Do not take your vehicle there. They will mess with your vehicle and tell you they didn t do anything.they are so rude and arrogant. I don t know if it is because I am a girl but the way the treated me and talked to me is ridiculous. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone

They did a great job for me and even found a problem with the brakes that were already supposedly fixed by the dealer which were incorrectly put together so I'm glad that they found it. They did a really great job on my brakes

I brought my car here for a second opinion after another garage tried to take advantage of me. These mechanics were professional, up front, and helpful. They took every opportunity to explain what everything meant and what my options were. They emphasized that it was important to them that I know what was going on because it would make me want to take better care of my car. It was an incredibly genuine experience. At the end of my service, I was told to call with any questions and I know they meant it because I called back twice and easily got help, and the guys checked out an extra thing for free a couple days after my car s service. This is the only place I will ever take my car.

Just had my inspection done at Trudeau's by Wayne. These guys do GREAT work at a fair price. Fred, the shop manager, was extremely helpful with his extensive knowledge of cars and willingness to share.The work was thorough and top notch and done in a timely manner.All in all, a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, courteous service at a fair price. Thanks guys. Great job!!!

A few of my coworkers recommended this place and since I lived nearby I took my car here. It's been 3 years probably. I've had numerous repairs done, inspections, tire replacements, had to drop off my car in the middle of the night. I never had any issues with them. They were always honest, quick, and very reasonably priced. What else can you ask for? I have since moved to the other side of the city but still take my car here.

My first time here was phenomenal. I needed a 30k mile tuneup and my first PA state inspection. Fred was very courteous, told me they could turn around everything in a day and that was true! I could also tell that this is a trustworthy shop I only needed an oil change and my cabin air filter changed for the 30k service. They didn t change / do literally everything to make more money. My Ford dealership used to charge me $400 for these mileage services. Trudeau s only charged me about $70. A lot of shops aren t like that and I greatly appreciated it. My girlfriend also had a similar experience everywhere was telling her she needed new brakes, but Trudeau s said they just needed cleaned. Saved her hundreds of dollars that day.I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. I ll definitely be coming back for all my car services.

Like the other reviewers said, this mechanic earns all 5 stars on this review. Time after time for years, they took care of our family's cars (and even during times of emergencies). They are honest, very fairly priced, and are great guys.

This place was recommended by a friend & was she right! They treated me with respect, told me how I could care for my car since it's a little older & I drive a lot, and told me of minor repairs I could so myself & save money. As I was about to leave to pick the car up, they called me & told me they had a coupon online that I could use. That's service! I'm definitely going back, they found a repeat customer!

I would go out of my way to go to Trudeau's Automotive. I always get the best service, no run around about my vehicle, and I'm in and out. They are transparent, honest, good people there.An update to my earlier review: my opinion still stands! The folks at Trudeau are reliable, do good and honest work, and have a pretty quick turnaround. If I could give them 11 stars, I would!

I had a very, very negative experience here.The guy at the front desk made a major mistake, took no personal accountability, asked me to correct his error, insinuated I was lying, then asked me to 'never come back'.That, sir, will not be a problem.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

Hands down the best mechanics in the county! They are sooooo helpful towards regular customers (even gave us guidance over the phone once to get our car started) only mechanics we'll ever use. So fair and honest. Best in the Biz!!!

I have 2 awful experiences with them. While the owner is very nice, the work done has been TERRIBLE. I first took my SUV to them after it seemed the battery died but I knew it was more than that after my neighbor and AAA checked it out to tow it there. We said to them it was the alternator and they swore up and down it was just the battery. Got my car back and had to travel. My car literally broke down in another state after just getting my car back from them. Guess what it was? The alternator! After towing it back to them from another state they fixed it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had them inspect my car recently. I specifically told Fred on the phone I was hearing grinding noises up front. He swore to me that it was the back brakes and rotors sounding like it was up front. I got it back after dropping a GRAND on my car there for inspection and the grinding noises were STILL happening. There was no way that someone actually test drove it and did not hear it as it happens every single time you brake, so they ignored the fact that it was still making the noises that I brought up as an issue wanting them to look into and fix. He just wanted the car done and gone for the weekend after he kept it for a couple days. I will never be going back there and shouldn t have after I learned my lesson the first time.

These guys really were extremely informative, efficient and reasonable. I had a auto parts store report the code associated with a service engine soon light. They said it was a potential serious engine problem. The mechanics at Trudeau's changed the oil , checked everything else from battery to tire pressure. Twenty seven dollars and forty two cents and I was on my way !

Really great shop. Fred will take care of you.Edit: Second time here. Can't say enough good things about this place. So honest they'll talk you out of more expensive parts. Fast service as well.

I've been going to these guys for over 10 years. Wayne, Chris, and Fred are by far and away the best mechanics/crew I've ever dealt with. Moved 30-40 minutes away and I refuse to find a closer mechanic. I will continue to refer anyone who needs a mechanic to these guys.
