The advertisement was fifteen minutes. My experience was ten minutes. I drove my car for hours, and it was a very smooth and quiet ride. I have a 2011 Mazda 6G. T. They did something that I was not expected.They checked my battery, and I was greatly appreciated, especially living in pennsylvania,where it gets cold. Customer service was very accessible. They did everything.That was advertised. And I think that's all we really want as customers. All in all, all of my expectations were met.Thank you.P.S.: I was able to use a coupon from the website worth investing in a good value.

Avoid that place at all cost. will upsell you things that you don't need. Went in for an oil change, but instead I got my oil and my transmission fluid changed. I should have said no to transmission fluid change. I'm mechanically challenge i know nothing about cars. The guy gave me a transmission scare. Paid a little over $200. Now my car is lit up like a christmas tree. I got My engine light on, my steering light on and traction light on. Went back in to address the situation, but instead he found out the previous valvoline guy had over filled my engine oil. So he had to re-do it again. still it wasn't working so tried to refer me to someplace else and have me pay more for something that was caused by them. Manager was right next to me serving the other car, but never once approach and checked to see if everything was ok. Now Im stuck with all them lights on. Mind you them lights were never on before. It only came after they have touched It. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Got verbal quote for one price and then got higher price when I arrived and waited in line. When I complained they said i talked to. Someone at corporate. I advised I was going to call back the phone number, and they said go ahead. The next person claimed she did not know "Trista" who gave the original quote. After that, the sore manager said he "could not change the oil at all" because the skid plate bolts were "rusted". When I left the store, I looked at the skin flight bolt and they were coated in oil, so I don't know how they could be rusted.

I just spent an hour (being next in line) waiting for an oil change. After seeing 3 cars that we were behind me- receive service-I asked if I can jump into a dig line. They apologized, explained the tech downstairs took off the oil pan instead of pulling plug and they are almost done. I waited 20 more mins. When it finally my turn- they apologized and offered me a small discount- when I pointed out my coupon was worth more- he told me to use that instead (granting me no discount for wasting my time) . They never checked my lights, I had to ask for air in my tire and when I asked to clear my oil light- he did not know how to do it. I've been a loyal customer here for 15 years and sadly this place seems to have gotten worse with each year. I will sadly take my business elsewhere. (The last time I was there I waited 30 mins before they told me their AC charge machine was down) For a time convenient service-they sure don't value the customers time)

Dimitri was so friendly! She had great customer service even right when they open. She walked me through what was included in a basic oil and and never tried to pressure me into any extra sales. Our service tech Curtis was fantastic! He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our wait time was short and our service was perfect. Didn t have to get out of the car and was in and out within 20 minutes.

Really great team at this location, they have serviced my car about 4 times now. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. A man named Curtis helped me during my most recent visit, he was very accommodating and friendly. I ve been to many Valvoline locations, this one I always leave with a smile on my face. Most importantly, I leave knowing my car has been cared for excellently. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Excellent experience! The manager Cody was friendly and didn t try to over-sell me but made sure I got all the maintenance I needed. Everyone I spoke with was kind and courteous. Waited about 5 minutes and then it took about 10 minutes to complete all the work. Overall, I have no complaints and I would recommend this location to anyone.

They were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice and efficient. I am a girl who knows nothing about cars and gets really nervous going to get my car serviced. The employees here made this the Most stress free oil change of my life. They explained everything to me and never once made me feel stupid or pressured into upcharges. The oil change was expensive even with a coupon. They tired to sell me a $24.00 air filter. They lied to me about my cars battery.I went to Auto zone and they told me my battery and alternator was fine! I won't be back there again .

Oil change here was fast and efficient. It took me a minute to realize that I didnt need to get out of my car. No matter, the 'manGer' stayed right by and we had a great conversation, and he answered a few questions that were posed to confirm my common sense.I'll be back.

Best shop Ive been too for an oil change. A bit pricey, but thats what you get when you want instant oil changes witb no prior booking. Attendant was super nice and cleared up some lies fed to me at a less reputable location. Will come back for every oil change from now on.

Matthew was doing fine, he went back and forth to make sure everything is good with my car. Steven is different. The oil was all over my car. The tire valve cap covers were missing and replaced with different one - mine is the white one. Now, I have to order another caps for my tire valve, it is unpleasant and should not be that way. Steven need to do a better job!It was an oil change service. The invoice #: 228454

Cody and Lexi both took care of me and my car today. I had the best experience here, and the entire experience made my whole day! Cody was very friendly, helpful, and instantly made me feel like my car was in good hands. I didn't feel pressured at all into buying anything I didn't want/need, which I really appreciated, and the service was super quick. It's very clear that all of the employees here truly go out of their way to make every one of their customers feel at ease and leave with a positive experience. I will definitely be recommending this location, and will be returning again! Can't recommend more! Thanks!!

These was not a wait to get into the shop. Thorough vehicle check list, and recommendations for extra services and possibly items for replacement. The crew is friendly and seem to work well together, pardon the pun, like a well oiled machine.

We always use Valvoline until today not only did I wait almost an hour and 45 min for an oil change they tell me oh we can t do it your oil pan seal is leaking and looks like it has been. I said why didn t they tell me that last time and did the oil change he said idk I m not sure they are supposed to tell you and make a note and he looked up my last oil change and said it was Matt that did it. I thanked him for telling me and I contacted corporate bc with a leaki don t know abt could blow ur motor or lock it up. Aaron the manager contacted me from the store I m meeting him tomorrow to go over everything that happened. Will update after.Service: Oil change

Wrong type of oil permanently damaged our engine.My father s 2016 WRX takes 5W30 full synthetic oil. The guys at this location put a synthetic blend into the car, causing a permanent oil consumption issue according to our trusted mechanic who has been in service for over 20 years. This car has taken full synthetic its entire life, and the carelessness of the workers here has probably significantly reduced the life span of this engine.We are not in a financial place where we can afford to have an engine replacement done, so we are livid at this situation.When I called the location to inform them, the person in the phone tried to make it seem like our fault for not triple checking, when we trusted that they would have the basic knowledge of the correct type of oil this engine takes, and was not apologetic whatsoever.DO NOT TRUST CARELESS GUYS TO WORK ON YOUR CAR!Service: Oil change

2 stars because the technicians and customer support are good people but the policies and equipment are the issues.Final breaking point for me is being priced gouged for a car battery just for it to die in less than 3 months. Their warranty policy is intentionally backwards so that you can t actually redeem.

Elliot, Kay (I believe that was their name), and Ryan were so pleasant. I was next in line and they realized I was being serviced behind guests that were behind me. This wasn't anyone's fault, the car in front of me being serviced had an issue causing the line I was in to be longer. However, they were so nice and while I was waiting apologized and informed me of the issue, and then apologized again while I was being serviced. They didn't need to, but showed they were aware of their customers. I highly recommend this location for the staff and their customer service!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is the best place to go to get an oil change very quickly. They re very professional and they are much better and a lot cheaper than Jiffy Lube.

This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience. Steven is a real asset to your company. His no pressure, friendly, approach to sales and service is refreshing. I wish all techs were to do it this way. And even though I knew I didn't need anything I purchased A extra service (rear wiper) as I know how companies expect a upscale. Steven was great.
