I had to have my car repaired after an accident, and found that Toole was on one of the approved body shops for the insurance company. Having seen their work when I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I knew my car was in good hands. The entire experience was great from start to finish; they kept me updated on what was going on with the car along with pictures, and updated me when they found more damage and what to expect. I am very picky about my vehicles, and I was very happy with the work that was done. I would recommend Toole Auto Body for any of your auto body needs should they arise.

No complaints about the work that was done. Difficulty with communication and arranging for pick up. Posted business hours do not seem to mean a whole lot. Scheduled to pick up vechicle at X during posted business hours, but whem I showed up, the office was closed. A mechanic or someone was in the shop, knocked on the garage door, but couldn't be bothered to help. Will not return for future needs or recommend to anyone that values their time.

Mike at Toole Auto Body is simply the best. He listens and really tries to solve the problem. I highly recommend this place!

I recently had an accident and was referred to Toole's by a friend. Mike (the owner) gave me an honest repair estimate, worked closely with my insurer, kept me informed and finished the job on time. He and his employees perform quality work. They even touched up a few unrelated paint scratches at no additional charge. I highly recommend Toole's for anyone who needs auto body repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do Not waste your time! Mike Toole is a Genuine Guy. However the Receptionist Donna is Always & Forever Nasty! I made an Appointment last week to have a Scratch my Vehicle looked at. I had to Reschedule for this week & when I went in for my Appointment today Donna said she was going to take Pictures because they are working Remotely. I asked if No one was actually was going to look @ my Vehicle & Donna again said she was going to take Pictures & that they're working Remotely. When I said I don't think so Donna said "See ya"! I am tired of being treated the way this Woman has Always treated me & I have mentioned this to Mike Toole in the past. I will No longer be a Customer @ this establishment. They're busy enough without my business & although I've been happy with their Work in the past they have also managed to leave Overspray on my Glass when they've Painted that the Car Dealership was kind enough to remove for me.Service: Body & Trim

Anytime any of my vehicles need to go to a body shop I get anxiety. I am very particular about my cars. My wife's car got ran into by a deer. He damaged the whole side of the car. After some referrals by friends, I chose to go to toole. They had about a month wait time but I figured the car was driveable so I will wait. Jeff and Gary worked on her car and they did a phenomenal job. It was dented from headlight to taillight and you cant tell at all. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Donna in the office helped me get my rental car set up. It was a very good experience overall. They guarantee their work through the insurance company for life I I believe as well. I cant say enough good things about them. The car is black as well and they matched the paint perfect.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! After getting into an accident, Gary did everything possible to fix my car and managed to even save me money...which is a bonus!! Very easy to get in touch and communicate with them. I ve had issues with other auto shops but i will not be taking my car anywhere but to Toole from now on. My car now runs perfectly!

The workmanship , quality and professionalism is awesomeVery picky about my truck. It's always perfect when I get it back. I don't need them a lot but when I've needed something repaired it's perfect. Jeff and Gary are are the guys I deal with.

If you need work done to your car. This is the place. Walked in and was treated like family and not a first time customer. (Mike) took great care of me. This man is honest. He is not going to waste your time. Upfront about every single issue and creates a plan for you. You want quality work done. Toole auto body and ask for (Mike).. 5 stars all the way..

My Hyundai was nearly totaled when I had it towed to Toole Auto Body. Mike met with me and discussed all the work that needed done. The work was excellent and the car looks as good as new. I would recommend Mike and Toole Auto Body to all my friends and family.

Mike is one of the kindest people I've ever met. I am from out of state and was recently in an accident. I was recommended to go to Toole and they really treated me well and restored my car back to how it was. So glad to have a trust worthy place to go in PA now.

Although they did not take the job of repairing my vehicle, they did tell me a shop to take it to, since I could not wait for the time nessary to start the work. Will definitely reach out if I need auto body repairs in the future.
