Recently my mom s Hyundai was plagued with multiple problems after she brought it to a big shop in the inner city. We barely managed to get it to Ferack s and Ryan and his team identified all the issues. They fixed everything expeditiously for a very reasonable price. They are extremely professional and helpful. Not only experts in car repair but in customer service as well. Lucky to have found them and we will definitely be regulars.

While out of town visiting one of my mum's friends, her truck suddenly had all kinds of alerts and lights notifying her of some issues. After spending at least 4 hours calling and waiting for call backs from the local Honda dealerships we googled a close mechanic shop, landing on Ferack's. They answered straight away, telling us to just come on in. When we got there, he knew exactly who we were and helped IMMEDIATLEY. Explained and showed us what the issue was. Most importantly gave my mum the info she required. Whether we were safe enough to get back home. My only issue was that I did not step in sooner to insist on skipping the dealership and finding a local auto shop. Would've saved so much unnecessary stress and we would've gotten on the road before this next round of thunderstorms. If we lived closer I would definitely take my vehicle to Feracks.

Hello! It s the Roadrunner Family! I have some trust issues when it comes to servicing my car but you won t regret going here! They are knowledgeable, fair priced and truly folks that you can trust. Being a woman I never feel less than, they freely explain everything. I am so grateful to have a great garage and the service here that I am comfortable with! Thank you for all your hard work!

Ryan is very nice and honest. Spends time explaining everything to you. His mechanics are also very good at what they do. When ever I need any thing done to our vehicles we always go there.

I found myself a great garage.Happy all around with service and pricingUpdate:had a window thatwas stuck in down position3 visits with 2 with no results and 3rd to find out window is up but doesn't work Answer?,I'm not electrical .That will be 340.00.position

Review updated. Still my go to garage for most of my life. Best service. Cool People.Their like family when you get to know them.They keep me on the road. That's a great family to have. Any work on your car needs to be done. Let's make it Ferracks.You won't be disappointed!!!Just to add. Ryan and Tom and Scott and Miguel can find problems no one else can find. Believe me. Stuff other people don't know, They do! Any problem fixed with your car, No Problem with these Guys.Joe was always proud of his technicians and now he looks down and continues to be!Best Guys around for all your vehicle needs.

Great local shop unlike the chain store garages. They are reasonable and do a great job. Never have to worry about getting ripped off. If your looking for a garage, take your vehicle here.

Ryan was very kind and answered all my questions about my motor when it blew up. He made me feel like my car was in good hands and he replaced the motor fairly quickly and it s running great!!!

Feracks Auto Service is more than a "Garage" . Ryan and his crew his family to me at this point. Long story short i brought a use car from Hyundai from MotorWorld had the car little less than 2yr keep up with maintenance and all. on a holiday weekend my car wasn't driving right went to auto zone it was a misfire .. okay no problem , I was so WRONG i didnt have my car for 2MONTHS (the whole summer) plus i work 2 jobs , i need my car ... i took the car to a few mechanics even took it back to motorworld ( sat there for 5 weeks).. every one was giving me the run around .. nobody wanted to help me .. i cried my anxiety was bad i was jus a hot mess.. i was recommended to call Scotty from plains and he was great to and honest .. he told me straight up he don't do engine work but he directed me to Feracks and i'm very grateful!!! Ryan & his crew had my car up and running in 6 days !!!!!! 6 dayssssss!!!! Amazing .. His my new mechanic any questions i have i call Ryan always pick up and is more than happy to help ... he never made me feel unwelcome or anything.. i recommend everyone who has any issue with there car and is afraid that they may b screwed ... CALL RYAN ... HIS GREAT !!!!! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES AGAIN

The staff is wonderful, they explain everything thoroughly to you . They're always busy because making sure all the customers are satisfied; Joe will always fit you in for an appointment.

Would not go anywhere else I have been a customer for close to 20 years, never let me down. Joe is more concerned about the customer, then the money. Never had a problem period.
