If you like things fair, simple, fast and handled professionally then you ve come to the right place. Easy.. estimate the value of your auto online, book an appointment, bring all necessary paperwork and walk out with a check. The Plum branch manager, Christian, was straight forward and processed the transaction like a pro. Recommended for sure!

Bernard was great to work with. He gave me a fair estimate for my 2006 Ford Mustang. He took pictures of the car and showed me where some rust was evident underneath the car that I did not know about. All in all, I had a good experience with Bernard and WeBuyAnyCar and I would use them again.

FYI - this is the second posting of review, I erroneously used the wrong email account initially.They did not honor the price at all. The vehicle was in excellent shape, with high miles which were already reduced in their online assessment. We had sold another vehicle a few months back and had a very good experience, which is why we went back - in hopes of dealing with the first rep. We dealt with Jared instead and after this go round, we do not ever intend to use them/ him again.

Was originally told I would only get $500, but Bernard called to tell me no bring it in to see if we can do better. Ended up getting way more than expected. I would definitely recommend this branch and Bernard.

Enjoyed working with Bernard in Plum location. He was very professional in providing all information on the process in advance of the appointment, which was key for this senior citizen. The appointment then went smoothly and his friendly personality made it a pleasure. Highly recommend both Bernard and WeBuyAnyCar.P.S. Didn't hurt that the amount of the check was much better than several other offers I had from online and dealers.

After much deliberation my Mother had decided having her car & driving was becoming more of a nuisance than benefit. Which was a bittersweet moment itself however from start to finish Bernard made the process incredible & my Mom left certain she made the correct decision. I don't think either of us could've imagined a better experience, literally had the check in hand in an Uber back home in under an hour.

Sold my mom s car today! Bernard, at the plum location handled everything. He was friendly, kind, and very patient answering the many questions my 84 year old mom asked. My husband and I recently sold our car here - Bernard was an absolute pleasure to deal with. During my short time there I watched him interact with another customer who was deaf and the respect he treated her with and the lengths he went to help her with what seemed to be a complicated situation (just by overhearing) was incredible. Bernard is excellent. He was very honest and transparent about the entire process, and I felt he did a great job explaining how it all works. Our initial offer ended up being lower than the online quote because of things that came up in the inspection, but he worked to get us more money and we ended up with a great deal (definitely more than we would have been offered on trade-in). Bernard is a consummate professional and I felt that he was actively looking out for me. I would recommend Bernard and the Plum location to anyone who is interested in selling their car.
