Any time I go to the garage, I feel like my concerns are taken seriously. Everyone is always very courteous and respectful. I have never had an issue with any work completed and would refer anyone there for service.

Do not go here. They completely cracked my rim and tapped it. Did not let me know. Tire would not hold air. I took it to another place and they showed me. They will not take responsibility. Trash customer service. Crappy tires. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Ghetto, dishonest people.

You know, I've been going to Smith's for a while now, but it never occurred to me to leave a review. Situation remedied. Between Chuck (the location owner), Jim (the nice man at the front who probably has other duties I don't know about) and Jerry, the mechanic who took care of me just recently, I had another in a string of very pleasant encounters just yesterday after I fouled my spark plugs and apparently was running on a gimpy ignition coil.The guys got right on it, fixed the problem, then went back in when we realized it was also a coil and fixed that problem in no time. These guys are great, and so long as I need work up here in the Pittston area, these are the guys I'll go to.

I have gone their Wilkes-Barre locations before but this was my first in West pittston today. Guys were awesome, pricing is fair, and service was quick.

This is the place to go! We were up in the area for hockey and needed a new tire. They came through and they only took 10 minutes for them to put a new tire on our vehicle. Extremely nice and friendly. Great prices too!

Went there to get prices on some used tires nothing crazy it's just a jeep Patriot, went in the back with my daughter to look at the tires they had and they wanted $400 for a set of four used tires that's insane and the guys were making me feel bad for not wanting to pay it I'll never go here again in search of used tires I mean you can get new tires for close to that. Don't go here.

Had an amazing experience with the West Pittston location! Got tires, breaks, rotors, and inspection done. I was having trouble getting a ride to pick up my car and they offered to pick me up from my house and pick up my daughter's car seat at my husband's work. Great people and honest about my car and what could wait vs what couldn't.

Was quoted one price for used tires.was told they had them paid the price I was quoted when I got there. After my car was up on jacks and tires were off , was then told it was going to be $150 more than what I had paid 5 mins prior because they in fact did NOT have the tires they told me they had minuets prior. They put me in a situation where I couldn t really say no. My family is in the car business I know how this works. I guarantee if my boyfriend took my jeep down or if I were a guy I wouldn t have been taken advantage of. I definitely do not recommend this shop at all as I think I was taken advantage of.

I went to Smith's to have 2 tires mounted in which they were willing to do anytime I got there. I ended up also buying the other two tires and getting an inspection too. The mechanic even took it for a drive before the inspection which I really appreciate so I know all is good with it. I also had a spare rim and they put a very good tire on that for me for a spare since I didn't have one. They could have charged me more and I still would have been happy. Very good shop

I was just there to have them loosen my lug nuts and they were so rude, bc I m a girl I didn t understand what they were saying and they broke a lug nut. They weren t nice at all, especially all four guys that were there. I would never go to this location ever again. This place is worthless and a joke.

I needed 2 struts & 2 wheel hub assembly done on my pathfinder & smith's had it in & out in under 5 hours with the best price I've been quoted from multiple garages in 2 counties. Very friendly, understanding & Knowledgeable staff, fast service & very reasonable priced for labor. Definitely will be returning for all future work on my vehicles.

The guy behind the counter is the rudest person whom I have ever met!!! Not only did he not inform me that it would cost almost $40 a tire to mount and balance my own tires that I brought but then he started yelling at me like these guys do in this area! They will argue with a female as if they have the right to do so! So not only do they do subpar work and sell subpar used tires as well as new tires but they also are robbing the community!also even though I was sitting in the office they have absolutely no prices posted and that is so they can change them how they see fit for whatever customers they choose to alter the price for!

Great crew of guys. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I would absolutely recommend them. They give you the service you don't seem to find with those national chains. Very pleased and will certainly do business with them again!

Staff was too cool and too into being cool to help anyone. Just wanted to talk about the stolen stereo in the shops work van. I told them 4 tires and they only came out with 2 and said I (the customer) was wrong. $30 for a used tire that I was taking with me. Definitely priced a few bucks higher than other local shops. Save your money, shop elsewhere. They also put used tires on my brother's truck. Within a week of driving they were wearing horribly. We took it to another shop and Smiths never took water out of the tires!! I'm guessing the tires sat outside for a bit.

Had my tires put on and my tire pressure gauge was always on. 3 weeks later woke up with a flat. Went back to Smith's and they charged me 20.00 to reseal the tire. The same day I went to get my car inspected and it failed because the tire was dry rotted. I will never go there again.

Great service. No appointment required. Had a screw in a new tire and they plugged it within 5 minutes when I got there!!

What a great experience we had at Smith's Tire Center! We feel so grateful for the way they took care of us after a damaged tire interrupted our trip to Montana to visit our son. As soon as we arrived we were treated with loads of kindness, and we were back on the road in less than a half hour. I highly recommend this business!

tires were fairly priced (i thought). service was quick. in and out. that being said, the brand new tires put on bounced down the road. brought it back to have them re balance them and still, same issue. took my truck to a different shop to have them balanced and was told the tires were so off that they were not able to properly balance them at all. paid $650 for the tires plus $50 for multiple balance attempts and no luck. was told there was nothing they could do for me as i had already driven on the tires.. lucky to get a 1 rating as i cant drive over 60mph without the wheels bouncing.

This is the best tire service I have been at, especially getting a used tire, I don't know of business with buying new tires, but I do know that their workers have a good set up in making sure your tires are accurately done.

Usually best service but paid 100 for two but quality of service always on point care went one mile and sat has impact bubble on I ner side wall explained car didn't go anywhere would not stand behind it unreal very sad

We were always treated well at Smiths in Plains Pa. I was really excited when they opened in West Pittston . What a great team Chuck and Jim are fantastic

Yes They Are Very Good Give You That Warm Down Home Feeling. Me & My Husband Was Traveling To West Pittston PA, To see my Sister & Her Husband and Soon as We Enter The City We Got A Very Bad Flat That Bust Open & Bent My Rim Didn't Have All The Money They Work With Me & Did A Very Well Job Of Fixing Everything,Very Professional,Understanding,Polite Meant A Lot To Me In This DayAnd Time their establishment was very clean,& We Didn't Have A Long Wait. I would Highly Recommend.

We were traveling through on our way to Michigan when we blew a trailer tire. These guys are extremely nice, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
