For the communication alone I would give Tevis 5 stars. Always let me know what I m looking at before any work has been done and are always willing to discuss options. I ve never been unhappy with the service they provide.

Always have had good service at Tevis.Fair and honest and timely with response on questions and scheduling. My son decided to use them when another station closed. We could walk there. We followed and all of us have continued there since.

Tevis is the best! Owner Frank called to tell me that my car passed inspection, but he wanted to caution me to not go 70 mph in the rain on the interstate because my tires just passed. And to definitely get a new set before next winter how kind is that?! You rarely get that kind of professionalism and service anymore.

When I called and explain the problem, Frank said he would look at it the next morning. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Car is running great. He is very honest and friendly. Tevis auto will be the only place I take my car from now. Great experience!

Great service from the Tevis Team. Have been taking our vehicles for Inspections/emissions test for several of years, and are very upfront with what needs to be done to make sure the vehicles meet inspection requirements without pushing additional work. Thanks for the great service again this time.

First time to I have taken a car to this shop as recommended by a friend for inspection. Appreciate their honesty, and great customer service. Called me early in day with an update. Didnt try to sell me anything. Friendly and personable and a real plus to have this small, family business in the community. Support Local..I will be back.

Mike and Frank are good people. Friendly atmosphere in the shop while waiting for my oil change.They are willing to share the reason for repairs with other customers and are very honest with the assessment.

Needed to find a new place to go and tried Tevis. 5/5 stars for sure. From making the appointment to the way we were greeted upon arrival, to the call about what needed done, the service and pickup everything was great! Looks like we found a new place for our family cats to be serviced, and I will be sharing with my friends and family.

Tevis Auto Service offers a wonderful affordable service for their customers. The convenience for dropping off and picking up your car is great. The service is explained well and they keep the customer informed and update on the repairs.

Tevis is always busy but Frank was able to squeeze in an appointment to look at my son's steering wheel before he went back to college. He fixed it and I couldn't be more appreciative. They are friendly, efficient and honest. Donna

Thank you for the awesome job you did on my Honda. It was obviously a bit more than I had hoped to spend on an inspection, but then you guys also did so much more than I could have hoped for and really got this car into shape. This is the best money I've ever spent on this vehicle!

Frank and Mike are great. Got me in for state and emissions inspection, helped transport me to and from my place (close by). They re honest and friendly. Definitely recommend them!

I moved out 2 N. Hills 4 years ago and every garage I took my cars to for work or inspections have left me very unhappy for many reasons. TEVIS has been what I'm looking for. Friendly,Fair, Honest,Reasonably priced and respectful. Glad I found these guys

Got in a a jam and needed a quick fix as my car would not start I was able to get my car towed there and got it fixed within a day with short notice. They were in touch about the problems with the car, what needed fixed and how long it would take. Great communication.

Tevis auto is a family run business that has been repairing and inspecting my family s cars for over two decades. They are fair, both in pricing and assessment of what needs fixed. I moved to the other side of the city and still only take my car to Tevis auto.

saw I had one of my headlight out I call tevis told him about that when I finish work that night I found that I had no light at all I drove over to tevis the next day and hour later I was back on the road thank you yevis
