I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this dealership in Pittsburgh. Horrible service it took me a week to get PM service and repair check engine light. And worst thing is that they made damage my truck body. I have no idea when they are going to fix it. My strong advice don't waist your time overthere try to look for other dealership near by.

We use their parts dept, dpf cleaning, and service department for information on a regular basis. They always follow through with us so we can follow through with our customers.

Would not keep me updated or give realistic time estimates to complete the work. The "service" department is hidden back in an office and kept the door closed most of the day making them difficult to approach. Lack of customer service, very much puts off the vibe that you're bothering them if you ask for an update after sitting in their waiting room for 6 hours. I've now been here over 13 hours... Thanks

Great knowledgeable staff. Super sweet lady at the front desk. Everyone made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. Kept us in the loop about our truck well too! Would definitely go back if we had to!

Had an issue with my trukk and they were able to get me in and out the same day which is always much appreciated. The staff at this facility is very friendly and helpful which is also much appreciated.

On a scale of 1 to 5, Transedge is a 10! They are professional. They do great work and get it done when they tell you it will be done. They are priced fairly. They are wonderful to deal with.

Charging me for an estament! Thays bull!This tells me that they are money hungery, and probly will not do what they say or they ate are on a very short string. I will never come here for any thing!!
