Went with the Stereo Shop today to have a new head unit for carplay. I initially chose them based on all their excellent reviews. So glad I did, super happy with the new stereo, service they provided, and overall sale/process. They were way cheaper than all the aftermarket shops in my area, buying the same radio, and the work was perfect. Will not go anywhere else for any additional services.

Excellent experience from beginning to end, couldn't be happier with my stereo install. Pricing was great and was told ahead of time what it would be. Other stereo shops I've used haven't been honest so I was really happy with everything at That Stereo Shop.

Got a remote start installed, very very happy with the work done. From scheduling an appointment to getting it all Installed was a very smooth process and didn t take long at all. They where very friendly and did a great job for a great price! I d highly highly recommend this place for your car accessories!

I had my 2020 Tacoma Windows tinted and was VERY IMPRESSED with work & cleanliness of the workmanship. I just had a remote start installed in it & again VERY IMPRESSED. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. Highly recommend. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE, GREAT PERSONALITY. THANK YOU

When I scheduled a time over the phone the employee was great in explaining everything about the cost (which was great) and said it would be about 2 hours. It was exactly that and Rick went over everything with me when finished. Works great so far.As nice and easy as a transaction could be. Great price and great customer service.I would recommend That Stereo Shop to anyone looking to get an automatic starter or key-less entry installed.

The price was unbeatable and the service was great. Was told how long it would take and that's exactly what it took. I would recommend anyone to go here for their car needs. After the remote starter was installed they gave me instructions on what to do and info about my car I didn't know.

I took my car here after pricing a remote starter from a dealership. The cost was significantly lower so I was skeptical at first. However, it's been everything that I wanted in a remote starter. It doesn't get much simpler and it was well worth the cash.They got me in within a week and had it finished quicker than they estimated. Everything is very up front and to the point. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love my remote start! The guys really care about customer satisfaction and it shows in their quality of work. I've used my remote start for a/c in the summer and it makes a huge difference. It really is a solid investment that is great for all seasons. They have my business for life.

Jace has installed remote starters on at least 4 different vehicles through the years, making sure to advise which device will function best based on your vehicle's specs. I would not trust anyone else to tint my windows - he is the best. Always timely, considerate, and knowledgeable. He also set up a stereo/speakers with awesome sound in an older ride. Highly recommended!

Chase is outstanding.. Very honest & genuine.. I have had a lot of work done & THE STEREO SHOP provided the best experience I have ever had.. & that s saying a lot. I WILL NOT TAKE MY VEHICLES TO ANYONE BUT CHASE... GO SEE HIM.. YOU WON T BE DISAPPOINTED

Great customer service and the car starter is better than my starter that came stock in my wife's car. Also, they noticed the car battery was low on charge and called me to let me know. I already knew this and a few days before I took my car to That Stereo Shop, I purchased a battery and actually left it in the trunk as I did not yet install it. I notified him of this and he installed the battery free of charge and acted as though I should've expected him to do it (which of course I did not). I offered to give money but he wouldn't accept and was a pleasure to deal with. Will be going back with any other needs

I had a great experience with That Stereo Shop. Jace answered all my questions before buying and scheduled me quickly. On my appointment day he gave me a call and said he had an earlier opening and asked if I wanted to come earlier. He also had me in and out in half the time he said it would take. Top notch work and I recommend them!!!

The driver side speaker stopped working in my vehicle. I had an appointment on Thursday the 20th of this month. I am extremely satisfied with the work! It sounds exceptional. They are very professional and prompt.I would definitely recommend this business for anyone that is having stereo issues . Thank-you, again.

These guys are the best, number one they had the best price in Pittsburgh on a new stereo/install, number two their customer service is top notch in my opinion, and lastly they made the appointment for one hour, and they did the job in twenty five minutes.How can it get any better.Thanks....

I went over this to That Stereo Shop this weekend to have a remote start put into my father's truck for christmas. The owner, Jace, got my father's truck in right at our appointment time and had it done before we returned. He took the time to answer all of my father's questions before beginning the work and helped show my father all the features of the remote start when we came to pick up the truck. Service was extremely fast, Jace is extremely knowledgable and friendly, and the remote start was by far the best deal around in comparison to all the other shops I looked at, very affordable! I will certainly be taking my family's cars, as well as recommending That Stereo Shop in the future!

I recently had a remote starter and keyless entry system installed. First of all let me say that I had booked an appointment already when a couple days later there was a Groupon for That Stereo Shop for a remote starter system at half price. It wasn't even the same one I was getting but these guys still applied a big portion of the discount they were offering on the groupon to my installation.On top of that, once everything was installed they walked me through everything and told me that one part of the system wasn't functioning properly because of defective part on my vehicle. They actually said the replacement was so easy that if I purchased the part and brought it back in they would throw it on for free...just because they wanted to make darn sure there were no issues with their installation.Suffice it to say I was impressed. I will certainly be choosing these guys for any future electrical/stereo related work my cars need in the future, and I've already been recommending them to anyone I know who might need their services. Go with That Stereo Shop...you won't regret it!

I like my remote car starter no issue at all with that but the customer service was the pitts!!! took them twice as long to install was told 3 hrs it took them 6 1/2hrs. I was told there would be no additional charge for the service when I went to pick up the car the older gentleman asked if I was told about the additional charge when I stated there was no additonal charge I was told to "relax" and when I asked for a reciept for the service the same gentleman threw his hands in the air and said "lady you didn't buy anything from us what do you want a reciept for" my eyes must have almost fallen out of my head he then said you got your reciept from groupon and the warranty is in the box in your car ( as if I knew the box was in car) he then picked up the phone and intercomed for someone else to assist me. at this point I was thrilled...lol a nice young man went through the demonstration for me but by this point I was already disgusted with this place....maybe he was having a bad day, but regardless I will not recommend this place

Called on Monday looking to get remote start installed and scheduled for Tuesday @ 2 pm. I was in and out. All I wanted was a basic remote start system and was out the door for under 140.00 dollars. If you are looking to get a remote starter for your vehicle go to That Stereo Shop!

They did a great job on the ipod and video installation in my Benz. Most stores didn't know about even know the proper parts to use. Will go back when I want a sub and navigation! Call you won't regret. Prices are competative too.

IMO. Jace is probably going to do your music or remote starter. Now please hear me on this. I live in Pittsburgh I looked every where before going to Jace at the stereo Shop. This no nonsense straight to the point, the most reasonably inexpensive guy. Will give you the greatest experience that you will ever get going to an audio shop! I swear before GodAnd he's is like lightening fast. I went at 2pm I was completely happy and professionally installed by 4:30. I will never go to another person. Im giving you facts. He's attentive, and he will not try to make you go outside your means. What you have he will install A++ grade. Im a real customer and this is after looking at all the big shops your gonna see when you type audio place near me. Im grateful for this man Jace. Go see him and tell him Bella Dutch sent you.

The guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional! He didn't have a huge selection but he was willing to order exactly what I wanted. His prices beat everyone else's. The only reason I didn't go with this place is because it was going to take a week for the custom made box to come in, which he couldn't help, but I couldn't wait. I wound recommend this place!

I tried to do business with these people but they are really rude! They even hung up while I was talking on the phone. My friend also had the same experience when his car was the only one in their shop and they left it and started buying food and chatting with each other. He was talking to them and they did not even reply to him. I also asked them about the coupon that I had and they said I need to pay $100 more
