Great experience with Osman transmission. They were patient on the phone and shared details of what could be going on with the car to prepare us for any of the repairs it could be. Once it was towed there, they looked at it within a day to let us know what was really wrong with it. It did not end up being the transmission like we thought, and they were able to fix the issue and get the car back to us in a few days. I highly recommend Osman transmission for their customer support, speed, and price of the repair!Service: Transmission repair

Honest, friendly and caring family business. They go over and above to help clients. The problem with my car was explained to me in detail.If Tim couldn't find a way to fix it, I was told what I should do for answersThe Osmans didn't give up until the issue was fixed. As a person not knowing mechanics, I was never treated stupid or taken advantage of.

My car ran perfectly after the diagnosis and repair. I found this place to be very honest in their assessment of what was required for the vehicle. They did not try to add on extras to make the repair more costly they looked for ways to do it economically.
