I went here in July after the Hall of Honor Tour and Acrisure Stadium highlight. Wow!!! Every Steeler fan dream because you can find mostly everything. I bought my brother a new hat, fan stuff, etc. My favorite team, yah Steeler Nation.

Fun to mostly look around since most of the merchandise is very expensive. Loved that they allow photos to be taken of even the pricey autographed items!Go to see the Hall of Honor Museum that is attached. It is awesome if you love the Steelers!

This was a dream come true for me. 31 years old and lived thousands of miles away most of my life I ve only dreamed to be in a place that s a fraction of what this store actually was. I spent a great amount of time really appreciating where I was, the city of CHAMPIONS! the pro shop was everything and then some. I bought my watt jersey here and many more (can t get too carried away). This place means so much to me, seeing my idols and favorite players present and past. I wish I can buy the store out, it was clean and beautiful. I wish I can live here hahaha. I plan to visit again soon. Thank you Pittsburgh! Let s go Steelers!

I went to the pro shop here about 10 years ago and it didn't have 1/4 of the stuff they have now in the new shop under the Hall of Honor. Expect to pay top dollar but what else would expect !

Last night at the Steeler game a man working at the exit door was beyond disrespectful and rude! He judged a situation way too quick and was going to push away business because of his own arrogant ways! It makes me not want to shop there! He should be reprimanded about his interactions with clients! Fully disgusted

Okay...let's get this right outta the way....I am a Die Hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan....I bleed black and gold....you have your squad and I respect that....I certainly have mine.Now that we've gotten that out of the way....to all my fellow Steelers fans out there....if you have never been to the Steelers Store at Acrishure Stadium (formerly Heinz Field) you owe it to yourselves to go at least once!You can find all the sidelines gear plus exclusive items not sold anywhere else! The Steelers Store is soooooooo much more than just jerseys it would be easy to be there for a couple hours just to take it all in!I'm sure all teams have the exact same thing....and again my respect to them...but for me..."Black n yellow black n yellow....you know what it is!"The Disabled Vet

My first time here and it was amazing, so much to choose from and the sad part I didn't have a lot of time to look thru everything so I had to choose fast but I got 2 nice things

The Pro Shop is definitely an experience especially if you are visiting Pittsburgh. They are a cashless store so if you are someone who carries cash you may need to take your debit/credit card if you intend on making a purchase.

Great hotel too stay at. 1 mile away from Heins field and beds are comfortable and love the hair dryers lol. Downtown is right around the corner.

Absolutely superior customer service placed an order for a custom jersey for Christmas Minor discrepancies with the first order.. I let customer service know about my issue and received another jersey via overnight shipping with a very fast turn around.. whole process and and experience could not have been more pleasant.. they really emphasize on customer satisfaction

I placed an order in April for an item. I received it broken and I returned it and followed all returns instructions promptly. It is now June 5th and I have yet to receive a returned new item. They are asking me to re order a new one despite me sending the broken item back which cost me $20. Horrible customer service.

Every size available for jerseys from small - 5x. Many different items all with the Steelers logo. We saw everything for the home including kitchen, auto, golf even for pets!Staff was friendly and helpful.Beware the stadium is cashless, so plan accordingly.

So I am not a Steelers fan but I love the NFL and this is a beautiful Pro Shop. It is not super large when it comes to space but there are so many items for sale that it was very cool.

First time ever to Pittsburgh and there was no way I wasn't going to the stadium and pro shop!! I absolutely loved every second I spent there and plan on going back soon!

I flew out from Idaho for my first Steelers game in Pittsburgh and I was incredibly excited to visit the pro shop at the stadium.The selection of Steelers merchandise was smaller than expected but still very good.The selection of terrible towel merchandise, other than the towels, was disappointing. I did find a shot glass that I wanted to buy.There was absolutely no merchandise for Heinz field. I was wanting to get a coffee cup or shot glass that just said Heinz field but there was nothing.After getting everything I wanted into a shopping basket I proceeded to checkout and the lady behind the counter was very nice but very slow. She did wrap the coffee cup to protect it and put it in a bag with other breakable items. They were are wrapped good enough.I didn't realize until I got back to Idaho that the terrible towel shot glass I wanted never made it in the bag, I looked at the receipt and somehow it was never scanned. I am incredibly disappointed that I didn't get a terrible towel shot glass from the stadium.This was a once in a lifetime trip for me and while that shot glad may not be much to an employee there it would have meant a lot to me.

Bought the split color teddy bear for $24 worst waste of money! It s about 3 big and more like a Christmas tree ornament than a teddy bear. Description and picture online is incredibly misleading and purposefully so. Very unhappy and not at all worth it! And you have to pay for return shipping. Buyers beware-NOT WORTH IT!!!

A bit tricky to find but a cool pro shop. You have to go through Gate B. You'll see the "terrible towel"-wall on the right handside and the pro shop next to it

Ordered a custom Jersey and was worried it wouldn't ship in time for Monday night game. Called customer service spoke with Penny and she was great!!! They answered my emails promptly and were very courteous and helpful. Definitely felt like part of the Steeler Nation and my jersey was shipped and received with plenty of time to spare. Great place to buy from.

Had less than I thought it would. Was told it's the only place to buy an authentic on field Jersey only to find out the selection was only 3 on hand and were very limited on numbers. If you don't mind the screen print jerseys which are really nice, they can press one up for ya in like 20 mins. Was really cool, just thought they would have a better selection of authentic products.
