My partner and I did not expect to have an easy experience in buying a car, but Joe made it happen and we couldn t be happier with our purchase! He was so kind and down to earth, extremely helpful, and went out of his way to make sure we got the best car with the security and reassurance that we needed. He truly went above and beyond for us, for which we are truly grateful. We have never had a better car buying experience and would recommend Battaglia to everyone. Thank you so much, Joe! You made our year.

I don't want anyone to get spoiled, but Joe, Jim and crew, run a first class organization! I walked into the showroom floor and it's in as immaculate condition as their cars!I called Joe and Jim from Albuquerque NM on many occasions, because I had my eye on a certain beauty. Silvia. A 1999 Accord. They were extremely courteous and worked with me to get me to their showroom. I left there with 100% satisfaction in every facet!I purchased Sylvia and they made sure I was completely comfortable for my journey home. I only met Joe and Jim, but I classify them as "good people", because they definitely went above and beyond! That is how you are supposed to do business, the Battaglia Auto way! Thanks again, Joe , Jim, and staff! I'd give them 10 stars!

Amazing! From the first return phone call from Joe until my daughter Ashley pulled away in her dream car , this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The knowledge, professionalism and down to earth kind of guy Joe showed my daughter and I is beyond what I expected. Joe was not pushy and did not "just " try to sell Ashley a car. He sat down with us and explained everything to her and I, and helped us in every possible way to make sure that Ashley was comfortable with her purchase. When we went to pick up her car, Joe introduced me to Mr. Battaglia, I sat and talked to him for about half an hour, not even about the car we were about to purchase, we talked about people we may have each known, how a Family owned business means more than just any car dealer, I expressed to him how I was so comfortable there, how Joe was a great salesman and really knew his stuff. Joe and Mr. Battaglia made my daughter and I feel so welcome that I knew we had made the right choice to purchase her car there. I definitely will be sending my family and friends their way. I will never go anywhere else. I am a customer for life! It's hard to find a car salesman with heart, well I found him. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Battaglia Auto Sales. Joe, the General Manager, went above and beyond to help me (a first time car buyer) ensure that I was able to be helped (in the form of a 2011 Chevy Malibu). I got a great deal on the car, was walked through all of the steps and paperwork, and left his lot a very happy customer. I was also able to trade in my current vehicle, which I greatly appreciated as well.THANK YOU a million times over! Above and beyond customer service!

Impeccable and trustworthy customer service - Joe and Ron helped me find my dream car and got the best interest rate possible for my car loan (I had tried THREE other banks and loan companies, and their rate quotes didn't even come close!). I can't say enough good things about my experience at Battaglia - I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a new ride :)

I had an incredible experience at Battaglia. Both in their auto sales and auto service. Joe, the sales manager, was so kind, helpful and understanding while helping my mom and I buy a car. I took the car back a few months later for some service, and the service manager Danielle went above and beyond to take care of my car s needs. I am a female presenting person, and I often fear getting taken advantage of when it comes to negotiating with auto sales reps and when working with mechanics. I m here to tell you that Battaglia is trustworthy, kind, and understanding! They will take care of you and I highly highly recommend!!!

I was very nervous about buying my first car and I visited a couple other dealerships before. As soon as I walked into Battaglia Auto Sales, I felt a sense of safety and reliability. All the cars in their selection are visibly well taken care of (very clean, great smell, and no rust), demonstrating that the dealership puts the work needed on the car prior to list it. The car I bought came with a brand new set of tires, for example. I was assisted by Joe, who was very patient and understanding with me. He encouraged me to test drive the cars I was interested in. When I expressed a doubt about the brakes of a car I test drove, Joe took the car for a drive himself to make sure everything was okay. He also kindly walked me through the purchase process, and helped me with insurance. Lastly, all the cars from Battaglia Auto Sales come with free PA inspections, a 90-days warranty, and extended warranties are offered if interested. If you are looking for a high quality affordable used car, go here!!!

I saw a jeep online and decided to call to see if it was available. After hearing it was, I said we d be stopping in. We showed up 30 minutes later and found the jeep running and waiting for us to test drive on this rainy day!My wife and I are very pleased with our decision to buy and the overall experience! Joe and Joe both made us feel very welcomed from the moment we walked in. We will be returning to have the jeep serviced and also any future purchases we need for our family! Battaglia Auto is definitely a first class operation that we will be referring to anyone looking for a late model used vehicle!

What a great experience with a used car dealer. Took my son who is a recent college graduate here for his first car and they were such a pleasure to deal with. Was greeted by Ron when we arrived and there was no pressure, no games, just an honest conversation to make sure my son got what he was looking for and could afford. Once we got to the let s step into my office part of the deal, I was glad to see my son be treated with respect and honesty. I was there to make sure he was treated fairly and I never had to say a word. When we sat with Joe to complete the financing discussion, he went above and beyond to make my son understand everything he was signing. WAY different from the experience I had as a first time after I graduated college. I now know where I m going when I m ready to make a purchase of my own.Congratulations to Battaglia for having a top notch operation!!

This place is an absolute life saver! After being referred by a friend, I decided to go here to find a car, it was my first time financing. I have very little credit history, and no co-signer. They were able to work something out for me that was in my very tight budget! They went as far as haggling with the lenders to get me the best deal, and their dedication definitely worked out in my favor. The care they showed is unmatched, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great used car with low mileage that is affordable. Joe and Danielle are the best!!!!

I bought a classic Thunderbird here. Love the car and this dealership. My favorite thing about it is that they don't hustle you or make you feel any pressure buying a car like in other dealerships. It's a friendly family-owned business. Also they can find good rates to get you the car you want. Overall, a great experience.

Battaglia is the best! I bought my first car from here and eventually my brother also purchased a car! Everyone is so polite, caring, and professional! They are so family oriented and make us feel so welcomed every time we visit. The service department is amazing! Danielle and the crew are awesome and they always accommodate us on our days off. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!

Great place to go if you need a used or new car or SUVS, and his prices are not bad and you get 4500 mile warranty when you buy from him, and he has a big selection to pick from. Definitely recommend Battaglia Auto Sales and you get free inspection. I had a slight issue with my remote and it was fixed with no charge.. I'm happy that I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Battaglia Auto Sales.

After looking for months we not only found our vehicle but also our dealership. We came across a couple other vehicles we liked at other so called dealerships but we needed to finance and we felt like we were being scammed on financing charges even with good credit. It was outrageous. Found the Suburban we wanted with everything in it and met with Joe. He helped us find a credit union with a significantly lower rate that he deals with all the time. Nothing like the other places we had been to. Bought the car and Joe handled all the necessary paperwork from the bank to our insurance company. Easiest purchase! We will be back!

Came in yesterday to check out a Silver 06 Honda CR-V EX, listed at $10K. Worked with Joe and he was very friendly, seems like a good guy. KBB, CarFax, and Edmunds valuations shows a dealer retail value of $7K-$8K assuming the vehicle is in perfect condition. I looked up other local CR-V's (same color, same or less mileage, same trim, same or better condition, similar or better CarFax report/history) for sale by other dealers and many of them listed theirs at $7K-$8K which backed up the market valuation reports. I printed all of the valuations and the other dealer's listings out and brought it with me. On arrival, I discovered things that were not evident in photos. The side mirror housing was cracked and it looked like someone tried to haphazardly fix it with bondo. The CR-V's folding table was missing, replaced with a wooden board. The lug wrench was also missing. The netting behind the driver seat was torn. None of these issues were a deal breaker for me though. However, Joe refused to even look at the print out valuations and other nearby dealers listings, saying "I don't care about those". I made an initial offer of $7K and he scoffed, "Ha! Not even close". I left after that. I thought I'd check out Battaglia first because they were closest to my house and thought they'd match their competitors and the market's pricing, but no. Today I bought the same exact car from another dealer, except it didn't have a cracked mirror housing, no accident history, no damaged interior, included the lug wrench, and still had the CR-V's weird but admittedly charming folding table - for $7K out the door. I get it, dealers have to keep the lights on and put food on the table too - but they really should be pricing their cars to the market, not to the moon. If you go here, you can expect friendly service, but don't expect a good deal.

Found my absolute dream car at Battaglia! I had spent days trying to find a Honda that was in a decent state and with a good price. Joe was so patient and helpful, he answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process. This was the first time I d ever bought a car and he made the whole endeavor very smooth! I m so happy to have found Battaglia, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a used car!

Bought my car in November. Great buying experience, Joe was super nice and there was no pressure to buy right away (they just so happened to have the exact car I wanted!). Had some issues with the car in the beginning and they offer a 3 month warranty so I didn t have to pay anything for the issues that happened. Bob in service is kind and to the point. And everyone is really nice to you when you come in! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a car for work. I read the reviews on line and decided to go check out a car at the dealership. The dealership was clean and had a relaxing environment. No one attacked you when you came in. They let you take your time to look around. JOE was awesome he responded right away to my text and was so nice. He went above and beyond to help me get approved and to get a payment that was reasonable. With a credit union no less. I rarely fill out reviews but had to fill this one out for Joe. Definitely recommend, ask for Joe. All the previous reviews are true!YO

Bought a 2008 honda element here about 2017 with 125,000 miles great previous owner service records . negotiated a great deal. going strong with 175,000 miles. this is my second element I bought my other, brand new in 2003 sold it with 189,000 miles ,Was looking for another one since I missed it so much ,I found this car at this dealer, great place to do business!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Joe is awesome and has helped me with 2 car purchases (more than 10 years apart) and my mother with one after the flood totaled hers. Never any pressure to buy... just great customer service and without a great credit score, he went to work finding us financing to make sure we got quality vehicles. Can t say enough about Battaglia. I have purchased a car from them and routinely use their service department. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend for all your car needs!
