Would give a huge 0 for the manager Tom. Rude and always out. Maybe he should worry about his job and not drinking on work property and leaving for a cabin during work hours.

I have been to this location over 100 times to get parts as a road mechanic. Two things are guaranteed every time, competence and a laugh.Hai, Jeff, Mark, and Tom always fulfill my requests. Even my oddball ones. You're alright too, drive shaft specialist guy. (Sorry I forgot your name)I remember seeing the store for the first time and thought I would never go there. I didn't know who the Cook brother were but I imagined a couple of hillbillies based on the exterior of the building.Instead, I found a outdated building full of team with tenure, personality, and commitment to finding what i need. Even when I'm not sure how to explain it.Now that I've been to the Binghamton branch, I realize this location does more with less. The reason I come is because of the people. I could only imagine how much better they would be if given a proper facility.

This is the place to find parts you can't find anywhere else. Don't let the appearance full you. This is old school. Fun crew.

An amazing staff that couldn't be more helpful. It was just luck that made me go there. What I found was a buisness that is wanting to help in any way they can. I'll never go anywhere else.

Very professional experienced and friendly I dealt with Brian on a drive shaft rebuild it's good to deal with someone who knows what they're talking about I would highly recommend Cook Brothers truck parts for anyone in need of drive shaft repair or rebuild

I dont know who those other people were talking about ... but this place hooked me up quick and in a hurry.. had the exact hard to find part for my 2015 KW T660... you may think a hvac blower motor is no big deal ... try getting one when 95 degrees out... the fellow who helped me out spent a good amount of time measuring and cross referencing part numbers ...but id recommend them to any owner operator who needs that part now to do his job

Just like any other truck parts place you have to wait because they're busy....but, they have great customer service and are extremely helpful

If you need parts for a tractor trailer this is the place to go. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. If they don't have the part they do their best to get it. The prices are fair.

Truck 318 March 16th, 2021. Neusence driverWould constantly speed up and slow down on i84 EB going between 65 to 73 mph. Always seemed to "rubberband' to a faster speed when attempting to pass, I would get back behind him then he would slow down again. Continued for over 60 miles heading into NY, I kept at a steady speed as I am speed restricted in a semi truck. Looked like an older gentleman driving.

Always has the parts I need at a great price and if they don't have it, they can usually get it within a day.Being open on Saturdays is a plus as most owner operators work on their truck on the weekends.
