First of all, the lady at the front desk was ignorant. My girlfriend s car was in an accident someone hit her and the insurance said to take it here worst mistake I ever made. The half fixed her car and lied about an alignment. A tire rod was broken in the accident and they said it was not. They also claimed they aligned it but I had to take it to a more reputable mechanic who figured out the problem in 5 minutes and said it couldn t be aligned properly with the tire rod issue. Whoever I called said they could align a car with a bad tire rod but clearly that is not the case cause her car still pulls to the right. Do not listen to the insurance company and do not take your vehicles to this collision center plz find somewhere else.

Update 1/20/24: Had another mishap with the car, this time on the rear fender. Lisa and the crew at Ken Pollock were excellent, yet again. Lisa herself is an absolute darling of a woman. Both times I've come to you all, she's made the process easy but most importantly stress-free. I can't speak personally to the mechanics, but their work is top notch, and the gentleman in the back office whose name is escaping me was pleasant and polite to be around.Basically, my car needed a whole front end for reasons I don't care to talk about right now. Ken Pollock did an excellent job on the repairs. Lisa, the coordinator, was wonderful. Very positive experience.Service: Body & Trim

AAA insurance sent me to this place and Lisa a so called manager, should work on her people skills and attitude towards customers! Totally dishonest shop making slanderous remarks to the insurance company about a policy holder whom simply asked questions about warranty and shen6a vehicle can be repaired. AVOID Ken Pollock collision and the associated dealer at all cost.

USAA recommended Ken Pollock Collision Service. Although I had not used their center before this, I will trust them for any collision repairs in the future. I'm not sure if this one is connected with the Hunlock Creek location but for some odd reason im unable to leave a review for that one. Anyway...This place seemed decent AT FIRST! Long story short.. At the end of September my car was backed into, this place was recommended by insurance, they had no problem accepting the job and taking the money to repair my door which would have been fine except when I picked it up there was a scratch on the exact spot that was supposed to be painted over.I TOOK IT BACK the same day at which point I was told to wait for one of their rental cars to be available so they can fix their mistake.A WEEK LATER they called and left a vm, I called back as soon as I could the very next morning but they said the rental was promised to someone else. I had to wait again.TWO WEEKS passed without hearing anything.. they said a rental will be available the week of Thanksgiving.I contacted them that week and was told they were in the process of selling all of their rentals to get new ones.. that they would contact me after the holiday.Here we are half way through December and they still haven't contacted me. The scratch on my door isn't the only problem either... the door wasn't sealed properly so when I drive it sounds like my window is open. I would never recommend anyone go there.IF they were at all decent to me about this situation- I was going to tell them to not even worry about the scratch, just fix the door and be done with it. But they were obviously just continuously blowing me off in hopes I would forget about it.

They repaired my vehicle due to an accident and when I got the car back it drove and handled better than when I bought it new. Brought my 2013 XC 60 in for an estimate to repair damages to rear driver's door and rear quarter panel (caused by a truck backing into me while the car was parked!). I was told they would "repair the door and rear quarter panel". Repairing a crushed in door would require filler (I call it Bondo). My car was in pristine condition before this incident and I am entitled to have it repaired back to the state is was in before it was hit. I was told, "we have to follow the insurance companies guidelines". BULLSH!@! I am the customer. I don't drive Bondo wagons. I will not be taking either of my Volvo's here anymore. It's like they're in cahoots with the insurance company.

Dropped off hubby's deer struck Guilia. Been there for 3 weeks now. Very communicative with process and parts update. Works well with our insurance company. Missing our Mighty Blue!
