Stripped all my lugnuts and didn't care to tell me. Would have been nice to be informed and not find out myself when I tried to take the wheel off! Esp after spending how much money! Won't be back.

THEY LITERALLY PICKED ME UP IN THE RAIN SO I DIDNT HAVE TO WALK BACK - These dudes are certified 5/5. Tom is great to talk to and Kevin went above and beyond what was needed ensuring I got my car back same day. I was given their name by a friend to have an engine put into a vehicle. They quoted me one price and then When it was time to get it done the price double what was quoted to me. They claimed that the initial quote for the engine was a mistake. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after waiting weeks for them to find an engine closer to the original quote I decided to use my own connections and find an engine myself. They told me that there were no engines in that price range. I found one that day by reputable source. Once the engine was sent to them it took weeks for them to do the job . When we went to go pick up vehicle the engine light was on and we were told it would go out on it s own. The vehicle also malfunctioned and didn t have power to accelerate so as soon as we left the lot we had to return again. The engine light was still on and we were told once again it ll go off once driven . Several months later engine light is still on went to get the car inspected and we were told that the gaskets were bad they were never replaced when they put in the new engine. We were also told that the engine light was on because there were too bad sensors on the vehicle as well which were never taken care of by Tom s place. There s also a small hairline crack in the exhaust now from the sensors being bad. We have now put additional $2000 into the vehicle and quite honestly I m contemplating taking them to small claims court due to their purposeful neglect of the job! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS PLACE EVER!! ...Shady inept business practice in my opinion!

I ve been going to Toms for about 10 years now, and even though I moved to West Mifflin, I still take my car there for anything car related. Honest, friendly, and great work. Highly Recommended. A+++

Took vehicle for tire mount and alignment. Best shop I've been to. Great staff, best price. Would recommend to anyone one hundred percent!

I have gone to this shop for many years. Most of my family uses the shop too. Friendly, honest and fair. All the guys that work there are just great. Keep up the good work guys!

The worst, after 2 weeks and a 630.00 repair, the problem we had when we took it in, was exactly the same problem when we picked it up.We were told on numerous phone calls to them, that all was well, they literally lied to our faces.We had to insist that the problem was not fixed, we were treated like idiots when in reality they were the idiots!!!!!Stay away

Feel schammed and feel like they made me buy parts that were not needed. Also put a lock on my window so now I can t use It. Said It was broke before... It wasn t but now t is thanks!!!
