I went today without an appointment for 2 cars to get inspected. They accommodated right away . Reasonable in prices. I don t who the guys were but I remember the girl was Holly. Very nice and informative. Everyone was professional. My first was in and out with minor work car. The second car was a much bigger job. I m getting the work done on my other car tomorrow and I m confident they will do the right job.

I walked into Mavis without an appointment for a leak in my tire. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member and they repaired my tire on the spot. The staff members that I was in contact with were amazing. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Visited this location this afternoon and was greeted by a young woman named Holly.Very personable and upbeat and introduced herself and asked how she can help me. I needed to get an inspection done and I was hoping to get it done today and not have to make an appointment or come back tomorrow. She said let me speak with Mike, give me a sec. Mike came out from the service area and asked me what I needed? I said just an inspection and if you re not to busy can you squeeze me in please? He looked back into the service area and turned to me and said Sir if you can come back in one hour? I can do it today for you, I m almost done with that customer's car in the waiting area. EXCELLENT!!Returned in exactly 1 hour and Mike took my vehicle in and did the inspection for me.. Thank you Mike and Thank you Holly Happy, Happy, HappyVito R.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of discovering a screw lodged in my back tire. Thankfully, I decided to visit Mavis Tire for assistance. The staff promptly attended to my vehicle, efficiently removing the screw and plugging the tire. I was impressed by their speed and professionalism, as I was back on the road within a mere 10 minutes. Mavis Tire certainly provided exceptional service, and I highly recommend them for any tire-related needs.

First time customer but will return (although hopefully not too often) I had unfortunately found a screw in my tire after an already long week. I was able to get an appointment to get it looked at quickly and it was fixed in no time. I was a bit nervous I would be paying more than I would have liked, but was pleasantly surprised when I was told it was on the house. Both employees that I spoke with were very courteous and friendly and the experience overall made my day a bit brighter. Just wanted to give another thank you!

There was brief miscommunication with the repairs done to my car. The Mavis team worked quickly to fix the issue to ensure the upmost satisfaction with their service. I am very pleased with the team and service I received on my Volvo. They got my car in for repairs quickly and kept up with great communication on the status of my car as the work was being done. I recommend this store for great customer service and quality work.

Showed up at the shop without an appointment to get a slow leak in a tire with a nail repaired. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and had the tire repaired for me in no time. Fabulous service and staff is amazing. Highly recommend!

I've been going to this location for five years as it's convenient to where I work. They have always provided great service and/or good communication when there was a problem. The other day I had a flat and brought it to them. They were short handed, but I still got a call in less than two hours. When I picked it up, I wasn't charged. Company policy. Wow. Had no idea. Great service, gents! THANK YOU!

Mavis was amazingly helpful, I had a large piece of metal stuck in my tire and they got me set up with a new one of the right size and mounted it for a great price. Holly was amazingly helpful over the phone and in person!

Went to Mavis for a tire repair. Was met with the nicest kindest young lady. She helped me with what I needed promptly and professionally. Nothing but a smile on her face the whole time. The place is clean and comfortable. Prices are great. I'll be back thanks to that nice young lady. First impressions DO matter.

We were travelling North on I-81 to Canada and got a flat tire near Pittston on Sunday morning. Once we had the donut in place, we found Mavis Tire open and they repaired our tire in no time and replaced everything neatly in our trunk all at no charge!! Thank you very much for your great service. We have told all our family and friends.

Went to have my my vehicle checked out from a weird noise in the front. Completely surprised how great the communication was with as well as how fast my vehicle was completely. The employee Holly was such a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be returning again.

My family has used Mavis three different times now. Two tire repairs and one inspection with a general repair needed. We were given a full explanation of the work that needed to be done along with the cost prior to the work being started. The service was terrific and the pricing was fair. If you don't know who to trust when it comes to tires and tire repair, you'll find Mavis very comforting.

I picked up a nail in my tire and stopped by Mavis in Wilkes-Barre to get it repaired. It did take a bit of time since the nail was bent into the tire and had to be pulled from the inside but over all I was glad that I stopped there.I found the service to be better than expected even thought this was my first time in there. I live about an hour away but work in the area so I do believe I will be stopping there for service needs from here on.

i walked in today with no appointment and asked for a patch to be put onto my tire. the manager was very helpful and fit me right in, dropping what they were doing just to assist me. after a short moment he came out to me and said it was on the house. i was extremely grateful. this was a class act and it really shows how great the people are that work here.

Always a friendly ,clean and ,inviting atmosphere. I dealt with Wayne the assistant manager . I went in for a simple oil change on my truck, I was in and out in a timely manner around 30 minutes. Wayne was very transparent on my vehicle's status. He also makes sure to inform customers of any issues before moving forward on any issues in regards to your vehicles maintenance. If you're looking for honest work from a shop and mechanics that care about the quality of their work and your vehicle's maintenance, this is the place to go.

Mike was amazing. The whole crew had me in and out in less time than I had a chance to sit down and get comfortable. Excellent service! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I ve been going to Mavis in Pittston for years and recently had to take my car in for a brake light. They got it done so fast and didn t even charge me. Customer service like this is why I keep coming back. Thank you Mavis in Pittston!

It was a pleasure to get my tire rotation at the Pittston Mavis tire. Customer service was very good, fast and efficient, as well as an accommodating waiting room. Staff was kind enough to include complimentary check and rebalance of tires purchased at another Mavis location.Would highly recommend this location.

I pulled in right near closing with my 5th Wheel RV and needed to have two tires replaced so I could drive the 2.5 hour ride home safely. The team got creative and went to work in swapping out my tires right away. Awesome guys to work with! Great job and thank you for helping to make my ride home much more relaxing and not worrying if these tires were going to blow. Thank you!

Discovered my tire was flat the day before I needed to leave and go home (long drive). The customer service was excellent and got me right in on a Sunday. Friendly service. Quick. Looking forward to driving home safely!

Ran over a nail driving through the area from out of state. The staff here is a God send. Friendly, welcoming and quick to help us out getting our tire repaired so we could be on our way.I cannot express how grateful we are for them in making sure our vehicle was safe for the rest of our journey on the road. While we are not from the area to frequent this establishment, we would recommend them to anyone who is in the area. Locals or just passing through like us.

It's a Sunday afternoon and I just walked into the Mavis Discount Tire location in Pittston, PA. I had a small leak in one tire on my Subaru Ascent. What a great experience this is turning out to be! They took the car right in, found a small piece of plastic in the tire, and are putting a plug in. They're not even going to charge me! Will definitely return here with my future business. Highly recommend anyone with tire, or vehicle needs to stop into Mavis Discount Tire in Pittston!

We were travelling to Florida and having problems with the handling of our car. It appeared to be tire related and we were directed to Mavis Discount Tire in Pittston PA. They took the car in immediately and found the two rear tires had been installed on the wrong sides. They are directional tires. They swapped the tires and sent us on our way.The staff here were amazing! They understood we were anxious to minimize our delay, they were extremely courteous and in the end, would not let us pay for the repair.I highly recommend this business!

These guys have always been solid whenever I needed any type of tire work for all of my vehicles. They even do whatever they can to fit me in off schedule for flat repairs, etc. I ve always been happy with the service here.

I would give a 100/10 if I could. Traveling from Upstate NY to Ocean City on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Ended up with a flat tire. I called, they told us to come right in. My car was in and out so quickly and everyone was so kind! Thank you
