Website is effective and easy to navigate. Pricing is competitive. Online order processing was efficient and easy. Communication was excellent. Ordered parts were in stock and shipped within a few hours and received within 2 days. Parts were exactly as ordered and in good condition.

I purchased some Triumph OEM parts from Hermy's. The website was easy to navigate, and I had no problem finding the parts I needed. I ordered late in the evening, and Hermy's shipped the parts the very next morning. They arrived quickly, were well-packed to avoid any damage in transit, and were exactly what I ordered. The whole process worked flawlessly.

Ordered parts online from Hermy's for my 2011 Tiger and they arrived within 10 days of placing the order. They were much less expensive than other online dealers as well as my local dealer. Definitely recommend them for your parts needs.

After several years of purchasing from Hermy's, I will never buy from another dealer for my Triumph parts again. This family owned store has been very helpful, I even know their names from memory even when I haven't met them in person. (All of them are named Herman, hehe), all because they reply my emails since I use their service as provider for a little dropshipping business I have here in Colombia. They even assumed the costs of an international shipping when a wrong part was sent to my country, I had to send it back and they switched it for the correct one.Communication with them is prompt the most of the times.Their catalog and diagram interface at their website is perfect.Thanks, Baver Family for helping me so much through these years.

Very nice service. They didn t try and charge an arm and a leg like other triumph dealers for shipping.Update: after receiving the wrong parts, I emailed them and got a really quick response and apology. A little talking, and they sent the new, correct parts. Very impressed with the speed and professionalism

Best place to order modern Triumph parts online. Really amazing customer service when you need a difficult part (e.g. Triumph changed parts mid-year and it's difficult to figure out what you actually need). The dealership owner even got involved once, sending us a second sensor on a weekend after doing the research.

This is my third time to order parts, my first using just the computer instead of calling in, and the experience has been as seamless and quick as it was the first time when I talked to a parts tech! I'm actually considering driving to Hermy's (approx. 450 mile roundtrip) when it's time for my next motorcycle purchase! Yes, I'm serious! Good customer service will win my business!

While the order came through fine, I had emailed Hermy's Parts Dept to combine this order with an earlier $400+ order so that I could save on their $9 shipping cost on this order. Jody helped me get a credit on that shipment AND confirmed that my backordered part was in and that they would be shipping my first order in the next day or two. Three cheers for Jody!

Hermy's is the only online place I can get parts for my 10 year old (2013) Triumphs. Online diagrams are easy to use to find the parts I need. Shipping is quick!

Over the last few years, I've used Hermy's for my Triumph parts several times and always liked my experience. (I enjoy performing my own service). Last month I purchased used Street Triple R 675cc that was getting close to it's12,000 mile service, and I had a lot of parts to get and a oil leak problem that Alex, the parts manager couldn't answer, SO he told me he would have his dad, (Hermy), give me a call or email me about it. Sure enough in an hour or so, Hermy did call me and discussed many ways, (for over 1/2 hour), I could have a leak and how to find it. Long story short, I found the leak... I'm back on the road again. I can't imagine anybody else being so helpful!! Thank you too much!best , Herb

Glad I found this shop/store for my online purchase of Triumph parts! Always easy to work with and good supply of parts! Especially when in need of vintage parts for bikes like my '95 Triumph Daytona 1200. ***UPDATE: Now with another Triumph...a 2014 Thruxton 900...I'm still in need of more parts and Hermy's is my "GO TO STORE"!!!

At first I had trouble reaching the parts department to find out if the part I was looking for was in stock. I called twice and left a message asking for a call back but did not get one. I called a third time and got the receptionist who connected me to the parts guy. The part was in stock and they shipped it the same day so all was good. I gave four stars due to the communication issue.

I've ordered from Hermy's before and as before, they've had my parts in stock (vs having to obtain the part from the UK). Communications were more than adequate, from order confirmation to shipping notices.
