Absolutely great service. Although there was a problem with the trade-in car we purchased (not the fault of Bergey's at all), Pete fixed the problem with no hesitation and tried his best to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Car works great and satisfied with purchase. If you're looking to buy a car, look no further. Bergey's your place! Also, shout out to Greg. Down-to-earth and knowledgable salesperson. Was patient with us and answered all our questions.

Brought in my 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 High Country for its first oil change. The doors was open right on time and It was a smooth experience setting the appointment with their service dept. Devon, their associate was very professional and informative. She kept her word when my vehicle would be done. She also stated there was a recall and with my truck and that the software needed to be updated. No issues and my truck was done within two hours.

Our salesman Greg Oblak was fantastic! From start to finish, he was there for our needs. Trust me, we had tons of questions, and Greg took his time for them all and had the most pleasant persona about him. This is our first new vehicle in 15 years and we are very happy he was involved. Thank you Greg. My wife loved you and our experience.

Barry Shapiro was an absolute joy to deal with. His patience with questions were met with a sincere answer. If he did not have an answer, he found the correct answer from the correct person. The transparency was greatly appreciated. I have already referred two family members to ask for Barry on their next car.

Had some issues with the truck we bought shorty after purchase, but out of consideration, our salesman/the dealership agreed to pay a much larger amount to repair the truck than was contractually obligated by them. Truck runs great now; excellent customer service and professionalism. Will buy from them again!

Bought new car here. Staff is friendly however:1. The process took over 4 hours even when paying cash even though we chose the car as soon as we came in.2. Invoice provided showed each item and its cost and the total. When I added each item together, their total was almost $1k higher than it should be. When I pointed it out, they said they must have added in one of their extra packages and adjusted the price without an apology. In my opinion this is fraud and is exactly why most people don't trust dealers.3. Salesman talked over me and left us for large swaths of time without explanation. If there wasn't limited avail of the car, I would have left.

I have bought x2 trucks from Kyle in the past year. First went smooth and I had no issues. Second truck I bought had bad cam phasers 3 days after I bought it; a 5k repair. The staff stayed true to their word and covered 50% of the cost. When I asked for more they went above and beyond, covering 70% of the repair. They had no obligation to do this, but did it anyway. I will be being all my vehicles from here in the future.

I bought my 2021 Corvette C8 in Bergey s Chevrolet with Shadi Hassan. Shadi helped me with everything and made the overall experience fantastic and smooth. I traded in my pervious vehicle here also, they offered a very great amount of money. Will definitely come back again in the future.

I'd like to acknowledge "Becky" from service/parts, who was very helpful and informative and kind to me upon initially advising me prior to the intake of my car. I didn't get the "doom and gloom" like from the other folks on the calls. Also thanks to the head service advisor, she kept me informed and was kind. Last but not least, my bro Kyle in sales, top notch dude!

Staff was very friendly, and my sales person Kyle Venit was awsome. He helped me get into the truck I wanted, and also helped me through all the paperwork and was very attentive to all our needs while we waited. Kyle is a great asset to your company and I would definitely come back when I make my next vehicle purchase.

Our salesman, Jim Brody was excellent. He truly cares about his customers. We came in on a Monday with a lease to trade in, I had no intention on leasing a Chevy, but he convinced me that the Trax would be a good fit for my husband and I. We took a test drive and told him we d think about it over night. I signed the papers on Tuesday afternoon! Jim is wonderful and I will definitely recommend my family and friends to come see him at Bergey s! Thank you

As always excellent service. Appointment was 8am and my truck was in the shop by 7:55. They explained what needed to be done and was done in the time frame and lower then originally estimated.

Rudest service staff I've ever met. On multiple occasions both the woman and the guy with glasses at the service counter have been rude as hell and I complained about this a year ago with the general manager, yet here they are both still doing their same bad behavior to customers. I'm done with this location for servicing my vehicle. Bergeys inherited these 2 employees from the prior dealership at this location. I used that dealership also. It is OK to hire employees who work with customer satisfaction as a priority. I'm going back to Faulkner.

Jim Brody of Bergeys Chevrolet in Plymouth Meeting took great care of me in my recent truck purchase. Jim s an the rest of Bergeys customer service is top notch. After agreeing on a monthly payment, Bergeys continued to fight with the bank to try an lower it for me which is unheard of. Jim s customer service was awesome an made me feel like I knew him for 10 years.

Megan was awesome! She made buying my first new car a quick and easy experience! From her recommendations to setting up the electronics in my Trax she was so helpful and kind. I had the pleasure of working with Greg Oblak, he is such a gem!! I purchased a Chevy bolt EV 2023. He was so friendly and knowledgeable really making the process super easy and smooth. Once ALLLL the paper work was done, he walked me through all of the features and cool things the car has to offer (even though it was 4 degrees outside). He surely did not skip a single step. I have bought many cars in my day, usually the process is LOOOOOONG and painful. The crew at Bergeys made sure to get everything done in a timely manner. I will send everyone I know to Bergeys to visit Greg for their next purchase!! Thank you so much for making my car dreams come true AND my son really loved the candy jar on your desk. Greg and the whole team at Bergeys Plymouth Meeting are top tier.

I've had both of my vehicles here for services, including oil changes and state inspection. Since I am able to drop my vehicles off and pick up later, I have not had any negative experiences while using this Bergey's. If you're in the area and need service on your GM vehicle, give them a shot.

I came in expecting nothing much but Jim Brody had a different plan. I went in with a 2014 Chevy Equinox and walked out with a brand new 2021 Trailblazer. I love my new car and Jim is one of the best car salesman I have ever met who s LOYAL to his customers. I will definitely recommend EVERYONE to call and schedule an appointment with Jim. Not only do I LOVE my new car but it was a bonus to have it in my FAVORITE color!

I had an appointment for 8am, but my car died in my driveway. This was a recent problem I d been having, but was able to jump it before with no problem. This time it wouldn t jump. Called Bergey s that I was going to be late. AAA was going to have to give me a tow. Andy from Bergey s was very calm & polite over the phone. He instructed me to just have AAA directly tow my car to Bergey s. AAA was able to jump the car. I drove to Bergey s and told him Andy what was going on. He said they would check it out. I had to stay there and wait because my wife couldn t drive me home. Anyway, I really didn t have too wait to long. Andy came back to waiting room and told me the car needed a new battery and a new battery cable. He said that it shouldn t take too long. He was right. Before I knew it, my car was all done. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Andy is great! I usually see him when I come into Bergey s. He is very professional and always puts me at ease when I interact with him. Thank you.
