This shop bought a radio from my friend, assumingly for a customer. After claiming that it didn t work, he told them to send it back. They sent back a different radio, which implies they installed the radio they bought from my friend and sent back the broken one from the customers vehicle. As you can see in the photos, the radios are different units of the same model. The radio showing a channel on the screen is the radio my friend sold, and the other radio is what he received back from this shop.

Had a sunroof installed in my 4runner, and the fit/finish is amazing. Looks factory, and pricing was reasonable. 10/10 will take my car there again.

They do a great job and stand behind their work. I had an issue with my sunroof leaking. They installed new bigger drains and did me a favor to work over the weekend do get it done. When some issues came up about the reinstalled visor, they fixed it on the spot. Talk to them and work with them. They will do a good job for you.

Took my 15 year old Infiniti to Terry because the sunroof was stuck open. Within an hour it was fixed and I was out the door paying an exceptionally reasonable price. If you have any issues regarding your sunroof / moonroof, or if you would like to get a remote starter installed on your car, Terry Poe is definitely your best option in the Pittsburgh area!

I recently had a problem with my car radio. It stopped working when my battery died. Fixing the battery did not fix the radio. My regular mechanics, McNeilly Automotive, weren't able to find the problem and referred me to Terry Poe Automotive.Terry took the car in on short notice and diagnosed the problem, an off-brand fuse that was not easily detected. He fixed it in about 20 minutes at no charge.Highly recommended.

One Friday morning, my panoramic sunroof wouldn't close on the F150. Called the dealer, couldn't get an appointment until a week later. Made the appointment with dealer for the following Wednesday.Called TC Customs in Jefferson hills and they told me, "We can't do it, but Terry Poe is the only guy I would trust, he's the guy."Called Terry Poe and they said, "bring it in". Got there around 3:00. They couldn't fix it immediately, but put shrink wrap over the gap so I wouldn't have additional damage. ** No Charge **(Heavy Rain on the weekend and not a drop of water inside the Truck)Went to the dealer and they told me, "We need to order the parts, the process takes 3-4 days and we'll need your truck here the entire time."Left and called Terry Poe, they told me, "We are booked solid, but drop it off tonight and we will take a look in morning, assess the problem and tell you what needs to happen."Got a call the next morning from Terry Poe, "It's the arms, we've ordered the parts, we'll have it fixed today."Picked the truck up 4 hours later...the same day.Honest pricing, expert diagnostic and Unbelievable service.Without question, Terry Poe is the only call for your sunroof/moonroof problems.

This has been my 3rd experience with these guys. I had a remote starter installed 5 or so years ago that worked flawlessly. These guys were able to help me with a heated seat issue from a used car 2 years ago and with a back up camera issue today on a used car that I purchased for my daughter. These guys are super nice and know their stuff! I highly recommend them!

They KNEW the remote starter had issues with my Toyota RAV 2019 and the TMS would go on ONLY when it remote started and NOT when I started the car manually. If this is a universal issue with these types of cars, it should be disclosed to clients. I don't think that's very nice not to! Five stars to the employees though.

I took my valued 2006 Jaguar S type to Terry Poe to have the headliner replaced. They did an excellent job, fast and charged me just what they quoted me. I highly recommend Terry Poe.

Called in the morning. Very helpful over the phone. Told us to bring the car in. Looked at the car as soon as we got there. They solved our leaking sunroof and were very reasonable. Fixed within an hour.

I've had 3 automatic starters installed at Terry Poe Automotive and have referred several friends who have all been happy with their work. Friendly, trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend.

My first experience with terry poe was a great one, had an older model seville with a moonroof that would'nt open but you could hear the motor on it running when you pushed the button, i thought it was broke and would cost big bucks to fix it, Went to terry poe and he went around the outside of the roof with a blade and then hit button and it opened right up, didn't charge me a penny!, I've been dealing with terry ever since his shop was on west liberty ave, And needless to say i've had moonroofs installed in 2 vehicles after that, His moonroofs look like they they were installed at the factory, thats how excellent the work is that he does, i wont go any where else and have told countless people about him and the great work that he does, Keep up the great work Terry, Your second to none!

Excellent excellent experience. Very very fast service. Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond what was need and did it while I waited. The 75 cent bottled root beer was an unexpected bonus. Definitely will recommend to everyone
