Came here for an oil change for an appointment that I made at 7am. My car wasn t serviced until about 8. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come back to the register, and another 35 minutes because I guess there was no money in the register for me to pay. All while everyone seem to have this nonchalant attitude that there was a long line and no one was being helped by anyone who worked there. It took roughly over 2 hours for an oil change, won t be coming back here again.

I came for my appointment that was an oil change. Afterward I noticed something leaking from under my car after I got home. I went to the honda dealership for a diagnosis and was told my oil pan and oil filter housing seal was damaged. I went back to Walmart and they claimed no responsibility for something that wasn't a problem before going there. This was my 3rd or 4th time coming here but absolutely will not be coming here again. A simple oil change has costed so much more and the lack of taking responsibility is really taking the cake here.

I ve been coming to this Walmart auto service for oil changes for a long time and have always been satisfied. However, the last time, despite no apparent queue, I was told to wait while other customers were served before me. I feel this might be some form of discrimination. I hope the service management will look into this issue

Gave me the wrong size tire than what i ordered and couldn't put my tires on because I showed up late. Appointment times are kind of confusing. They gave me these huge tires that didn't match with my order at all. Had to go somewhere else and pay even more. Luckily the other place took the wrong tires off my hands and gave me a discount. Either way not returning.

4 tech or mechanics standing around doing nothing, just talking and smoking, yet the rude dude at the counter said they didn't have availailability for an oil change.

Just gotten my tires done excepting the great service I gotten before but this time wasn't so great I got my tires done on Nov 4An now my tire pressure light keeps coming on so I have to go fill air in my back passenger tire every other day they didn't have the cap on my tire then the back tire on the driver side they put on wrong. I live almost a hour away have school, medical apps and alot other things. Paid almost $400 for four new tires going into this winter now I have to go back and complain.(Update) So I was able to get my tire repaired the Staff took care of it without any hassle this why love coming to Walmart Autoshop because I'm satisfied Kodus to the team.

Had a warranty claim on my tires that my tire shop of over twenty years gave me no help on, after calling the tire manufacturer and arguing my point got a 25% customer loyalty discount, which again failed to produce, I called the manufacturer to check other authorized dealers, Walmart was on the list, bought the sane tires I was going to get at my tire shop, and including the installation, was $300 cheaper. After scheduling my appointment, I arrived and a nice gentleman by the name of Corey, was more than helpful in phoning in my warranty claim and not only did I get the 25% off the tires, he had somehow gotten approved for 75% for me! What a roller coaster, I went from a starting price at my old place of $843 for everything, now to paying literally for 1 tire and installation package for all tires with a bottom line of around $236 in the end. Although they were a little slow and not really much of a waiting room, the guys were great, took around an hour, and Corey s help and great customer service was really well received. It s employees like Corey that will keep me coming back. Thanks again!

So Sunday is a really bad day to get a screw in your tire! It s even worse when the tire won t hold air for long even when you use fix a flat. In our desperation we phoned everyone listed open and found that Walmart In Robinson was the only tire center that could help us. We of course showed up at 3:45 and well ..these guys saved the day!! We have 4 new tires, a smile and a little relief from the stress we had only a few hours earlier. Also they had a full house and still managed to take care of us! Thanks guys!!! Genuine POS here. Never answer the phone. Close and lock doors before advertised closing time. They will act like they don't hear your when you talk to them. They close at 5:30pm regardless of what it says online (7pm) or in the store(6pm). They also suction the oil out of your engine(not efficient), and refuse to drain it out of the oil pan per the manufacturer's recommendation.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but the employees were nice, the service good, and everything wrapped up pretty quickly. My TPMS sensors weren't reset correctly, but they're very hard to figure out in my vehicle, so I don't blame them for that.The prices were lower than a lot of comparable stores, so I'll definitely be back next time I need tires!

Went today (at 10AM on a thursday) to get my tire patched after I ran over a nail. There was only one other car in the bay when I pulled up, but I was told it would take 2 hours. The man who checked me in, Greg, was openly cursing in front of my son and I and repeatedly hit his hand held against the table. He threw my keys and made it very clear to me that he did not want to be there. At the 1 1/2 hour mark I went back to check on my car and it was still not even in the bay! I could very plainly see mechanics playing on their phones though! I asked if I could pay for a few things I had picked up and put them in my trunk before walking across the street to eat. I was given quite a hassle about getting my keys back (even though my car was still in the parking lot!) We came back 30 minutes later and my car was finally in the bay. I watched for another 30 minutes and no one was touching my car. Now at the 2 1/2 hour mark I told the attendant that if it was going to take longer than 15 more minutes I would like to just take my car and leave. He says they have been waiting for approval to put on a new tire because they couldn't patch the old tire. I WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE IN THE WAITING ROOM THE WHOLE TIME and nobody tried to call my phone. Three hours later, I have a new tire. I asked to speak to the manager who was equally as rude, didn't make eye contact or apologize once, and told me to make an appointment next time...at a Walmart. Stay far away from here!

ONLY REASON I GAVE 1 STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE HALF TO ZERO STARS. THE AUTO CENTER WOULD NOT ANSWER PHONE, THEY MISSED OUT ON BUSINESS. WHEN YOU CALL IT RINGS FOR 10-15 MINUTES THEN HANG UP. THIS IS WHERE I GET TIRES WHENEVER I NEED THEM.Service: TiresService: Tires

Bought a set of Goodyear Wrangler ATS tires for my Ford Expedition on Black Friday (Walmart Online Black Friday Special). Got great pricing (saved $80) including free life-time rotation/balance with the tires.Tires were shipped to the Robinson Walmart Auto Center free of charge. Also opted for a $10 Road Hazard Warranty per tire (tires came with Goodyear 50,000 mile tread warranty).Booked an appointment to have tires installed and was very happy with quick installation and professional service!

These guys work very hard. They are a bit understaffed, so you have to be patient. Good work at a fair price. All the staff in the Auto Center are great Anyone leaving a bad review here knows nothing about working on cars. If you think they are slow, then do the repair yourself. Typical " Impatient " Hipsters. Horrible people.

I just rushed to this Walmart with my toddler in attempt to get a quick oil change to make it home for the holiday. It took me 45 minutes to get there after working all day long the lady at the frost desk say to me in a smug tone that sucks we can t take you. Completely rude and unprofessional and this company gives zero cares about their customers. I m surprised they have two stars.

The service is lousy! First, after having to wait a decent amount of time to even get waited on, they said they didn't have my filter & wanted me to go to an auto parts store, buy one & bring it back & they'd only give me $3 towards it. I told them no thanks, I'd go back to Munro where I've went for years. I only decided to try Walmart cause I was in a hurry & figured I could do my shopping at the same time & kill two birds with one stone.

Headache after going in 4-5 times to have tires pro rated, finally they ordered the tires. The day I am in for the installation, they tell me there is still too much tread for pro rating. Tech asked me who I spoke to previously, there 4 different people who inspected my old tires. I had a fit on the tech because he "couldn't make that decision" to put my new tires on the car. Finally a manager came back and OK'd the installation of the tires. The discount of pro rating wasn't worth the aggravation of weekly going in for their inspection. That is my first and last tire purchase(or any other auto service for that matter) at Wal Mart. If I could post no stars, I would have. Don't waste your time and money!

These Guys were so Kind to Me in the middle of being super busy! Really appreciate the EFFORT & accommodations they made on the fly to get in & out & SAFELY back on the road with new tires! ! Derek & Rome are TRUE DELIGHTS!

Was surprised how quickly and professionally they put on new tires especially for the price. 4 decent quality tires, tire installation, road hazard warranty, headlights, and headlight installation all for 470$

Called Saturday to make an appointment for new tires, I was given an appointment Tuesday at 2 p.m., the associate confirmed the address and that tires I wanted were in stock.I arrived on Tuesday at 1:45. At 2:10, I was waited on, told the appointment book did not have my name (although white-out was on the 1:00 & 2:00 appointments which the associate commented about), and eventually told the tires I wanted were not in stock but tires could be ordered at $120 a piece more than the tires I asked for.I would up leaving with nothing done, time wasted which the appointment was supposed to avoid.

Absolute joke of a place. Waited three hours (was told it would be 30 mins) to get new bulbs put in my Ram 1500 only to be told they didn't have an extension long enough to remove one of the bolts. This is a stock headlight. How do they not have a simple extension for a 10mm socket? How did they not know this beforehand?I'm visiting Pittsburgh so I don't have my tools or I'd do it myself. Now it is night and too late to get fixed anywhere else. I chose here because I had some items I needed and it's a very simple task.DO NOT USE THEM

DON T COME HERENot only once but twice I have waited OVER 2-3 hours for an oil change when told an hour wait.They have made me late to work, I would much rather go to Midas on rt 60.If they would ve just told me they weren t sure if the time I would ve left!No more chances.

I ordered tires on Walmart.com and tried to schedule appointment, but the auto center wouldn t answer the phone. I waited on hold for an hour and then requested to speak with a manager. I spoke with the manager and she said I should have asked for her sooner. The auto center closes at 8 PM and my phone call with the manager ended at 7:57 PM. Terrible service!I canceled my order through Walmart.com

They can t answer the phone ( I called three times throughout the day). Went in today and saw a woman on the phone and she laughed at me when I said it was an emergency and I needed a new tire or my tire fixed. At this point I was crying and she basically told me to go anywhere else and that she couldn t help me or even order the tires I needed and make an appointment.

I'm reading all these comments and I'm wondering if it's the same Walmart that I normally take my car to. The technicians and mechanics here are awesome. But it's I bet u guys gave them attitude, so expect attitude. Treat staff with respect and they treat u like royalty.

Terrible place to get tires installed was told to come in at 11 i dont get taken in until 12 and done get out until 1:10 spoke with the manger of the shop and called corperate twice never heard anything back from the main manager i will never have tires installed at walmart auto center again would not recommend anyone to have maintenance done here either
