Horrible service. Lady didn t even bother to help look for the part in the store. Didn t know what an air filter was. They said it has a different name?! Spent over 25 mins looking up our own part numbers. 3 dudes were just standing around. My advice is to go to advanced auto about a mile down the road. If I can give this zero stars I would. Oh and also gave us the wrong information for an oil filter. Never again. Save yourself the headache and the time. I never write reviews but my god, what an awful useless store.

I ll come to this area to get two items. The lady told me I had to be a reward member. I know shop here before, so the price was like $599, what happen is that she put the wrong phone number, so I had to ask her again. Than my number comes up. She didn t apologize and let me know that the price jump down. I wanted to know what I m paying for so. The guy that was there didn t get either name. Both jump on me and threaten to not serve me and call the police. Cause no one wanted me to talk, every time I will voice what s going on they would do this to me. There s a way to be professional, and treat everyone the same. Just saying. Not a good look here. And I did voice I m from New York City, oh it doesn t matter both said. So what, can I ask what I m paying for when u never acknowledged the price changed for u sir and sorry for putting the wrong number. Ridiculous. No me gusta nada

They pay the staff horribly and corporate lacks human decency or empathy. I had the pleasure of working with dome of the employees at this store and they were great. It's corporate that's horrendous

Friendly staff and very helpful, they greet you as soon as you coming into the store. I really like to aknowledge when i come into the store. Melisa and jeff were very helpful

The managers all do a phenomenal job, however the rest of the employees consistently waste my time. I'm in the store a couple times a week and everyone knows I live about 30 minutes away (closest parts store to me) and they frequently tell me they have parts in stock that I need and then when I get there they're magically not where they're supposed to be and they don't have them. The result is them sending me to another store 35 minutes in the opposite direction to get the parts I need. Something that should only take me an hour winds up taking me 2+ hours. Don't bother going in until sales rep gets eyes and hands on the part you need.

Mike the store manager helped me out tremendously! He went totally out of his way to get my tail light fixed, even when I purchased the wrong bulb from another store. He was calm and polite while my impatient 3 yrs old was waiting with me. I appreciate the kindness and will go back to this particular Auto Zone for any future auto needs. Thank u so much for making my life easier, Mike.

They are not the fastest but so far the quality has been one of the best and the prices by far are the best in the area. There is no competition tperiod my daughter told us about this place and we have used it several times now and we'll continue to do so.

Went today with a list of things for my car. And was extremely confused lol asked for help got it and got everything I needed and more. Customer service was great. Thank you guys so much will return soon

Not sure what's going on with the staff recently but not only do they want to try to push and sell the wrong stuff but they don't care one way or the other about any kind of decent customer service skills. Transmission fluid and motor oil are two totally different things not quite sure when it became okay to add motor oil to a transmission because playing with phones is more important and going in the back and checking to see if something is on hand. As a loyal AutoZone customer I'm extremely disappointed especially with this location screwing up so much lately

Thank you Mike R and John. They made my visit there very pleasant and provided excellent service. John helped me find a fallen oil cap lost in my engine and didn't hesitate to get dirty and all he said was " it's my job to do this ". What a relief to find good ppl willing to help and do more. Mike R, the manager was very kind and professional. These two really impressed me today. Keep up the great work guys!

I had the best experience today with one of the employees. His name was Mike. It started when I called earlier today asking about a new car battery. He not only answered my questions, but also told me to ask for him when I come in he will change it for me. He went above and beyond with his service and super friendly from the start. He saw my pull in and noticed my car and knew I was the one he spoke to earlier. With it being so close to the holiday and not getting paid till tomorrow I could only afford the lowest price battery. We ran in to some issues with the one wore being to short to reach the terminal, he took his time in the freezing cold and rearranging some wires and made it fit perfect. I cannot believe the amazing service I got. I stayed out with him in the freezing cold and talked to him about his family and kids. What a fantastic experience at an auto parts store. Even the other guy working was super friendly !I will be going back to this store for everything I need! Thank you so much Mike.

This AutoZone is top-notch. A year ago, I was pulled over because one of my brake lights was out. I decided to head to AutoZone after work in Pittston. I thought a fuse blew out causing the light to go out, however, that did not fix the issue. Even in the pouring rain, Mike R. and Mike K. (he said to call him Korean Mike) went above and beyond to find the root issue. After trial and error, they discovered some faulty wiring work and offered to fix the problem for free. I was reimbursed right away for the fuse and bulb purchases and left with a fixed vehicle for absolutely nothing. They could have sent me to a garage but instead worked to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. It saved me a lot of time, money and headache. Ever since this experience, I have made it a point to recommend this specific location to friends and family, and even will go out of my way when there are other car/parts shops closer to me (this is 35-40 min drive) if I am having a minor issue. Thank you again to both Mikes!!!

Mike was extremely helpful on helping me with my vehicle. Went above and beyond, something I have never established at a parts store. Thanks to Mike my car is running properly again.Highly recommend Mike and Auto Zone!

This was may be the friendliest AutoZone I have ever been to. Everyone who is working there was very helpful. I was just buying some wiper blades, but they were able to offer me some advice for my classic VW bus. I went with the rain X blades on the suggestion of one of the associates. It was the right choice.

After what seemed to be an easy day just doing brakes and rotors turned into broken lines because the caliper slipped Mike was awesome rather than me drive all the way back to the store I asked him if he could text me sure enough he did. And I was able to send him a picture of what I exactly needed 2 seconds later he messages me back telling me that they have that exact part.mike was great he was very professional very knowledgeable very friendly by far hands down the best associate I've ever dealt with at an auto parts store.

Called to check part they confirmed then wasn't in stocks when I went. Sent to Dallas where they gave me an entirely different wrong part. Advanced had it though and got me straightened out in minutes.

Daniele is what represents this auto zone! great service and experience. She makes my life easy. Great place! Showed up around 8:30 pm after my battery wouldn t start. Tyler happily checked my battery, informed me that t was dead, and then helped me pick out a new battery as well as a pair of jumper cables. Highly recommend. Great, polite service!

The Gray Shirt Mike R absolutely understands Customer Service. Had a problem with a phone holder for my Truck but I didn't have the receipt... Mike R solved the problem and I left the store saying to myself that I'd definitely be back

Auto Zone definitely has the best prices for auto parts in the area, and it's super easy to do an online order to pick up in store, or have them order parts for you. Parts always arrive quickly

Amazing. Went there after leaving a dealership knowing there had to be a way to replace a piece cheaper. Dealt with a Mike R. Professional, smart, and not only found the piece but put it on quick. Amazed. Over $300 saved and one happy lady here. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Well my daughter had issues with starting her car we weren't sure if it was battery or alternator, Mike was very helpful, tested both battery and alternator, very friendly, and I was very pleased , one thing I wanted to leave a tip and had no cash but wasnt allowed to put tio on card. Very pleased otherwise.

I needed a headlight for almost a year. So I picked the one that was just below the best hoping for a brighter light at night. So when I was checking out the young man offered I can put it in for me. I was extremely grateful because I didn't know where to start Plus it was frigid call that day. I tipped the kid $5 and he did not want to take it. And if you know me you know how much I insisted because I was extremely grateful
