I would give them no stars if possible . Charged $1250 to tow our trailer just half of a mile . Then wanted to replace whole fifth wheel instead of a handle only . Rip off place, do not recommend them.Answer to owners reply : We fixed this fifth wheel same day by replacing just a handle which cost us just about $155 (part from dealership and labor) . There was no need replacing the whole fifth wheel. You just an old miserable thief.

I would like for anyone reading this review to know that my wife and I have had the most amazing service and experience from this company City Line Truck and Trailer Repair.The service that was provided to us regarding a major breakdown with our Class A motorhome on Interstate 84 on Oct 26th 2022 was over the top and such a relief to our nightmare ,it was like god sent us 2 amazing angles the owner Donnie Miller and his right hand man Joey Pisano. To tell you the readers digest version of the story is when we broke down and could not get any other company to come out to get us off the very busy interstate it was very scary and discouraging. When we spoke a person from another service repair shop that did not provide towing she told us to call this company and ask for Donnie after we spoke to him he made us feel at ease and confident that someone was going to rescue us and thats exactly what he did. They towed us to their repair facility and the very next day at 8am Joey knocked on our door and said I here to look at your coach and get you guys fixed up AMAZING SERVICE !!! .Then Donnie's wife Kelly came by and offered to take us shopping for supplies that we did not have from just entering the United States from Canada AMAZING SERVICE !!!I could go on about how well we were treated and how hard they all tried to help us get back on the road knowing this was our first experience as 2 Snowbirds heading to the sunny state of Florida. I would hope you get the picture by now , you don"t get this kind of service anymore these days this is an awesome testament to there are still a lot of real good people in this world of ours Thank you Team Donnie !!!If we could give them all a Ten Star review we would so in closing we would just like to Thank them form the bottom of our hearts Donnie , Joey , Kelly and JP for their Amazing Service and KindnessGod Bless and Safe TravelsBlair and Debra

Respect this place they will not leave you hanging . and 4 wheelers out there stop complaining and be more cautious it's not as easy as you think going down the road in a truck.. can't blame drivers for you unsafe driving.. Thanks Donny keep up the hard work

They towed a trailer less than a mile up the road, didn t even use his equipment to tow the trailer, had me hook up to it and pull it, after I got to the shop to ask why the bill is 1250, he insulted me and told me to shut the f up what a way to run a business

worst. They rebuilt my engine, transmission, and fixed my fuel crossover line. 1 year later iv put over $30,000 into the same truck to have ALL of the same issues fixed. They don t fix it right the first time and will cost you more in the end.

Don t go run away scammer and super unprofessional... ask this guy how long the job is going to take doesn t give me an answer then goes missing for two hours so he can charge me more by the hour and when I asked him how far is he or when he s coming back he continues and repeat to say 10 minutes it starts cursing and yelling ... Miserable old bag

This place is expensive if your from out of town don't go. And if you have to use this place check your truck for other damages before you leave. We had some damage to the outside of the truck and didn't notice it till sometime later and they of course New nothing about it. So stay away from these people. Thanks

The guy that runs this place is not very friendly... I get the impression that they would be in no hurry to make sure you get back on the road quickly. Wouldnt waste my time, there are plenty of better options in town.

They were very courteous and did all my repairs in a timely fashion and most of all they were not overly priced id definitely recommend them

The owner is a thief. This place is everything that is wrong with the industry. I m an owner operator and I took my truck and trailer to get some new brackets put on my trailer, brackets which I already had, 45 minutes later he tried to charge me $280 telling me that I had to pay each guy for an hours worth of work while screaming in my face. Never again

Guy is Untrustable. All he cares about is Money. Wouldn't let him tow anything. Don't let him work on your trucks or cars. Garage should be shut down for his slap and stick Inspections.

Donny used to steal diesel from my company's trucks while they were sitting on his lot. And whenever he "fixed" something, we'd have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed right.

Called asked about seal on trailer to get fixed, guy slammed the phone down up i can even ask him a ball park price. Deff not the place i be taking my truck and trailer too

Owner is a thief. I wouldn't let him tow my cars for free. He should be shut down. I will be calling everyone in local and state government to make this happen.

He says he only going to charge 350 for the trailer then charges 540.60 a 450 of labor
