I had seen this cute little spark online and on a whim went up to see it. An hour later (if that) I had a cute little car. Steve was awesome to work with, finance was easy. No hassle. Steve went above and beyond and delivered the car to my house along with all the paperwork. Great customer service. I would recommend this place,especially if you are a first time buyer or looking for a good credit program. Thanks Portage Chevrolet for a great buying experience.

I recently purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander with Morgan. He was amazing to work with and knew we were driving from out of town so he had everything ready to go! I walked in, signed papers and went home. The car is everything I wanted and more and Morgan and Brad were great!

Traveled from Beaver County for the killer deal on our new Silverado. Morgan made the buying process smooth and it was literally the quickest process we ve ever had buying a car. In and out in less than 2 hours! If you re looking for a good deal on a good vehicle, look no further than Portage Chevrolet! Definitely worth the drive if you re not local.

Mike and the team at Portage Chevrolet were a pleasure to work with. We came in with a whole host of options to choose from, from Kia Sorento Hybrid to Volkswagen Atlas. There were no Traverses at the dealership as they had not been delivered so Mike got us to test drive his friends 2022 Traverse and that customer service is the best customer service I have ever had while trying to purchase a car. The fact that he went above and beyond to assist us in making a decision an easy one. We ended up going with the 2023 Traverse LT Cloth Radiant Red Tintcoat which has been a gem of a vehicle! Check them out and get your next vehicle!

Mike and the team are great!! I was able to upgrade to my new car, the Chevy Traverse for my expanding family! I absolutely love it! It s perfect for traveling in and is super comfortable! Couldn t have asked for a better vehicle!!

Only reason for giving a 2 star is because the people were very nice. But I was not pleased with the fact that they put a hard inquiry on my credit for a car that got traded in that I had no idea what it was. Then I received a phone call saying I was approved for said car that I never authorized them to get me approved for it, only a day later to find out the car was being sent to the auction. Very unprofessional.

Always a friendly positive atmosphere at portage Chevrolet. You can feel the happy go-lucky energy just walking threw the door! Pleasant staff working hard for your satisfaction! Never left disappointed, always feel welcome. Very knowledgeable honest staff. Feel very comfortable talking with any team member about any questions or concerns I may have truly believing they are 100% honest with their answers! Best dealership I ve ever dealt with.

Morgan did not change my insurance for full coverage, OR tell me I needed to change it. My grandfather was a co signer and even agreed we were never told, and he let us leave. No one has been helpful. Now I have to pay this off for 6 years. Ridiculous.I m stuck with a payment and NO help. He had the insurance company ON THE PHONE, and did NOT switch it. They had to have told the bank I had full coverage. This is illegal. Will NEVER buy from here again. Appalled. I will be posting this everywhere.Edit: Morgan got back to me and lied to me, we have two people who heard and read through everything. And told me I don t know what to say, I have a new position . God, what a headache.

The person who I went to to see about a vehicle was very helpful! He laid everything out for me and was honest. Unfortunately with COVID policies changed, but I will definitely be going back in February to get a vehicle from there!

I love this place. Customer service was fantastic. I first met those guys 2 years ago when I was having a very bad time, my credit was pretty much ruined. Out of all the dealerships I had gone to searching for a vehicle. This wonderful place was the only ones who truly worked until they found someone who would finance a vehicle for me. I was able to get a 2015 car with only 34 miles on it. I loved the car. Kept my beautiful car for 2 years. I returned to the dealership just this past Thursday looking for an all wheel drive vehicle . Again these wonderful guys were able to get me into a brand new vehicle just in time for Christmas. With deals and discounts I have payments I can afford.These guys will always have my business.Because of their dedication to you the customer in getting you into a car.

Update: I totalled the car I purchased from them and went back to try to get another one, no one wanted to work with me, I did not get my refund for my 2 year bumper to bumper warranty or taken care of at all. Ended up going somewhere else, it's almost as if once they had me sign those papers I was no longer a priority to them. This is the first time I have purchased a car from a dealership and Phil made it as easy as could be! All the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable enough to ask as many questions as I needed to. I am very pleased with my experience here and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I went on Saturday and bought a 2019 Chevy Equinox! I sat with Mike and he made the process easy and enjoyable. He answered my questions and did a great job showing me all of the features in the car. The general manager Ed was very welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. If you are looking for a car I highly recommend this dealership!

So far so good just got a 2019 dodge grand caravan set from them I really like it not the happiest about the color but I am happy. Its safe for my family and thats all I care about. Great n friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very impressed and satisfied with my dealings at Portage Chevy Buick. Kim Plummer took good care of me and whenever we hit a bump or snag she was right there trying to figure out anything that would work. She never gave up and she worked hard for me and i am very happy with my purchase.

My husband and I went to Portage Chevy Buick on 6/13/20 looking for a used vehicle with our trade. The staff and especially our sales agent Kim was patient, helpful, courteous. I pursched a vehicle from them absolutely amazing experience from start to finish we first started with Kevin awesome guy did everything he could to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Then met with Brad the finance manager also a great guy helps us crossed the t's and for the I's and we left with our sub. Very highly recommended them they will get u I to a vehicle
