 20 minutes, reasonable price. Will use them again for my car service needs.Service: TiresService: Tires

Best mechanic in the pottstown area is very reliable. He will take the best care of your care. I have been going to him all my life don't trust anyone else to work on my car

Hard to find a Automative shop you can trust, BILLS IS THAT ONE ! Always gives good advice and great service. I found Bills by asking several people sitting at a bar. The person who recommended Bills actually works for someone who owns another auto shop.

I will definitely not be going back. Waaay too expensive for okay service. They did tell me what it would cost before they went through with it and it did sound too expensive for the repair, so I guess it's my fault that I didn't look into how reasonable it was, but I was in a rush and just wanted it fixed, so I told them to just do it. Well turned out to be way too expensive for what it should've been. Without going into it, just to give you an idea, they charged me 75 bucks just for tightening my belts. I know plenty of shops that would have done that for free after all the other work that I had done. At that point you might as well just go to a dealer, they at least know your car better than these guys, especially since I don't think they entirely know what they're doing in the first place. I went in complaining about bad suspension, loose steering and bad brakes. They said they didn't think anything was wrong with the brakes, said the suspension was fine, I would just need some new springs in the future, but some bolt was welded that shouldn't be to replace them, and replaced control arms and bushings. The control arms definitely needed to be replaced so they got that right, but since I didn't really like what they told me, I took it to another shop to get a second opinion and because I could definitely feel that the brakes weren't right. The new shop told me my brake system was fine, but my pads were garbage. He also said all my struts and springs should be replaced in the near future, which is an answer I like much more because I know it's been handling poorly and making lots of suspension noise. Plus in addition to that, he also said he had no idea what "welded bolt" I was talking about, so I'm pretty glad I didn't have bill's screw it up. I'm not saying they're bad guys trying to rip you off, I'm just saying it's not worth what they charge for not knowing what they're doing. If you're willing to pay that much, go to a dealer. If you're going to them because they're not a dealer, there are other shops in the area worth going to. Don't waste your money.

My family has taken their vehicles to Bill's for decades now. They are fast, honest, friendly, and accommodating. The location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking.

I stopped by today in the middle of the day with a flat tire. They took my car into the garage right away and fixed it on the spot. Amazing customer service and super friendly. I will be going back for all my car needs.

Been coming here for many years with my cars and my parents cars. Always great service and honest work. If it doesn t need replaced, it s not recommended. Brake work is always top notch and very reasonable.
