Unbelievable, They go that extra mile for you. I was impressed with how friendly they are. Very professional and polite. Pickles the Pookies gives out Love to no end. I highly recommend The Transmission Magician

Honda? We dont do those we only got one person here - clickOk? A transmission place doesn t do one of the most common kinds of cars? Seemed rude, take your business elsewhere.

My husband and I took our vehicle to Transmission Magician for service and was greeted by a friendly little puppy. John and Val were very helpful and knowledgeable; you can tell that they have been doing this for a while. I was surprised while reading through a couple of these reviews. John and Val (and Pickles) were pleasant and we felt as though they were very fair. We never got the sense they were trying to rip us off. I'm guessing if someone had a bad experience, it very well may have started with the customer's attitude- just our two cents. We are hoping we won't have any car troubles, but if we do, we will be going back to the Transmission Magician.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

They were OUTSTANDING!! My son's vehicle had transmission issues and has a warranty, they were KIND enough to call warranty and stay on the phone over two hrs! No one does that anymore they were able to fix the problem and my son DID NOT HAVE TO ROB PETER TO PAY PAUL!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW AND DON'T KNOW!

Great job on my white05 Ford Expedition..fixed torque converter and found the problem with fuel system,which was the fuel pump module and things are running good so far..just got it inspected..thanks John and pickles ...

Great mechanic who knows how to diagnosis and repair transmission issues. Not only do they do great work but very reasonable too. I was having difficulty finding a place that could look at my 2000 Porsche C4 and brought the car here after a recommendation from Eurostrada. Do glad I did.

John provides an excellent service that I could not find anywhere in town for my specific need. His prices are fair and his repair time quick. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I will be taking all my trans repair work here from now on.

I have been dealing with this company since 1990. I have taken 5 vehicles to them for repair. Each vehicle was fixed properly and never had to be taken back. I have heard many horror stories about transmission shops. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. They have great service and they are good people.

I'm not one to write reviews online, but after taking my Mercury Mountaineer to have transmission work done last month, I was satisfied enough to do so. First off, my SUV has high mileage and isn't in the best shape mechanically, so when it started to hesitate going in reverse, all I could think about was how expensive this problem would be to fix.My uncle took his car here years ago to have transmission work done and he said that he was happy with the result, so I took his advice. The staff are very personable and explained everything in plain english (I hate when mechanics give you the "run-around"). I'm not a genius when it comes to cars, but I've learned my way around basic issues. The same day that I dropped it off, I received a call telling me that a band had slipped-off and I was given an estimate of the cost to fix it.The work was a tad pricey, but I've come to realize that taking apart the entire transmission and putting it back together again isn't easy, and I would rather pay a little more to know that the problem will be fixed correctly the first time.I received calls about the status of my SUV (much appreciated) and I was relieved that all of the work only took a few days...I was expecting much longer.So all in all, I hope that I don't have to have any transmission work done, but if I do, I will DEFINITELY take my baby back to this place and recommend them to anybody having issues

John and Val are a husband and wife crew who run the show. They recently looked at my Rav4 differential on a Friday and told me to call them the following Monday. They are seriously unorganized and Val is just plain rude. This went on for over 2 weeks. They also told me they were unsure if they could fix it. Totally unprofessional and moody to the extent they don't seem to care or want to be in this business after many years. After 3 weeks, I went elsewhere (Aamco on rt19) and they charged me $250 to remove my differential and replace the main bearing, something TM clearly did not want to do. I would never have these 2 touch a transmission. They don't want to warranty their work

I ve used them for a clutch repair years ago and I m about to bring them a high mileage used car for service. They really know their stuff and have always been kind and honest when working with me.

Do not recommend it. They use the bait and switch technique to overcharge me. If they tell me straight at the 1st place and be honest with me, I will not be so upset. They threat that the car has been on the lift and they will not reassemble it back if I do not agree to pay the new charge. Not so good experience!!

This company is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are rude and ignorant. The workmanship is something to be desired. The person answering the phone is very unprofessional. They are overpriced for the work that they do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
