Musa has worked on numerous cars of mine and is very knowledgeable. The service is always professional and he even goes so far as trying to explain cars and the importance of maintenance to me . On Thursday, February 11th, 2021 my husband dropped his car off to Musa. My husband was given his name as a recommended mechanic to take a look at his car. My husband had been calling the number given on the business card that Musa had given to him a week prior to dropping the car off. There was no answer for a whole week. When my husband gave up Musa called him back and said bring the car and I can take a look at it on Saturday, February 13th, 2021and I will call you .On Saturday, my husband started calling when he didn t hear from him, because he needed the car for work on Monday. Again, there was no answer, I called from my phone no answer, called from 2 different numbers and still no answer. We went to the garage to see if we could see the car and just take it, but we couldn t see it. We called on Sunday, February 14th, 2021 and still no answer, again calling from different numbers. I drove to the garage the same day and by chance noticed my husbands car. We picked it up and left. My husband only received a call from Musa today when he realized the car was no longer there.This service is unacceptable, you don t take someone s car saying you will look at it and do not honor it. The lack of integrity and customer service as a business is mind blowing. We do not even know if he even looked at the car. We will be picking up the key and will never do business there ever again and will never recommend anyone to go there either, especially as a new customer. First impressions matter and this business was an EPIC FAIL.Update to your response on Tuesday, February 16th, 2021.The fact that you will lie to save face is an embarrassment, he did not miss two appointments, you offered to check it for free, and if there were so many issues why didn t you call like you said you would? When you called on Monday, you were very apologetic and now you have the audacity to lie. Just make sure you have the key ready for us to pick up.
