Absolutely horrible experience. Came in to have my battery fully charged for 4 hours. Upon return the staff over put my battery back in without making sure that my battery terminals were tight and on properly. When I turn my car on there was a sensor buzzing going on that was not going on before my battery was removed and when I asked the person who put it in what it was she replied I don't know I didn't do it and refused to help me. A few days later driving down the road going down a hill in traffic my car went completely dead turned black and shut down meaning that I had no brake lights no power steering and needless to say was almost hit from behind, terrifying me. The mechanic had stop by and told me that my battery terminal was completely off so when I hit a bump it probably came right off. I called them and explain what happened and they said the manager wasn't in but they were terribly sorry but I needed to call back in 2 days when the manager would be available. Then 2 Days later the same thing happened again this time on the highway. And then realized that the battery terminal was bent out of shape and not going back on properly. when I called the manager and explain this to him he told me that he refused to accept responsibility for this stating that maybe it's old and just popped off but that was not the case because it was bent out of place meaning that when they put my battery back in my car they did not replace it with care. I don't believe that counter people should be doing mechanical work if they don't have a mechanical license. And if they do do mechanical work they should take responsibility for the outcome. I was terribly disappointed and will never ever go to advanced Auto ever again for anything.

Stopped in for new wipers on my Tahoe. Gentleman was extremely helpful and pleasant. He replaced my old ones and I was on my way again in no time. Great service.!!

I've only got in there for small things but they have what you need. The employees care about serving the customers to the best of their ability. They are very helpful to those like me that aren't mechanically/automotivelly inclined.

Good service, free used oil disposal, monthly specials are worth checking out. Touch up paint I needed was half the Amazon price and in stock.

Uh so so to be honest .It.s not the same when they first opened.Everytime i go it.s a new person and it.s like only 2 on and some have knowlege of cars or trucks and most not .So your left guessing .Plus at times when you need help you feel like your bothering them because of their reaction when you ask.no thankyou or Hello or a smile it.s like man at least pretend you like your job....But that my feel on it.By all means check them and you decide.I mean they some things you needs like any place it.s the prices you worry about.

When I asked for a slide hammer and a flange the associate asked me what a flange was? (You need the slide hammer flange to use the slide hammer) he had no clue when he found the slide hammer it didn't come with the flange and he said they didn't have one.And its not the first time associates at this location were all clueless as to what a tool was for or what additional parts it required to use.

Purchased a battery there 9 months ago. It stopped starting my car 3 months ago. My mechanic had it for 10 hrs, tested everything, said its the battery. They refused to give me a replacement. Took the old one home won't start my car. Would never go there again

The customer service is none existent they are extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with every time I go in they never help at all and you are honestly better off going across the street to auto zone where you actually get help and the works actually like their jobs would not recommend going to advanced auto at all.

Get good discounts when I order on line and pick up in store. Loaner tool program makes a big difference. Usually have what I need.

This is my preferred auto parts store compared to AutoZone, A&A, or Napa. They have always had what I wanted, actually in stock, at the price I expect. Can't really ask for more than that!

I like advance auto for the good prices. If you use retailmenot you can usually order online, pick-up in store and save 30%. I like the pittston and luzerne locations the best.

Pretty good auto parts store but the online ordering isn't that good. It told me when I placed my order to come to the store in about 30 minutes to pick up my order but when I got there my order wasn't going to be ready for another two hours.
