From the initial conversation with Ken to picking up my vehicle, the entire staff was professional, courteous and respectful. They kept me in the loop on updates to when my vehicle would be fixed and their attention to detail was outstanding. I would have no problem recommending Thompson Collision to friends/ family that need work done on their vehicle.

My Audi suffered a rear end collision right before Christmas. I was referred to Thompson by Audi of Warrington. My car was expertly repaired quickly. Can't even tell it was hit. Rick was very responsive with great communication. Would recommend.

Excellent service and repair on my Infiniti. Dave Frey kept me informed during the time my vehicle was getting repaired. The body work and paint repair done to my car is top notch. Definitely my go to body shop.

First of all, Rick and his team are incredibly professional, and very friendly. You can tell they want nothing more than to make sure you re happy through the entire process, even the process that requires an insurance claim. They completely went above and beyond with the repairs to our X5, from an unfortunate accident with a deer. It looks amazing inside and out.Honestly, if you care about your car or vehicle, and you want the absolute best repair and customer service, you have to go see Thompson Collision. If you are looking for a convenient shop (what I did ) to take your car too, DO NOT TAKE IT TO THOMPSON COLLISION in Plumsteadville! I have had the worse experience with them in all aspects, customer service, keeping communication open about my car, extra charges (like materials they should already have as it is a collision shop and charging me for them) etc. I m leaving this review, to save someone else from dealing with the same headache, I have been dealing with for past four months. I dropped my car off at the beginning of October 2023 and still have not gotten my car as of today, February 2nd 2024. When I first dropped my car off the origina estimate was 4K and for the past four months they keep coming up with more things to fix outside of the estimate! They also lost one of their employees and failed to let me. I called asking for details about my car because, back as my rental was due. When I called the front office to talk to the handler of the case Joe. I was playing phone tag as no one could help me get in contact with him and would put on hold for hours. They gave me a loaner car but continued to charge my car for more issues probably caused by them at this point. Today they called to let me know that Allstate has declined to pay for materials that they should already have in their shop! Therefore, I will have to pay for those materials. Which by the way they did not let Allstate know or ran it with Allstate. Once again no communication! I m so frustrated and the whole situation it s ridiculous.SO PLEASE DONT GO HERE AND LET YOUR FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS AND FAMILY KNOW OF MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!

I am the proud owner of a Toyota Camry Hybrid SSX Silver 4 door with red interior. I love this car. Yesterday morning I noticed the passenger side quarter panel had separated from the side panel about 1/2 inch. There was no further damage--no scrapes, no dents. I called the Collision Center and spoke to Frank Smolin. We spoke several times that day. What a great guy! I sent him over photos of the separation. He asked if I could bring the car over so he could see it in person. Quarter panels just didn't separate so what had happened? Was the car hit while parked? The next day I drove over and Frank, good as his word, came out and examined the quarter panel. I think I can fix this. He drove the car into the shop, and as he later explained it, loosened some parts, and pushed the quarter panel back into position. (I'm sure more was involved.) No charge. It seems it was my careless driving as I probably drove over a curb and had inadvertently ripped the quarter panel away from the side panel. Nevertheless, Frank handed me back my keys. In less than an hour my problem was solved. So, that's why I'm giving this place and Frank Smolin in particular 5 stars. Professional. Sticks to their word. They know what they're doing. Hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my cherished Toyota back if something else happens!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I recently had to take my Lexus in for some repair work after a small accident. Thompson Collision and Jim, who was in charge of the repair, made this negative situation feel more positive. I felt like he valued my input and when there was a minor issue with one part of the work, the issue was promptly addressed. Thompson Collision Center Does excellent work and works hard to satisfy their clientel.Service: Body & Trim

The service I had here was phenomenal. I didn't feel comfortable bringing my Audi s4 to a non-manufacturer certified shop. In comes Thompson Collison center with one of the highest audi repair certifications. From the moment I called my insurance to tow the car here (2hrs from my house by the way) the staff was very punctual. I received a call nearly every day keeping me up to date with progress and pictures of the repairs. That is some next level customer care. When we arrived to return our rental car we were greeted and offered snacks, drinks, and juices. The center took care of returning our rental car for us and even vacuumed the rental out. Not only was the whole process great at this point, but to top it all off... They were able to discount one of the parts of the repair a bit so we had to pay less than half of our deductible. We were ecstatic. Then we walked outside. The entire car was fully detailed inside and out and was so shiny you could see the sky. Thank you Thompson Collison center! For everything!

Due to an accident, our car had damage to the front bumper, front wheel, the entire driver side and rear bumper. We picked our car up the evening before Thanksgiving day, and the car looked amazing, shiny rich black paint, no lie, better than when we bought it. Not only was the exterior spotless, the interior was totally cleaned and looked like new. The car is a large black suv, so not an easy job. I want to thank Paul Weber and the entire Thompson Collision team for their professionalism, attention to detail and for going beyond our expectations in completing this job.Well done. I brought my 2022 nerve desk to Thompsons, at the referral of my adjuster. Rick was absolutely AMAZING! When having a hard time with my insurance company and enterprise, Rick helped me figure it all out by completely going out of his way when he didn t have to! My car was repaired, not even being able to recognize any damage! This place is superb and I d highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto-body repairs!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thompson ( Kenneth) did an excellent job repairing my BMW X3 that was hit on the rear bumper. The work is perfect and was finished in a timely matter. It was even cleaned inside when I got it back! Would highly recommend.

This is my second time using Thompson collision center. Unfortunately after a year I was involved in another car accident and after the amazing experience I had from Rick and his team I decided to return because I knew in my heart my car was in great hands. As a women I am very careful and picky with my car and the work that is done on it. Having a German car we all know it can t just be taken anywhere. My car had tons of damage on it in the front side scratches on the bumper as well as passengers back door. Considering how the whole world is short staffed right now and parts take longer to come in my car also took a little bit to be ready. Rick went above and beyond to get everything done right away. He even gave me a rental car free of charge after my insurance rental policy was exhausted. I was convinced that after this second accident I was going to let go of my car and try to find a new one. However upon picking up my car my car looked brand new if it didn t have the accidents on car-fax you wouldn t be able to tell the car had been in a accident. The car all around looked as if it had just came out the factory I am in love with my car and the work done on it so I have decided it to keep it. Thank you so much Rick and the team for your continuing hard abs amazing work that you provide to your customers. Thank you for making my car look brand new and taking care of every little dent and scratch on the car.. I highly recommend this shop to everyone to use. I wouldn t go anywhere else. I am so grateful to have found Thompson collision center and although it s an hour and 30 minutes from my house I will continue to use them for all my family and i car needs. Needed a lot of repair on my Mini after being rear-ended. Wasn't sure if car was going to be totaled or not. Thompson Collision kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of repair. Will touched base with me weekly to let me know how my car was coming along. They ended up repairing it and did a beautiful job. Top notch customer service and professionalism. They worked efficiently with the insurance company too. I would highly recommend and use them again if ever needed. They even detailed the car when done. Looks brand new!

Face it, most times we need a body shop it's not because we want to but because we have to. Thompson Collision is the best. I have used Thompson Collision twice now, for the same vehicle. Both times the staff was professional, responsive and courteous. On this most recent occasion, (Nov. 2021) they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs and went to bat for us with our insurance company for an additional supplement after the initial work was completed to make us 100% happy. My car looks brand new. Had some hail damage and they replaced and re-painted some parts, and removed the dings in others. Was able to pick up the rental right there when I dropped off my car and they had a rental for the price that my insurance reimbursed. There were some other small minor scratches / dents that they also fixed. All I owed was my deductible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Nothing short of terrific. They seamlessly repaired my SUV, starting from the pick-up of the damaged vehicle, delivery of a loaner, and dealing with the insurance company. The detailing of the completed repairs made the vehicle look better than when it was first delivered by the dealer.

This particular collision center was absolutely by far the worst BMW collision I ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Jim in particular was dishonest and the front desk representative Dawn was highly unprofessional. My vehicle was deemed a total loss and as stressful as that is in itself, the dishonesty that Jim showed definitely made things worse. Added with being hung up on by Dawn for no reason, I would say the experience was disastrous. I have other BMW s and this was the first time dealing with this particular collision center but it will be the last. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place just on professionalism or lack there of. If you are in need of body work please DO NOT use this BMW collision center, you will regret it. Go to any number of other PROFESSIONAL BMW collision centers, where customer service is actually their number one priority, not money!

I've had several cars repaired by Thompson Collision and have always been beyond satisfied with the results. Nothing less than showroom condition, every time. The staff--Rick, Stephanie, and the towing and rental car agents--are super friendly and make the repair process as painless as possible. I live a few counties over from Thompson, but would never consider going anywhere else.

I am beyond grateful and thankful with the quality of service i have received from Thompson Collision center. Rick Pagano along with his staff goes above and beyond to provide you with amazing customer service as well as making sure you leave the shop with your vehicle looking brand new... They were also kind enough to go around my vehicle to check for any extra dents or scratches. They were all touched up to perfection. My audi looks brand new. Thank you so much to the whole staff for this amazing experience. I will forever continue to use their services for all my vehicles.. Although we live about 1.30 min away from it it s worth the drive... Considering the past bad experiences i have had with other body shops... Thompson Collision deserves a million stars . Thank you. I ve had my minivan repaired twice here. Both were relatively minor repairs; both times my car has been returned looking better overall than it did when it went in. They do amazing work on repairs and go above and beyond to make the rest of your car look great, too. Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience with this collision center after I was hit, they were able to handle the insurance process and give my vehicle to me looking better than before! They are Audi Certified the hour long trip was definitely worth it!

Amazing place!! Beyond excellent in quality, communication, service, and value. Rick is fantastic as is Steve their driver. They go beyond the call of duty. It's the only place I would entrust my 2019 911 Turbo S to. They did a fantastic job installing some Techart pieces when I first got the car. The Best!!!

I recently had my car repaired at Thompson Collision and I had the pleasure of working with Jim Walter. Two thumbs up! Great experience from start to finish. Not only did my car turn out great, but it was completed in a timely manner. I was a little particular with my car and Jim was a true professional helping me to get what I wanted. I was always kept in the loop and I knew exactly what was going on. If I ever need body work I ll be going back to see Jim at Thompson.

They just finished the repair on my car after hitting a deer. They were recommended by the dealership, we're proactive in communicating with me and my insurance exceptionally well. Other than a single part that was delayed from the manufacturer, the car was done on the day they said it would be during the initial estimate.

An honest review for me .The repair job on my bmw M2 really nice although a panel gap on the hood wasn t perfect for me and rick fixed that in around ten mins on pick up.After that I received my vehicle with a slash on the tire side wall that I later notified rick about and immediately he ordered me a new tire to fix the problem . Communication was great kept me updated all the way from start to finish and sent me a bunch of pics of the repair process and finally mailed me all the relevant paperwork to the repair . Highly professional shop would highly recommend and would use again if need be.

Couldn't be happier. I had the car repaired there in 2010 after it struck my garage. Last week I noticed that the paint had cracked on the edge of the repaired quarter panel.I took the car back and Bill, the representative made it right. They warranty the repair as long as I own the car. So eight years later they put me in a rental car and returned my car within 48 hours free of charge.I will definitely use Thompson again.
