I've heard such great things about Finish Line but thank goodness I never needed to use them....until a few days before Christmas. I had hit my first deer and was so upset. I had my car towed there and so happy with their customer service from the beginning. They were in constant contact during the repair and had my car done so fast. It looks amazing!!! I hope I will never need them anytime soon but they are my first call If I do. I highly recommend them to anyone in need!! Thanks for the awesome job!!

I've used Finish Line in the past and have always had a good experience. I had to use them to fix my vehicle that was damaged on the whole driver side. When I first called them, I spoke to Konrad who provided a comprehensive view of the damage. What impressed me this time around was how they continuously provided me updates via text on the status of the work being done on my vehicle. Anthony also kept in contact with me on the work being done. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was in complete shock. The car looked brand new! The level of detail done to fix my vehicle was superb. Great customer service!

I'm glad I found this body shop. The Boss Anthony and staff here was great. I would have to give a special thank you to Conrad, he's definitely an asset for Finish line. Anthony, Conrad and all the Staff were very polite, professional and provided timely responses to my questions/concern. Finish line is the best place to fix your expensive car. They fixed my Mercedes Benz with only original parts. Anthony was great and they have the best customer service that I ever experienced in the poconos. I highly recommend this place my car looks new again and that makes me happy. Great job !!!

I've used Finish Line Auto body on several occasions. I have a low mileage antique truck that I had towed to a different auto body shop. (it was affiliated with the tow truck service that I used to move the truck. And they claimed to work on large trucks. My 1984 is a 1 Ton Dually)The truck sat there for months, as they were short on mechanics. As a result this company super-underestimated the damages to my truck and never did a single thing to my truck.Having dealt with Finish Line before, I brought the truck to Anthony and Dave.There was frame damage, axle damage and on and on. The insurance company was stuck on that first estimate that the first shop had written up.The insurance company wasn't interested in all of these (to them) "new findings".I started to think that I was out $35,000.Anthony went to bat for me, over and over and refused to let me get burned. After nearly a year damaged and 7 months at Finish Line Auto, sitting awaiting approval-Anthony spoke to my adjuster's supervisor and was able to articulate the extent of the damage.Mind you- this is months and months of calls , emails and keeping me in the loop; without getting paid. And they never made me feel awkward or that "I was a problem for them."Then I got the call ! My insurance called me and said that they were going with Anthony's assessment. My vehicle was declared totaled and I received a $35,000 check.I think most auto bodies would want that as a last option. They made zero $$$ on the work. That's looking out- for the customer!I've brought my Infinity G37 in for work and recently brought my 2021 RAM in for the front window and mirror, where I received daily updates and the work was completed within a few days.I can't say enough about Anthony and his team .So much that I stopped the other day to give a young lady a Finish Line Auto Body business card, who had just hit a deer and sent them on over!DJJJ

I brought my Nissan Sentra here to repair a rust spot that was on the roof, and Anthony and his team made sure to take good care of my vehicle. Not only did they sand down and treat the rust, but they also did an amazing job on painting over the roof and they got it to match perfectly with the body of the car. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs any repairs done to their car because the people here are very professional and ensure that their customers will leave satisfied.

I would highly recommend this auto body shop. Anthony went above and beyond to help when another auto shop tried to screw me over. Finish line auto sent updates on my vehicles status and communication was great. My car was repaired in a timely manner and I ve had no issues. Definitely take your car here!

Finish line did a great job on my truck, work was done on time, correctly and dealing with Matt and Carol were easy as can be, they were very professional and cordial and dealt with the insurance company with ease. I have used Finish Line 4 times in the past under the old management, and while Gary was a very nice guy and the work was done properly, there was always unexpected delays and excuses why the work was late. This is not an issue with the new owners. I will be using them again in the future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my 2018 Mazda CX5 in after a run in with a deer. Matt, Mike, & Carol provided us with excellent service. Never seemed irritated by my questions - and I ask a lot. I don't know a lot about cars, but I know how to ask a question. They explained and reexplained when necessary. in the end the work was great! The towing guy recommended we use them instead of where our coverage was sending us and we were more than satisfied.

Recently I had the Great Pleasure to meet the new owners.Mike and Carol..The previous owner left me high. and dry. with uncompleated work on my vehicle. I am very pleased with the finish Job that was done. Now I am extremely happy to have my vehicle returned to me .I can't stop smiling.Every morning. I go out on my deck just to look at my Beautiful car Thanks Mike and Carol I will always use Finish line as the place to go for work to be done on my vehicles. and will highly recommend their business as The Place To Go To if your looking for A Job Well Done.

This shop is amazing. I have sadly gotten into two accidents in 2017 and I came here for both. The service was amazing and work was done to such high standard you would never even know anything happened to my car. This shop will push to make sure your car looks straight off the showroom floor. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Gary is a fantastic person.

Be aware of this place! They do not belong anywhere near a vehicle. My car was brought in for a collision with a deer and the fan, radiator, and condenser all needed to be changed. After being told my car would be done by the end of the week I hadn't heard from them again until I contacted them an additional week later and was told some parts they got didn't fit my car so they had to get them from a different source. This is to be expected sometimes with aftermarket body panels but I would have appreciated a call after they knew my car wouldn't be done by the time they promised. It wasn't until two weeks after being told this that I got the call my car was finished, 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday evening. I went up and picked my car up only to overheat a few miles down the road, I got out and saw that the radiator fan wasn't turning on and there was also cold air blowing out of the defroster on full heat. I had to leave the car at a gas station overnight and wait until the next day to call and tell them this. They went down to the gas station and picked up the car and ended up telling me that there was a cracked pipe that they missed that caused the car to get hot and not be able to produce heat but they would not acknowledge that they forgot to plug the new fan in and said that it worked fine for them even though it wouldn't turn on the day before even when the car was starting to go past how hot it is suppose to run at. They did insist that they went over the car very well and even noticed that my engine oil and brake fluid was low and they topped them both off. Any mechanic knows that you do not add brake fluid between pad changes unless the fluid level goes below the low line which my car wasn't. You see, I do all of the maintenance on my cars and I know that the brake pads are a little over half way worn down which means the brake fluid level will be between the high and low points, this is how a car works, when you put new brake pads on you have to compress the piston in the caliper to fit the new bigger brake pads on and this causes the fluid level to go back up to full and as the pads wear down again the fluid level drops down because the piston moves out further and further leaving a larger space inside the caliper to be filled with fluid. So now I have to much fluid in my reservoir and next time I change the pads I will have to bleed out the extra fluid that they added in. This really comes down to basic understanding of how a disk brake system works and these guys have no business focusing on that when they aren't even getting the work that it was sent there for correct in the first place. As far as the engine oil goes, they said it was almost a quart low, well there is a tolerance in all newer cars for a quart or more of variance in the oil level, this is why you have a low and a high line on your dip stick and as long as you are at or ideally slightly above the low line you are perfectly fine. I'm not saying the car wasn't a little low on oil because it probably was but they did not know that the car was due for an oil change that I was prepared to do before the car went to them but because the deer was hit when it was I let them take the car and planned on changing it when I got it back. I have two of these Toyota Corollas that I have owned since almost new (they now have 230,000 & 140,000 miles and have never had a single mechanical issue) and I have always used Mobil one highest grade synthetic oil, a special blend made for Toyotas and Hondas, plus I add in Lucas oil stabilizer into every oil change and use a Mobil one top of the line filter, and I have no idea what cheap oil they had laying around they put in it. Lets recap, the car was delayed week after week until 3 weeks after there initial quote of when it would be done, the car was incomplete in two ways (radiator fan & coolant hose), and they incorrectly messed with the maintenance on my car that I take very seriously. Stay far away from this place if you value and respect your vehicles as much as I do.

I hit a deer with my car, and had to get a lot of work done. I only had 2 payments made, it was practically a new car. I dropped it off and everything seemed good. They were making progress every time i called, i was so happy. They quoted 2-3 weeks, it took just over 3. That's all fine and dandy, i was so happy to get my car back. When i got my car back, i got home and noticed they never repainted the hood, there were still chips in the paint all over where the deer hit. that was just the start. Instead of maybe the $50 it would have costed them to repaint and fade my hood, they just pocketed the check. Then, i noticed on my driver side rear door, a great big scuff i didn't have when i dropped the car off. It was very obviously bumped into by another car, and the person who hit it at the shop knew, but simply backed up in the opposite direction. You can clearly see it in the scrape. It was scraped in two directions, with a very shallow dent. Forward into the dent, then a quick second scrape where they reversed because they saw my car move when they hit it. It's enough for me to buff out on my own, so i won't drop it back off for that there. It just a matter of the shops laziness i can't believe.I'm just a kid, i just got an apartment, and just bought the new car, im still recouping from both. I might have $12 in my bank account right now after hitting the deer and paying the rental out of pocket, and deductible too. I can't afford to drop the car off and get it fixed again. I want to, and i really should, but i can't afford it. So they messed up my car, but I can't do anything. I can't afford to rent a car again, or drop off my car again. I was CHEATED by this shop, but i can't help it.They pocketed my money, scraped my car, and they knew about it, then didn't fix it although it's a half hr buffing job, and then to top it off they didn't do the work my insurance company called for. This is insurance fraud, but i don't care enough to follow it up. Again, i can't afford it. My car runs and drives, so they won't get only one star, but they screwed me and I'll be sure everyone I know will hear about it. So they can get two stars. Congratulations. If you want your car running, but looking just as bad, if not worse than it was before body work was needed, bring it here. They're professionals at that! It's great, you can play where's waldo with scrapes all over your car! It was so much fun... I just love to see fresh scrapes after getting my car repaired....
